30 days isn t very long. But I can give you an eating routine that you should stick with for life. It comes from Paul McKenna, but he didn t think of it first. It s also known as intuitive eating. It consists of 4 simple rules.1. Eat when you are hungry.2. Eat what you want.3. Eat consciously, savor every bite.4. When you think you re full, stop.Here is the explanation behind each rule:1. Hunger is caused by a drop in bloood sugar. You should eat as soon as you feel hunger because soon after it starts, your metabolism slows down. If you wait until you re starving, you ll store up calories. But if you eat every time your body tells you to, even if it s 10 times a day, you ll burn most of those calories. It s how thin people eat.2. Food should be entertaining to you. It should be so entertaining you don t want to read or watch TV or talk on the phone while you re eating it. In fact, you should throw out all the food you own that you don t like, especially if you bought it to get healthier. Only eat food you re passionate about.3. French people eat fried food and pastries and cheeses and breads, but they re skinny. Why? Because they savor every bite. They eat like gourmets. To do this, eat slowly. Chew every bite in slow motion, and chew it about 20 times. Make your food last. Put down your knife and fork (or the sandwich) in between bites. Don t talk on the phone or read or watch TV. Let the food be your entertainment. Savor every bite.4. Your body has a tiny signal that tells you when you are full. Most people have forgotten how to listen to it, but thin people listen to it. Don t look at how much food is left on your plate, or what everyone else is doing. Only pay attention to that feeling of satisfaction coming from just below your ribs. When the food stops being awesome, put it down and stop eating. If you even think you might be satisfied, stop eating. If you re wrong and you re hungry again in 20 minutes... eat again!I ve started doing this and I find myself eating half as many calories, spending half as much money on food, getting grouchy less often (cuz my blood sugar is stable), and enjoying eating more. I learned that by swallowing my food too soon, I was missing out on most of the flavor.

Well there is something called the Wall Squat. All you need is an clear wall that you can use. Stand with your back, shoulders, and butt pressed against a wall. Keep your feet hip-width apart. Slide down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for 30 seconds and slide back up. Do 10 reps. It also really helps the but and upper thigh.Next, stand with your hands on your hips, and take a large step forward with your right foot. Keeping your abs tight, twist your torso to the right as you bend your right knee and lower your body until both of your legs form 90-degree angles. I don t know if you have a gym to work with...either way check out the link in my source box...if you dont have a gym, you can do walking lunges (on the site) for detailing the legs, standing and wall squats for muscle, and squat jumping (when you go into a squat and jump as high as you can, then back into a squat and jumping as high as you can. do that about 10-15 times...break for 45 seconds and repeat for 4 sets).

How to lose weight in the fastest time possible!? -

i feel like i keep gaining weight, i need tips to lose it as quick as possible. i know i shouldnt be unhealthy but im taking ALL suggestions

okay this is hard if its macaroni and cheese night but here it goes...wen you eat a meal here the steps:1: fix your plate normally2: now when you eat your food, leave 2 spoonfuls of each thing you have on the plate....trust me it workswhat happens is you eat less food than normal and you don t get as much fat if .....you pair this eating habit with lots of exorcise... 20 mins a day and small healthy snack in between meals.

Hi R,To lose weight as fast as possible, and even in a healthy way, you should cut out SODA and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY and drink only water and sparingly drink a glass or 2 of 100% PURE fruit juice. That along with the other tips I m going to share below and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Well ALL suggestions?1200 calorie diet with an hour of excersise a day :D - you can loose 30 lbs in 3 months!!or 900 a day with excersise- you will be veryyy thin very quickley ( i do not reccomend anything less then 1200)if you need any advice email me my grandma is a nutritonist and is very good at giving diets !!

i m a really picky eater, so i don t like to eat healthy. because i m a teenager though, i don t want to use some adult method that could be potentially dangerous, you know? i m 14 and i weigh 136 pounds. although that probably sounds healthy, i still feel kind of self-concious about it because i m a cheerleader and i m one of the heavier ones. if not lose weight, i d at least like to turn the fat i have into muscle so i at least look smaller. thanks!
