Don t waste your money on it.

The most effective way to burn fat is to eat less food and move more often, the issues surface when we actually try to put that into operation! There are loads of stumbling blocks out there aren t there?! The sole method that really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it was reported in Reader s Digest and USA Today. I lost twenty five pounds, it really does produce results!

5 Simple Weight Loss TipsHi Eleanor. Not long ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my doctor told me to lose weight or my life would be shortened by many years. Being overweight most of my life I knew it was time to get serious. I know how hard weight loss is and I want to share a few things with you I found along the way that helped me lose 70lbs in eleven months. We can t control what we can t measure. Pay attention to how many calories you are consuming and how many you are burning. If you burn 500 calories more per day than you eat, you should lose about a pound a week. Don t drink your calories because the liquid doesn t stay in your stomach long enough to make you feel full. Choose foods such as fruits and veggies that are high in fiber and they will stay with you longer and keep you satisfied. And the most important tip...keep at it. It won t happen overnight so don t give up.

Healthy Weight Loss For A Teenager? -

I m a 16 year old female; 5 1 and I ve been wanting to slim down my stomach and take a little off my thighs. I m not fat! I m about 120 pounds give or a take a pound. I just want a smooth no pouch stomach and take a little off my thighs/hips. I m about a 34 C and I wanna keep them. I m about size 5 in pants and I m kinda of wanting to go down to possibly a 3. I don t want anything drastic! I just want to feel slimmer and healthier but keep my curves. Here s a few pictures to show you what my body basically looks like.Sorry, the facial expression and quality arent the best! But they ll have to work work.http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m227/IAmMyself15/n1299780612_30271801_8176.jpghttp://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m227/IAmMyself15/Picture014.jpg

eating healthy is key. consume a little more protein (meat) than usual. Work out helps but losing weight, and getting your body tone is about your body fat percentage. Eating healthy is the main thing, then work out. Two strengths when combined, result in that figure your looking for. When you work out don t do the same routine work out everyday. alternate between 3 days and do different things each of the three days. like Monday do crunches, Tuesday sit ups, Wednesday go for a run. then Thursday go back to crunches. You can do more than one thing a day certainly but don t do the exact same workout everyday. Your body gets use to it. Mix things up. Eat a healthy breakfast. Eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice. that sort of thing. Just combine eating healthy with work out and you should see results in the first few days.

You look very good. To keep from gaining bodyfat find a friend and make the gym a lifestyle while staying away from the junk foods.Good luck

You dont look like you need to lose weight but if you want t i would say drink plenty of water eat lots of fruit and veg and try to eliminate all sugary foods and alcohol from your diet!!

wanna weight loss buddy? email me on yahoo if you want, im 16, 5 2 looking to lose a few as well.

Stop eating crap and excercise. Really, it s that simple.

I don t need to see any of your pic. At the age of 16, a size 5.Can not be BAD at all. All you need is daily exerise, firm up and build some muscle. You don t need to get down to size 3. The skinner you are does not make you a better person. Be healthy, be happy with what you got. Set a goal in life and achieve them. Find friends that s supportive and have a heathy postive attitude. toward life. That would be one of the best gift you can have for yourself.Remember beauty is only skin deep. But dumb is forever.

Has anyone taken phentermine? -

my doctor prescribed phentermine to me. im in a weight loss program and taking a b12 shot and vitamins. my first day will be tomorrow and i just wanted people s reviews who HAVE taken it or are taking it now. i eat 1200 cal a day and exercise everyday rotating between weight lifting and walking. im 5 7 and 208 at the moment im wishing to be 150 by december..

My Dh and I started it 2 weeks ago. He has had amazing results and has lost 16 pounds.I lost 9 lbs. the first week and now, NOTHING. I m exercising 45-60 minutes per day (cardio) 5 days per week and logging every piece of food that goes into my mouth (to the tune of no more than 1100 calories a day) and not drinking caffeine or soda of any kind...and the scale still will not budge anymore.I need to lose about 40 lbs. I dropped 46 lbs. all on my own after the birth of my daughter, but this last 40 is killing me. We go in Monday for our 2 week checkup. I m really disappointed.

I have to agree with Kimmer. I have been on it about 2 months and the first couple weeks I lost about 10 pounds, and now it seems like my body has become immune to it.It does get frustrating. I heard though, it you stop taking it for a month or so, and then restart, it will work again.Dont know. I tried Meridia before this and it worked for about 2 months, then stopped. Where s that miracle cure!? If you find it along the way, pleeeease let me know : )

I have taken it before. It works but it ll keep you awake for days. I had the worst dry mouth you can imagine. It wasn t worth it.

Ive lost 4 pound in a week, but...? -

am i doing too much? as they say 2 pound a week is a healthy weight loss each week and anything more is unhealthy... i ve been eating a good diet, just cutting out carbs and fat, and have started to go to the gym 6 times a week doing 5k each time on the treadmill and also weights. im trying to lose 2 stone in 4 months, im currently 5 5 female, weighing 10 stone 10, 150 pounds... do i need to slow down a bit? or is this ok? just worrying that my weight loss will come to a hult. and how much is a realistic weight loss in a 4 months? thanks in advance x

this is no set of correct answers when it comes to weight loss. the bottom line is simply that it depends on too many factors, what your calorie intake is, what the intensity of your cardio training is, what your metabolic rate is, what % of your calories are fat calories vs. complex carbs and proteins and FIBER....there is nothing wrong with losing 4lbs in a week, there is nothing wrong with losing more, or less than that. what does matter is that you are eating enough calories to match the intensity of your workouts and that you are drinking enough water....i have struggled with my weight since elementary school- a solid 15 years now...i look back at my height to weight ratio and how physically strong i was and i want to beat the stupid misconceptions out of the me from back then. i was perfectly healthy, i am 5 11 and i should have never felt bad about weighing more than the 5 3 girls in my classes. but that s a sidebar....the point is when i was doing the intense cardio conditioning workouts at the start of track and field season, we would work 5 days a week, 2 hours a day HARD and i would drop 15-20 pounds in a matter of two weeks. and i didn tt change my diet to go anorexic orbulimia was simply a REALLY tough workout. and it was healthily lost weight. bear in mind as you work out that everyone works at a different pace and as long as you are not in pain during your workouts or find yourself eating less than 1200-1500 calories per day (unless your doctor says so) you should be just fine.

When I did a similar regime I lost a lot i the first week too. then it levelled off to a pound or two a week. I lost quite a bit.But be very careful, as soon as I started eating normally again, the weight just piled back on.And now I weigh about a stone more than when I began to diet and exercise. Unless you are prepared to live like this for the rest of your life, be careful because the weight comes back and then some as soon as you stop.

is it your first week of dieting? im presuming it is - then the 4lbs will be mostly water weight. You will even off and will lose between 1-2.5lbs from now on. If you do hit a plateau dont give up. Increase exercise and cut down a little on cals until you see it shifting again - good luck

Weight loss was a nightmare for me until I tried out acai berry. I understand they say that pills don t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial on at the moment at http://gichind.cq.hk, give it a try , why not?

check in the back of the sofa, pounds normally fall down there

If this is your first week it s fine just don t expect it to continue, people often lose more weight in their first week.It also may be worth doing a check to make sure you are actually eating enough and having a balanced diet.I m in a similar situation, but weight more, I m currently 75Kg and I m 5 4 I also go to the gym 5-6 days a week and make sure i eat between 1300 and 1700 calories a day, the more exercise i do the more I eat. I ve lost 19lb in 12 weeks. One thing to note is that after a while you may stick at the same weight for a bit, the best way over that is to shake up your routine, go to the gym at a different time or change your workout and try a cross trainer instead of the treadmill. I ve even found increasing my calories for a day then dropping back to normal has been enough to drop the lb s again.

wow you sure are going for it and good for you but I can not help but think this is a little too much on the exercise front as for the weight loss well you may find from week to week more weight loos and sometimes a little less keep an eye on it and I would say for the general weight loss hey how comfortable are you in your favourite jeans if the answer is very or they fit just right then fitness is the key thing not what you weigh and since your going to the gym a lot I d say your fitness is fine. I would say you may want to cut the gym down to three or four visits a week
