Go with it! looks great!!
i dont see many grains, you need more of that for a well balanced diet unless this is a detox, it sounds a tad like it ... and i dont think pudding mix really does anything for you!
wow sounds healthy

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
It can be a LOT of things. First, get blood work for your thyroid. Second, measure body fat. You could be losing fat and gaining muscle. Also, I would increase ice-cold water in take. A trick I use when I plateu is increase calories by 1,000 and double water, and work it all off with extra exercise.

being fat is your destiny
You won t lose that much weight in that short period of time in a healthy way. You need to change your lifestyle in order to achieve any kind of long term weight loss. Any quick fixes you will regain the weight and that is a fact.
Read tips articles on different types of diets, exercise programs, yoga much more....All about weight loss, weight watchers, Tea diets, easy home exercises to name a few
20 pounds in 30 days sounds serious!I knew guys in Army basic training who lost more than 40 pounds in 8 weeks. BUT! They ate 3 square meals a day and were under constant supervision. Needless to say, the exercise program was first-rate! LOLI d really check with your parents and a doctor before you try and set that goal for yourself.
You could completely cut out carbs and sugars. You will definitely drop 15-18 pounds in that period of time.
Sorry to say you can t loose that much weight in that amount of time. You shouldn t diet as that is a short term thing, you should just change your lifestyle habits as much as you can. cut out the sugary drinks, chocolate bars etc. Join a team and do some sports to get exercise, take the dog for a walk. Just little steps.Ask your mum/dad/whoever cooks to buy healthier foods - it will do you all good. The key is to take little steps and have realistic goals to losing weight and getting fit otherwise you will just keep failing at it and then you will constantly be depressed and think it is impossible.Good luck!
13 is a very young age to start a diet, and unless you are seriously overweight I would strongly advise you not to start anything without talking to your doctor. At that age your body is still developing and many girls that are not overweight mistake things like their hips spreading and gaining curves as gaining weight. At this age, it is important that you get enough vitamins and other nutrients. If you are overweight, you should forget the idea of a diet and see your doctor about a lifestyle change. If you re eating lots of junk food (fast food, cakes, candies, cookies, and sodas) then you might consider cutting back on those things. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Also drink lots of water. These are things you should do at any age whether you re trying to lose weight or not. Also, a treat every now and then will not hurt you.If you are not exercising, you should start doing something light (like walking 20 minutes a day) and work up to doing more. Also, try to find something you like to do like dancing, running, aerobics, etc.Safely losing 20 lbs. in a month probably isn t a reasonable goal. At your age, it is really important to talk to your doctor about a weight loss program and what would be a healthy weight for you.
If you got run down, it was not because of the amount of exercise you were doing. Look at professional athletes and dancers. They spend, maybe, six to eight hours a day exercising hard without getting run down. The problem might be poor diet or lack of sleep or who-knows-what. If you get that run down feeling again, go to your family physician.Meanwhile, here are some diet and fitness links that you will find helpful.Ideal body weight calculator for children and adults: http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/growthchaBody Mass Index calculator for children and adults: http://www.keepkidshealthy.com/welcome/bThis web site from the National Institutes for Health tells how to take charge of your weight: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/weighHere is a page that explains how to eat a balanced diet for different calorie levels. You must be really careful, especially when phentermine has become a highly controlled drug and it is actually illegal to sell it online. There is nothing wrong with phen if you get it with a prescription from your doc. Also there are some non-controlled meds that you can still get online and get the real deal, but I personally think that 99% of the pharmacies pushing phen online are scamsThis is a good source that describes and reports some of the online phentermine scams.. but there are many others out there...
Phentermine is highly regulated these days. It s next to impossible to get it, even over the internet, without a prescription. And even if you do find a site, it s probably not a reputable one. Scammers are starting to post links even here on yahoo answers (Scam sites are selling fake pills that just sound like phentermine - phenhermine, phentrimine and many more..)The only way is to get it from a doctor.None of the people I know who once ordered phen online still do it. The good online pharmacies have stopped selling it, and just scammers areleft who gladly take an advantage of this situation. If you will find a real and reliable source where you can still order the real stuff online then you will be very, very lucky. Just keep fingers crossed the pharmacy will be in business until your order arrives, because it can get closed any moment..I stopped using phen 9 months ago andstarted to take acomplia after I quit phen. It also works fine for me and I am losing a pound or a few every week.It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet. This is good site for Acomplia info if anyone s interested
It is very healthy and you are losing weight the right way. You can figure on a 2 to 3 pound weight loss when you are eating the right foods and doing exercises. Congrats.
It s good that you are trying to lose weight! You should try to take it slowly though, 192 is a bit much for 4 weeks, just exercise and eat healthy and keep it up. TAKE IT SLOWLY THOUGH!!!!!
you are doing good eat health food and make exercise
Great job!! Keep it up girl. At your age you need to loose a few more pounds. God Bless.
Looks like healthy weightloss to me! Keep it up chick!! :D [claps for you]And being between 110-130 or whatever Bob said is NOT healthy for everyone. There are other factors besides AGE. :-p
you are doing fine keep going, the 1st 2 weeks of weight loss is usually the liver, after that it gets harder to lose weight
It s sounds pretty balanced....as long as you re not starting to feel bad (dizzy, tired, etc...) it should be an o.k. pace to continue.
wow i think thats good! keep it up!
you need to lose way more weight(no offense) the average weight for a fourteen year old is about 110 to 130 pounds.
Yes that s normal, you will find your weight loss will slow down, but don t lose faith, keep it up.
dang
I heard that healthy weight loss is two pounds a week, and anything more than that is unhealthy or just water weight.
YAY!! good job!that s totally healthy and i m so happy for you all the way!
good! keep it up!!!!!
Sounds fine to me. Good luck
Sounds good :)Now that you have lost some initial weight, aim to lose 1 to 2 lbs per week. It s better for the body and sustainable. Rapid weight loss is fine for the first few weeks, but then it must slow.
