No dairy products, reduce your carbs, increase protein and eat 5 SMALL meals (snack size) a day. Power walk at least 45 mins a day, and within 2 weeks you ll be 10 lbs lighter. If you need to lose 5-7 pounds super fast, then just buy meal replacement bars and only eat those for a week. Nothing else. (No more than 2.5 a day). Not the best thing to do, but short term it works.

Calm down, no need to swear. if you lose weight fast, you ll end up gaining it back just as fast, and often you ll gain back more than you lost. I d recommend asking your parents to take you to see a dietician. but if you cant, then heres some simple advice.do you know what a calorie is? its a unit of energy. however, 3500 calories is equal to a pound. so, if you count your calories and eat 500 less per day (because 500 x 7 = 3500), you can lose a pound per week. your body needs a certain amount of calories per day, and its called your BMR. you can calculate it by going here: http://www.global-fitness.com/BMR_calc.php you can also try googling it to find others. if you want to lose weight a little more quickly, id recommend also starting to exercise more than you currently are. try going once or twice a week to the gym for 45 minutes, and then increasing the number of times you go when you think you are capable enough for it. if you have the time, maybe take an hour out of your day to go for a walk too, its easy exercise and it does burn a significant number of calories. weight loss is purely just calories in vs. calories out. but i would honestly really recommend talking to your parents about this too.

limit the juice it has too many sugars! and cuppa soup is too high in sodium. try veggie broth (low sodium) and look into the hollywood diet. you can buy it at longs, walmart etc.... it is a liquid diet for 48 hours. I did it and lost 10 pounds in 2 days. You can probably do something like it for 24-48 hours once a week
