Any weight loss tips? -

Hi, I would like to lose at least 5 pounds, but preferably around 10-15 pounds in 1 month and 9 days, especially around the bust, butt, thigh, and stomach area. I m trying to cut down to 600 calories a day (I know, not the best way to lose weight), and work out for atleast 30-60 minutes a day. Is it possible for me to reach my goal? And does anyone have any super great tips to help me lose weight around my stomach, thighs, butt and bust areas? Thanks!

You re not going to lose weight eating only 600 calories a day. That s overall starving yourself. You ll just hold onto fat.You can lose up to 10 lbs healthily within your time range.Eat around 1500 calories a day.Do your 30-60 minutes of exercise.Do NOT starve yourself if you screw up. :/

drink a lot of water and just dont get sad

that is great, eat more exercise less. there really is no trick. that s it! eat healthy, with a balanced diet. make sure you re getting protein, and complex carbs. make sure you are sweating when you work out, for the full 30 minutes. do weight training as well, because it increases your metabolism.

Am i fat???? ? -

I am a 14 year old girl who is 4 11 and weighs 122 pounds. I am like a size 7 in dresses and pants and a medium or large in most shirts. almost all of my fat is in my stomach. i want honest opinions please and if you do think so weight loss tips

absolutely not! you sound great to me. super thin never looks good. it s betternto have some meat on your bones

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and exercise more often, the difficulties appear when we really try to put that into practice! There are a lot of temptations out there aren t there?! The sole thing which definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

You re not Fat Fat is a tissue under our skin, everyone has fat on them.Overweight on the other hand, Is the correct term, But no, you are about normal weight.

No way. From what I have read in Health magazines, you would not be considered fat.

Help? Ab Weight Loss Tips PLease? x :)? -

I want fab abs and I do cardio for about 15 mins everyday, jogging for about 15 mins everyday Btw Im 14 so dnt suggest any pills cos I cnt take em just yetDoes an ab roller help too btw?Can u suggest any exercises, tips ect? :) xThank you x

sorry the only way is no pain no gain just good old fasion crunches really, dont do sit ups to much strain on your back !!no need to come up that high do crunches. Or yes an ab roller is good. do 3 sets of 15 crunches a night and then build up, i dont do um any more but i was at the end doin 300 crunches a night and an hour n a half on the stepper a night for cardio work out. when doin crunches try bringing your knees up to meet your elbows halfway this will do your lower abs then allso you can come up and twist to the side to excersise your obliqes dont do um fast nice and slow the more pain the better.do 3 sets of 15 rest 1 minute between sets then next night do 3 sets of 16 and so on. you can allso stand up and put broom handle behind your head and do some twists from side to side it keeps the love handles away not that you have any at 14 lol. to lose body fat like on your belly best thing is anythink cardio that makes you heart race and make you swet. hope this helps and stay healthy its important.

HELP ME! (please)? -

I m going on holiday in mid august and i would like to lose a few inches off my tummy, thighs and bum. Is there any easy weight loss tips please. Thank You

1. eat smaller meals more often (be sensible, eat healthy)2. exercise, daily (walk, run, play basketball anythingthat can get your heart pumping...) 3. drink A LOT of water.. its better for you than soda(even diet) and it can fill you up so youre not as hungry and eat less or do alot of crunches, leg lifts, wall sits etc. good luck!

If you want to look good on your vaca by losing a few pounds, you need to give some stuff up. In college I gave up soda completely, and lost 10 pounds in one month. I drank a loot of soda though...Give up all beverages - Just drink water!!! It s all you need.Give up fried foods of all kinds.Exercise whenever possible. Take the stairs, walk the extra distance to somewhere. In the morning and before you go to bed, do about 100 crunches. It s not that many, really, and do them in different positions (one leg straight up, alternate, etc)For your thighs, take up walking a few miles a day, with short intervals of jogging (1 or 2 minute sprints)Your bum - lay on your back on the ground with your knees bent, and lift your bum off the ground, then lower back to the ground. Do 3 sets of 15 reps. Really squeeze the buttocks when you lift.Good luck, and have fun on vacation!

Try doing sets of 30-90 crunches three times a day for your middle. Do the same formula with leg lifts. For the bootie, I m not quite sure, but I know that if you google you can find good excercizes similar to crunches and leg lifts. I ve heard that if you use the formula above for crunches, you can start seeing a trimmer tummy in just two weeks!! Hope this helps!! :-)

for tummy do sit ups, thights- sit down on a chair and lift your legs up and down (make sure they are straight).

lighterlife program u can lose a stone a mth. but it costs 66pounds a week. and ur bmi has to b ova 29

dnt eat after 4-5pm cause you wont burn many cals after.

just consistently exercise morning and night everyday.

Women 35 and over, any weight loss tips??? -

I am so depressed with my weight. I had a baby last year and I am just struggling with the weight.I have tried half of the weight loss products at Walmart nothing seems to help, I have actually gained more.I know I m at the age where your metabolism slows. I don t eat junk food. I exercise at least 4 days a week.Any tips would be appreciated.

I knew in both a well-educated and intuitive sense the diet that I needed, wanted, and believed in, but it hadnt quite jelled in my mind until I saw it in The Fat Resistance Diet (Broadway Books, 2005), by Leo Galland, M.D. As soon as I did I knew it was for me and my family, not just for weight loss, but for life. I am very partial to the work of Dr. Galland, as he is dedicated to the leading edge science of healthy nutrition and holistic healing, and his other books have become bibles in my family. This one will be, too. I began the diet the day after I saw the book, and I am here to herald it far and wide as a disease-fighting diet that can bring vibrant health. Here is why: For more info read the article below. You need to live healthy eat better and excersice. There are no easy ways out.Good LuckPeaceGG

smaller portions my friendand eat salads and veggies as much as possiblefruit is sorta healthy but still has lots of sugarbut it s a lot better then chips candy etc.water is good too ;-)

Lots of different factors come into play here...genetics, type of exercise and how long you go at it, not eating junk food is good, but if you do not exercise enough to burn it, you can gain weight eating lots of healthy food as well.If you do not have a genetic disposition to being heavy, then the best advice I can give is two words....moderation and exercise.Hugs.

Only Drink Lemon water every tome when U need water that;s it.

what is hoodia?Hoodia Gordonii is a cactus plant native to South Africacontaining an active ingredient that research has shown canreduce appetite by over 1200 calories a day while providingyou with stamina, energy and a general feel good quality!http://www.gordoniihoodia.netAfter hearing about this amazing new wonder cactus, 60Minutes traveled to Africa to find out for themselves aboutthis amazing discovery. Go easy on starchy foods (bread, pasta, rice, etc), and food with a lot of sugar. Works for me.

Best way to lose weight is not to eat. If you are expecting fast results, it will be painful for you, and might even be physically damaging. If you plan on serious weight loss, I d suggest that you plan for the long term, and expect dramatic results after a year at least. You should exercise 5 days a week each session lasting at least 30 minutes, and it must be of such magnitude that you are able to sweat due to the exercise (not weather, and not warm clothing). Eat what you want, but watch the calories and try not to eat to the extent that you feel full. Sudden decrease in food intake might be painful, but after a while your stomach will compress/shrink and you ll find yourself eating less naturally. Many people under stress tend to gain weight. It might be difficult, but try to keep calm. There are reported cases of picking up an instrument helping in weight loss, but it might be difficult in your situation... If you do decide to pick up an instrument, piano, drums, or violin/cello might be good for such purposes.

Can I lose weight without screwing up my body? -

I m a 13 year old boy, not sure about my measurements but I m not fat. A while ago (about 3 months) I had a little extra stomach so I went about losing it. I joined soccer as well as going for jogs and just generally being active. I also ate a bit healthier (as much as I could but it s not perfect, but it s better than most of my skinny mates). Well I have gotten much fitter but I have not seen any difference in my body. I can run further, faster and longer than before but I have not lost any fat (I don t have scales, I judge on pics, before and after you know). Well, why didn t I lose any fat, how can I and is it possible to (without screwing up my body). What can I do?Btw, all the weight loss tips I have seen on here I do, like drink more water etc.Thanks.

maybe you just need to do what your doing for a while longer or maybe its just your natural body shape? idk good luck anyway :D

You should try Thermogen Plus it works very well and you can maintain your normal diet while you lose weight. Your accumulated fat is exposed through body heat and eliminated in the urine, bowel movements and sweat. here is the website to order it www.ardysslife.com/jshabazz good luck :)

don,t obsess. you sound very healthy. don,t have unreasonable expectations.

Weight loss tips! please give me some advice!? -

So, I realized today that I only have a pair of jeans that still fit me. I just am so tired of feeling nasty about my body. I have access to a gym, but I have been extremely busy with classes, so it has been hard for me to get to the gym. I know that is something I need to make time for.But lets pretend I couldn t work out 5-6 times a week, what are some other changes I can make to help me lose some weight? I have to buy my own groceries, so I cant spend a lot of money. But I figured that cutting out coffee and ice cream runs...that would help. I can t spend a lot of time making dinner and lunch, but I want to start eating better. Please help!current weight: 144lbsgoal weight: 125lbsheight: 5 2 i don t want to take any pills, just natural weight loss!

lettuce is cheap, you can buy that and make your own salads, with any other vegetable. don t go hard on dressing though, i try to use only a tablespoon.eat plenty of fruits and drink a lot of water, that will make you feel like you are not that hungry. whenever you eat, try to leave behind just a little. try not to eat while you watch tv because sometimes you dont even realize that you re full and you keep eating. focus on your food!!if you can t get to the gym, do what i do.work out in your room on the floor for 20 or 30 minutes before you shower.do 100 crunches, military abs, and get some light dumb bells. look up some ab exercises that you d be interested in.i will say this time and time again, if you run or jog you will lose weight! make time to go to your gym for 30 minutes, thats all and just jog on the treadmill. you can even bring your books to study.don t skip meals, if you try to eat less you will not lose a lot of weight and if you do lose some weight, as soon as you eat again it will allllllll come back.try to eat some fruits for breakfast, and have a glass of skim milk.try some wheat toast with jelly.make a sandwhich with fat free deli meat. dont use mayo.peanut butter with apples is a good snack.for dinner don t fry anything! bake your chicken and eat some greens.stay away from soda, sugar, and white bread, etc.

calculate your bmi which stands for basic matabolism rate once you have that then cut your eating to about 1500 calories a day and do light exersise. so lets say you have a bmi of 1900 by eating 1500 calories you would be losing 400 calories a day. and along with the light excersise like jogging and walking that should be and extra 300. so you would be on pace to lose over a pound a week. 4 pounds in a month. and 2 months 8-10 pounds. so just do this for 4 months and you will be alot skinnier.

i weighed 260 and now weigh 170 so i can help. for breakfast have a banana, apple, or yogurt, for lunch have a tuna sandwich, or peanut butter and jelly, for dinner have chicken baked or grilled (not fried!) have it with some vegetables or potatoes.i also work out and run for one hour a day stay away from soft drinks, chocolate, cookies, candy.

Regular coffee is fine, it s what we add that makes it fattening. And ice cream for sure, way too calorie dense. You could always run in place, jumping jacks, push ups, crunches...Karl

Cut out sugar, add more fresh fruits and vegetables. I swear by juicing vegetables.

Cut off some limbs. You ll lose a few pounds there.

listen to football he has experience so yeah do watever he says.

You can drink coffee but just regular coffee with some Equal or Sweet N Low. None of that fancy drinks which pack in major calories. I d mostly control my diet if I were you. Studies have shown that diet is the most influential factor in losing weight. Count calories and try to stay around 1200 while you want to lose weight. Fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins (fish, chicken), and whole grain carbs should mostly make up your diet. On nights I have more time I ll make a package of chicken breasts and throw those in salads, sandwiches, or whatever throughout the week. Drink tons of water. Every time you think you re hungry drink at least a half liter of water. If you re still hungry afterwards then eat something. Limit soda, alcohol, sugar, candy, snacking, fast-food, eating out, and nothing fried. good luck!
