Girl, i have soo many teen girlies come to me to ask for dis kinda help. Now, if u want to get skinny first u have to cut out alll bad food. I know it wont seem like it doesnt do much but if you make a schedule of wut u want to eat it will really help. Cut out all breads and carbs. Drink water no soda s (even diet) and try to walk at least 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 minutes. If you cant do that then try 30 minutes. And make sure you eat veggies.

My brother just left to Texas for his air force boot camp. I am in really great physical shape and i am considering joining the air force reserves or army reserves. If you want to lose weight fast, run, run, run. Don t do 1 mile at 8 minutes, do 3 miles at 26 minutes. The more you do, the more calories you burn which will make you lose weight. Eating healthy can also make you lose weight, such as eat fruit and vegetables, add in chicken and salad too. Running will be your best excercise to lose weight. Burn more calories than you take in.
