What should I do AFTER Ive lost weight? -

Okay so, I know its early, I ve been on a weight loss program for 5/6 days now and I ve lost nearly 7 pounds. I have been working out tons, and I ve made heaps of changes to my diet (but I m not hungry or whatever), like heaps of fruits, etc.) Anyway, once I get to my goal weight, what do I do? Like I m craving foods like buttery popcorn, chips, hash browns, etc so badly, and I really wanna eat them when I m done but I m worried I ll put all the weight back on which is definately not what I want? So will I have to keep eating like this forever in order to keep thin? Can I eat chocolate ever again?!

Just be reasonable with the amount you eat, look at the food and think. Don t give yourself a whole bag of M M s and not think about what your doing with them. Ration off your fatty foods. Use them as a reward. If you are planning to go to a work out later in the day and you know a few hours ahead of time, its fine for you to have 100 calories or so of chocolate or fatty foods. Your body will digest those carbohydrate rich foods first. Just make sure to keep exercising and of course, be reasonable with your intake.

after you lost the weight that you want, you need to keep eatting the right things in the right amount and keep working out.. other wise you will gain the weight back and you will be back where you started...and yes, you should be able to eat chocolate again, just you need to WATCH HOW MUCH YOU EAT!!!remember, its all in moderation

First of all youve lost way too much weight in that amount of time. Secondly you might as well give in to those cravings because i can already tell your not going to make it. Stop worrying about what your going to do after youve lost the weight and start worrying about your health. If your working out as much as you say you are your body will not be able to continue at that pace. Your burning yourself out. try easing up on the workouts and make sure your able to continue a steady workout for at least 4 months. btw you can eat hashbrowns just cook them in fat free oil. and to answer your question if you want to remain healthy you have to eat healthy shouldnt be a surprise.

How much does Curves cost? -

My wife is looking into joining curves weight loss program, she would like to know how much it costs. I want to know, does it work. can anyone help us

I have done curves for about a month now and it cost about $34 per month, but there are joining fees also. And yeah it does work but you have to eat right also to help the program work. Infact I lost 4 pounds in 1 month when my starting weight was 110. So it just takes time but it really makes you feel good!

I own a Curves gym as well as a standard co-ed gym. We charge $59 to join and $29 per month on check draft. Curves is an excellent way for a novice gym person to get into shape. The atmosphere is very forgiving as there are not a bunch of fitness models and bodybuilders walking around preening. It is a place for regular people to go exercise and form relationships. I strongly recommend your wife try it out. Depending on the location and its management, it could be life changing.

The cost depends on your market area. I m on the East Coast in Va. and at my Curves we charge 39 per month. We also have the latest Curves Smart Equipment. This area is the first to have that installed. It brings a whole new dimension to a workout because it s tailored to your data and the program you want to work with..Some markets in the L. A. area may charge as much as 90 per month...Curves doesn t sent the upper limit it s up to market and the how greedy the owners are. I m not one of those, by the way. I can design meal plans or we can work with the ones Curves has to offer, both work..but with any plan it s a commitment that one may not be used to...Stick with any program and you ll see results.

well: according to My sister she started with Diet Fitnessof course very important Answers Health has a websiteplease ! visit http://www.curves/membership/info.com $33.00 per month

Whole milk? skim milk? low-fat milk?? -

What s the difference of all of this??Whats the best milk u will drink if ur in a weight loss program?? r if your dieting??thanks!!

The difference is mainly focus on the percentage of fat in the milk which also affects the amount of calories when same amount of milk was drank.Full cream (fresh) milk has a much higher fat content than the low-fat milk; it has about 4% fat while low fat milk has only half that (2%) and skim or non-fat milk has only 0.1% fat. This means that fresh milk has 60 calories more per cup (190 cal per cup) than low fat milk (130 cal per cup) and 110 cal more more than non-fat milk (80 cal per cup). Well, I guess most people will choose skim milk if they are in a weight loss program.. for me I would choose low-fat milk coz I don t like the taste of the other two types

Skim milk aka fat free is best if you are on a diet. WHole milk has all the fat left in it, low fat has some of the fat taken out and skim aka fat free has all of the fat taken out of it.

The difference is only 1% of fat. So basically none. Your best bet is skim milk if you have to drink it at all.

Cow s milk isn t meant for human consumption. It s also loaded with sugar inherently already in the milk, hence will lead to a predisposition for higher fat storage.

I always drink whole milk. It not so much what we eat, but, how we eat. Followed with having an active lifestyle. Each person does this different. You must find you a Balanced Food Plan that can work for you.I use;http://www.mypyramid.gov/On the left you can click; MyPyramid Plan and work from there. Calories you get for your present weight and activity help maintain that weight. I can drop my weight for a target weight and get an idea of the foods I need daily and plan my meals for the week and go to the store with my list.Say you weigh 130 and it say your calorie need to be 1600 per day. You can drop the weight in the calculator for 120 and may get a 1200-1400 calorie diet. Then you get a food plan for that target weight. You NOT want to drop calories too fast, it not work. Once you reach you Target, if you want, you can do a new Target of 110 and may need 1000-1300 calories a day. Simple and Free and it will work. You eat well balanced meals, have the energy you need and think better. Sometimes it even help a person s complexion. Now, on this link they say a low-fat milk, but, I do whole and can cut some fat elsewhere. I also use real butter and cheese and whipping cream. I just like real food.

You can go with either a 1% or skim milk to lose weight. Just be aware of the calories and fat of both. Your weight loss program should have the appropriate information regarding each typle of milk. Good luck.

The difference between the 3 types is the amount of fat that they contain, whole milk having the most, skim milk having the least. If you are trying to lose weight, or just want to eat a healthier diet, you should drink skim or reduced fat milk. The only people that really should be drinking whole milk(at least from a health standpoint) are people under the age of 4. Young children need a higher fat diet so their brains can properly develop.

If you are looking to drink a low fat content milk I would recommend 2%. It has plenty of flavor left in it so you dont puke, but most of the fat is removed.

Whole milk has a lot of fat in it because the fat is left in it at the dairy to make it creamier. Low fat milk is less fatty because they skim off the fat at he dairy. Soy milk, (my favorite) is actually made from soy beans. Its an alternative if your vegan or dont like milk. It comes in flavors too.

There is a BIG difference.1% means one percent of the milk is fat.2% means two percent of the milk is fat. That means that 2% has TWICE as much fat as 1%.Whole milk is 4% fat. So it has FOUR TIMES as much fat as 1%.Best bet is SKIM milk which has virtually no fat.

Fast but safe? -

is there a fast but safe way to lose weight. i want to drop pounds and im trying to find a safe but fast weight loss program

Eat healthy and regular excercise still the best for safe weight lossyou might go for other diet plan if exercise is not work for you dont ever try fast weight lossthere are some potential danger :)

I highly recommend Wu Yi tea which was featured on the Oprah show. I lost about 22 pounds in 2 months using it. I tried dieting and excercising but it really didnt do much for me. If you re interested it s actually on sale at http://www.dietonadime.com for $4.95. Try it out. Good luck!

When it comes to losing weight, people make the mistake of going for quickest solution while not bothering that its going to come back just as quickly. But when the programme is a ssafe and natural as the one I was on, then thats a differnt story. I lost 15 lbs, 6 inches in 6 wks, and got rid of my health issues like constant headaches. This is formulated by renowned doctors, and is absolutely safe, and begins showing results in a few weeks. It repairs your body internally so much so that there is no coming back of lost fat, unless you really overindulge.email weighright@yahoo.ca for details, log on to www.slimnactive.com

A healthy amp; quick weight loss plan? -

I m trying to drop a few pounds (and grow a little taller/stronger at the same time), would you consider this to be a quick (and healthy!) weight loss plan?- run every day for about 5 minutes- do crunches and push-ups for 10 more minutes- run some more until I m tired- drink more water and milk

Depends on your diet. Make sure you are eating healthy. Make sure you eat enough and don t starve yourself. Usually a person should be active for an hour and break a lot of sweat.

Running for 5 minutes? That s not going to do anything. You need to run for atleast 20 minutes. 30 - 40 minutes is better.Crunches and pushups won t help you lose weight - they ll just build muscle. Don t do them for 10+ minutes. Instead, count how many you do. Try around 30 - 50 each.Deffinately drink more water. Not so much the milk, as too much can get fattening. You still need some for calcium though.

Not healthy or quick. You should eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight everyday. Eat 6 small meals a day. That helps with your metabolism the protein helps you maintain muscle so when you do lose weight its fat. Instead of the running try this, I dont know if you are lazy or crunched for time but if you are only gonna put 5 minutes into cardio look up tabata routines. it will do more fo r ya than just running for 5 minutes. They only take 4 minutes but they are intense. Cut out sugar and refined carbs like white breadwhite rice stuff liek that. Eat wholegrain bread only and not much of that, stick to whole grain pasta and brown rice. Eat green leafy veggies. The water and milk are ok but id not get too carried away with the milk. Eat lean protein like tuna and chicken. You can also throw in lean beef. Find out on a site like fitday.com what your caloric intake should be for healthy weight loss. Do you not have time for a good routine and just trying to get something in? If you have time to put in about 30 minutes 3 days a week on a bodyweight fitness band routine and do the cardio on your offdays try this one.http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/abs.html. Doing it this way willhelp you be healthier overall and you will keep it off.Hope that helped.
