How to lose weight fast....? -

i am a mother of three boys and don t have time to go to the gym i would realy like a work out/diet plan that will help me lose at least 20lbs in a month or less....i have tried other things and have lost a few pounds but the pounds just keep comming back....i need something that i will be able to do with my kids around....when i used to be in high school i would exercise all the time but now i just haven t found the time and would like to get back into it if anyone can give me some tips i would love it...

Well losing 20 lbs in a month isn t going to happen. Well it can happen, but if it did it would be very unhealthy which in turn would cause you to gain the weight back.The best way to lose weight is good ol fashioned diet exercise! Lol. If you have 3 boys spend time running around or playing with them. Also you can get tapes do them at home. I know it sounds corny but it works. Lastly, I became a vegetarian in July have lost a TON of weight since then! Its a personal choice but you would feel so much better if you did! Not to mention you would save 100 animals a year =]

Ok well i just i kid but what u need to do is get out with the boys if they are little play with them get your man to watch them for a bit and go to the gym stay on a good diet no chips pop candy notting like that only heathly thing that are good for you and the boys what i do when i m watch my little boy cuz is we get on the wii fit if u do not have one that is ssomething to look into the boys will love it and so will u and if u don t get it then take the boys to the park go walking after you put the boys down for bed if u have a dog walk the dog with the boys so u don t lose time with them hope this help

Eat healthy foods.You could exercise. Pretty much only running. Probably can t drop that much weight if you are a guy...You ll just build muscle and gain more weight.

Cut back on fatty and sugary foods. They have more calories per spoonful than veggies and fruits. Eat lean meats instead of burgers.... Soy burgers can be dressed up w/ salsa or slices of fresh tomatoes instead of catsup and pickle relish.... eat a salad instead of the fries.... Losing weight fast isn t a good idea but 1 or 2 pounds a week is reasonable and should work within your stated time frame.

avoid ALL drinks with sugar in them...and do not eat desserts. also - no bread...and DO excercise (dont lift weights) because muscle weighs more than fat

some ppl say tht... if you loose weight the right way you will only loose one or two pounds a week... but i dont believe them wat i do is only eat fruits and vegtables for like a week and i loose ten pounds every week!!!! it works awesome!!! but make sure not to eat wheat or meat or dairy products cause they add to the calories... trust me my friends a teen model and has to stay really skinny it works!!!

Stop eating fatty foods incl any fast food, chocolate and other candy. Stop drinking sodas. Try running/walking for 30-40 min 4-5 times a week. Doing some weights will help also. DON T stop eating. It will slow you metabolism and prevent your body from burning calories. You don t need a cook book, it s simple. Don t eat prepared foods, and stay away from anything fried, sugary, or with a lot of oil. Eat a lot of vegetables, breads, rice, lean meats, etc. You probably won t lose weight as fast as you want but if you make this a lifestyle it will last and you will feel much better. Just be consistent.

Drink water. I always have water where ever I am. And eat healthy. See if you can join a gym. I joined a gym here in town and I lost 15 lbs since July. And I do go to the gym every day. I do cardio 90 min and weights 15 min and abs 10 min. And always eat less and exercise more.

Try and adopt a vegetarian diet. A vegetarian diet is undoubtedly better for those of us watching our diet. There are a lot of advantages of keeping to a vegetarian diet but I don��t want to sing an ode to vegetarianism now. What I would suggest is keep to a vegetarian diet as much as you can. Make a non- vegetarian diet a week end event or something if you find it impossible to give up eating all those animals.

Proteins in the morning, never skip breakfast. Salads through the rest of the day. Cardiovascular exercise in the middle of the afternoon but never more than one hour. Drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water throughout the day but not more than that and nothing with sugar or carbohydrates if it is not breakfast. Try it for two months and see how much weight you loose.

cut down on the calorie intake. especially salt and sugar. you will see the change real quick. or try to eat just one meal a day and eat salad with no dressing when you get hungry.

Heart attack and triple bypass should do the trick. Its a scary enough thought to curve your eating habits as well as getting you to do some exercise. Fast weight loss isn��t the way to go, it can bring on added health issues apart of the ones you are trying to solve, a slow reduction is the safest way to go as well as the longer lasting effects. You can try Atkins or similar low carb diet, it is as good as you can get for the fastest weight loss without TOO much damage to your health. Hope you achive your goal.

How do I lose weight fast? -

I ve got kind of an average sized body and I really want to lose weight, but I m looking for workout tips and diet tips!!! I reallly would like to know HOW TO TONE MY THIGHS. I hate my thighs, is there any way to shrink them without bulking up in the muscle department?

Women s bodies do not bulk up like men s do. Testosterone is the hormone necessary for that to happen. Women do not make enough testosterone to do that (we make some of this hormone to regulate body hair, that s about it). As for methods to tone up - do squats. Stand with your hands on your hips, and your feet shouldner-width apart. Squat down enough so that you re in a sitting position, and then stand back up straight. Do this 10 times, rest for one minute, and then 10 more, rest for a minute, and then 10 more. This will tone your inner and outer thighs, as well are your behind. It also is good for your lungs.Avoiding salty foods is good for weight control because salts make your body retain lots of water, which can add several pounds to your weight. Eliminating them can allow your kidneys to filter all of the extra fluid out of your body, and you will drop a few pounds rather quickly.Also, avoid high calorie and high fat foods.

I lost 5 pounds in one week by just eating about 5 small and healthy portions of food rather than eating 3 big meals and about a million snacks in between. Also, there are these big hoola hoops that help your waist get smaller and that really helped. I have big thighs too and I know that it helps to ride a bike every day for about half an hour. Also, drink water instead of soda and eat things that fill you up like eggs or bread. When I eat something without any carbs I just can t stop eating. I don t get full, so eat some bread with what you are eating (not a lot) and it will help you not get hungry every ten seconds. Also, stay in a room far away from the kitchen at home because when you are close to the kitchen you tend to go there for snacks a lot. Also, when you eat don t eat any fruit for about more than half an hour after because it build up fat. Don t starve yourself because then your body gives you the extra fat it stored and you gain more pounds. Don t stuff yourself either. Don t eat after 7 or 8 PM and if you exercise before going to bed it will really help too. Whenever you have extra time do jumping jacks or sit ups or do cardio exercises because they help. I hope that helps you because it helped me a lot.

walk at least 3 miles a day and it will slim you all over and keep you toned. squats are good but not too much because it will make them bigger after a while. for the diet part, just drink a lot of water and stay away from sweets, junk and fried foods. this will improve your body very fast. good luck and happy holidays!!!

Start walking, cut out all junk food, cut out all white foods like white rice, potatoes, white bread, eat only whole grains, bran, and make sure you get atleast 35 grams of fiber everyday, no sweet drinks just water.

I once weighed 340 plus pounds and I do not know how quickly you want to lose but I lost 200 pounds in about 9 months. That is too quick. The way that I lost 50 pound recently is by staying away from fried foods, carbonated drinks, and all sweets that have a lot of fat in them. I also drink green tea and I never take diet pills. I take fish oil capsules and green tea caplets. Make sure it is alright for you to take these things. I have Lupus and can only use a stepper 15 minutes a day but that really helps but remember muscle is heavier than fat and you may lose weight then gain but lose inches when you start toning up. Good luck. I also love dairy foods and have to get plenty of sleep or I gain back.

well it s not really healthy to lose weight quickly, and if you do, most will end up being water weight. a couple pounds a month should be your target...

Well the basic gist of it is you dont need to waste all the money on the stupid diets. All you need to do, is get a diary. Then on each day write down everything you are eating.
