The best way is to either gain weight slowly or lose it slowly.If you do it too quickly, you wont give the skin enough time to adjust so you might gain some stretch marks.I m not sure whether you are female or male, and I am not sure whether you are wanting to lose weight from being overweight... or lose fat and build muscle.If you are female, it s quite normal to get stretch marks on your hips. How much weight can I lose? -

I weigh 133lbs and am 5 4 . I would like to drop 15 lbs by the end of September. Is it possible to lose 5lbs a week if I excercise and eat healthy? Please give me some tips on how to lose weight fast. And I dont want to buy or join anything like joining a gym or anything like that. Please help!

Yet, the scale won t show that much a change. You should look at how your clothes fit, they are the best indicator of weight loss. Make sure you eat whole wheat carbs (most of it during the day), lots of lean proteins and vegetables, cut out sugar, take multivitamins, have oatmeal for breakfast, and 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise at least 5 times a week, min 30 minutes each time with additional good stretching and you will be leading yourself to a lifestyle that will make you live longer and healthier. I agree with miranda. you can t loose 5 pounds a week it s impossible but I think that you shouldn t really worry about weight loss. unless if it is possing a mager health risk then you shouldn t try to loose weight. I honestly think that if you are confortable with who you are then what s the point in trying to make everyone else happy?
