I need help losing weight for sports? i dont know how to lose weight very efficiently? -

i need to lose 15 pounds by november 10th for wrestling, it seems like ill be losing weight but than i gain it all back, yesterday i weighed 146.6 pounds than i ate dinner and now im 148.2 pounds. WHAT THE HELL!! why cant i keep the weight off and how can i go about doing this?

Try to collect some information about exercise, there are a lot of things that you can do at home. Extensive research has been done on exercise and plenty of this information is easily available. You can try browsing the net or getting a book or two on how to exercise at home. This information will be useful to you to know how much you need to work out on each specific exercise in order to burn off the desired number of calories.

Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. Hey there, the secret to weight loss is that there is no secret. It just takes a healthy, well-balanced diet and good exercise.If you want to flatten up your tummy, then part of what you need to do is strengthen the muscles in that area. That means doing proper sit ups and other abdominal exercises. There s tons of info out there on how to do different things, I ll let you search for the details.The other part is actually burning off some of the weight. The only way that s going to happen is if you actually get out there and work up a sweat. It usually takes about 20 min. of continuous aerobic activity before your body starts burning fat for energy. So find something that you enjoy. You can run, swim, rollerblade, skate, play soccer or basketball, ride your bike, etc. But you have to start sweating. If you aren t sweating, you aren t burning it up.And lastly, your diet. That doesn t mean going on a diet. You want to eat food. Your body needs food and fuel to power your exercise. But certain foods affect your body in different ways. So eat lots of fruit and vegetables and whole grain foods and stay away from all junk food. That s the hardest part. But if you want to see results, the best way is to combine the exercise with NO JUNKFOOD. You ll feel mentally healthier as a result too.And remember, you re only 13. Woh hun... 5 5 and 101 is perfectly in shape. You don t wanna lose weight, you wanna get toned. There is a difference. Just do situps. Dieting will make you lose weight which is unhealthy... doing situps every day will get you toned.

run , run, run- or swim if you hate running- good total body work out and they will both slim you down and tone you pretty quick

If ur 5 5 u dont need to loose weight just like work out for 30 min every other day and u ll be fine as long as u dont make a pig out of urself. im 5 1 and 126 lbs and im not looseing any weight im fine just like i am thanks.

I don t think you need to lose weight...just exercise to tone up. 101 pounds for your height is fine. Just eat sensibly and exercise...it s all you need!

you can lose weight without starving by cutting out the junkfood from your diet and do more exercise than you usually do.

I gained 50lbs with my last preg and I lost it all after having her and then some.My secret..1. Cute back on calorie in take her day2. Do something active each day..take a walk..has to be something that is not already apart of your normal daily activity.3. Do not eat 2-3 hours before you go to bed.4. You don t need to lose weight. You say your stomach isn t flat but I bet it is. You are probably just pinching up skin. Just eat healthy and exercise and you will be fine.

You could try to exercise a little bit. get a gym membership.Also try to eat healthier foods, cut back on things that aren t needed, sodas, candy,ect. Actually, i think you re at good weight though. That s normal.

Good ole crunches, or sit-ups.They re a great way to make you re stomach look good, even if you re not fat.

I really don t beleive at 13 you should be concerned with your weight considering you are well propertioned for your age and possibly on the thin side for your height, in a few years I m sure your body will start to form more womanly attributes and muscle tone in different areas, but if you feel that it would helpout your confidence a little then definately try do crunches to the sides alternating each side. Good Luck , but please don t stop eating a healthy well balanced diet it will hurt you in the end.

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... This probably isn t a good thing, but just put off your growling stomach, and find something else to do it will subside. Clean house or something to keep your mind off, and then when you get hungry, only eat a small amount, enough to get full and that is it. Just keep doing this it should shrink your stomach a bit, then you won t have to eat so much to get full, so you will be burning more calories than you are eating. I wish you the best of luck!

Well, it depends on your height.. but if you want to lose weight then the goal is to EAT healthy and to EXERCISE.You want to have a goal, and your goal is to lose weight before the summer. SO, first things first. Cut down on the sweets and pick up the vegetables. A lot of sugars can cause you to gain weight because they store it as fat. Meaning cookies and cake. If you take out soda of your diet and drink a bunch of water since water has 0 calories you can see smaller results already. Also the average daily food consumption of calories are 2,000 calories. So you want to eat only up to 2000 calories and if you want faster results you eat less than 2,000 calories. Cookies and cake can contain up to over 300 calories for only about two of them so you get what I m saying?Next is exercise. You want to BURN the calories you ate. Cardio is the best. Meaning walking, running, biking, dancing, etc. Do about 3-5 times a week for about 30min-60min. If you combine the two you can lose weight very healthily per week. hun, lets be realistic. You want to lose 66.4lbs by summer. You have like 22 weeks and it will be mid june. That s 3lbs a week. You ll have to monitor everything you eat and exercises daily. That requires a ton of self control and discipline. I think you should aim for a more reasonable goal, but if you can do this: the more power to you: Good luck :)

why do you need a website? just work out!!!! pay attention to what you eat. stay away from vending machines, meaning STOP drinking juices and sodas, those have a VERY BIGGGGG affect on weight. i mean there s nothing wrong with drinking those here and there, but don t make it a habit. try going to the park and just jog, run or walk.

ok im 12 im going to turn 13 soon and i weigh like 84 pounds i know weird right anyway im short and that s why i weigh so little i think im fat so like at home everyday do some exercises at home like crunches push ups lift weighs and then try to eat healthier like eat some veggies and every once in a while, eat like some chips or whatever...

How tall are you?Don t do it by restricting the basic 4 food groups from your diet because you are still growing it will stunt your growth. Exercise a lot, eat mostly fruit and vegetables. And get different parents.

Eat less and exercise more.

eat healthy and work out eat like four meals a day go for a long walk run on the treatmile or around the the neighbourhood dont eat alot of calories drink only water burn lots of calories out more then u take in by walking or doing some kind of sports good luck
