Get into the habit of drinking water while you eat, say three spoons then a bit of water to wash it down, it s good for your whole digestion system and after a while you won t even have to think about it. Drinking water (or fruit juice) in between meals as well. If you drink soda pop give it up, if you drink a lot of it cut down first (quitting a sugar addiction cold turkey can cause depression). Find an exercise or activity you find fun, that way you ll be more likely to keep it up long term, it doesn t have to be something crazy like canoeing, you could just start walking your neighbours dogs or whatever you find fun. Take care of yourself!
lol i am same age as you and i weigh 95 pounds and i am taller to xDanyways just eat like an apple for breakfastsalad for lunchand another salad for dinner but make sure they have a low fat dressingand go on the tread mill 1 hour a day or even more if you want better results good luck =]
i think if you lost an appendage you might be able to trim a few pounds off yourself. try cutting off your arms or a leg those are pretty heavy. i hope this helps. thx.

Try the South Beach Diet. My brother did it and he lost 20 LBS in 2 weeks. All he did was stay on stage 1 a little longer then what it said. Try getting a book about the diet, it really worked for him.
- Drink mostly water and cut out all soft drinks and tea. - cut out all sugar (except for fruit)- Exercise 6 days a week (cardiovascular like walking is the best). Start for 15 minutes and add 5 minutes a day until you are up to an hour.- eat protein without bread (you can have veggies and butter and salad dressing, etc, but no bread) and eat mostly protein.- eat bread alone with no butter, etc and then only 2-3 hours either before or after your protein meal.- only eat until you are full - don t finish your plate.- and don t eat anything after 6p.m. if you go to bed anytime after 9p.m. you need to let your body digest food before you sleep.I did all the above and lost 15 pounds per month for three months (even during Thanksgiving and Christmas!). I ve kept it off for 2 years now too!

Dont buy stupid stuff and fake ways.This is not my thing but i watched a show which told me what to do. they gave people 4 golden rule to follow.1. eat whenever you feel like. reason when you dont eat your body goes to survival mode and you start storing food faster if you alot of quiting diet.2. eat what you like.3. stop when you think you are full.4. walk minimum of 6000 steps a day or more( 15 mins= 2000 steps)

im 14 too! and i really want to lose weight fast and ive tryed loads of things and tbh the only thing that has really worked is not eating any snacks and if i have to i eat a bowel of ceral of a break fast bar and i did notice i lost a bit of weight in a week and a half and i was doin really and had noticed a big differnce but since easter iv just put it all back on and im stuck on chocolate eggs atm lol

Is it easier for me to lose weight or gain muscle? -
If you gain muscle, you will burn fat. Just having muscle makes your body burn more calories in a day. You need to combine a workout of strength training and cardio to lose weight. You should walk/run 3 times a week and strength train 3 times a week, and rest 1 day. Do it something like this this:Sunday: restMonday: runTuesday: strengthWednesday: runThursday: strengthFriday: runSaturday: strengthYou should alternate days like that, and you need a day of rest or your body will get too tired and you could hurt yourself or just not get a good work out. You don t have to lift heavy weights to strength train, just do push ups or lift weights that are heavy enough to challenge you. For me, 3lb weights work best. I m a girl. Since you re a guy, I d lift 5-10lb weights or just do pushups. And when you walk/run, you need to do it at least 1 hour a day.Also remember that if you re gaining muscle, you re going to put on muscle weight but lose fat weight, so try to focus more on how your body looks than what your physical weight is.
I m not sure I understand why you are contempt choosing one or the other so how about you aim to lose weight whilst building muscle?If that was the case a good quality HIIT (High Intensity, Interval Training) workout might be beneficial, HIIT is proven to burn high amounts of fat with short workouts 15-35min is enough, (an example would be sprinting, then resting...repeat) this will also improve your cardio, mix this with up some light to medium weight training and there s no reason you can t do both.If your asking what s easier, burning fat or building muscle well that s difficult to answer because it depends on factors such as your metabolism, diet, current fitness level, what type of workout or weight training your willing to do etc.Google HIIT workouts to find out more if your interested.All the best.
Building muscle is much easier than losing weight.With losing weight you have do Cardiovascular activities which will tire you out and you also have to watch your diet.Building muscle requires protein and constant weight lifting, though tiring would be less physically exhausting.Running/Swimming/Walking/Biking/Joggin�� are all good ways to lose weight and build up your leg muscles.Building up the leg muscles help strengthen other muscles as they are the largest. what everyone says is to get skinny first, then gain muscle, but thats counterinuitive and is not a good idea. thts what i did, and its just extra hard work for no reason. whan you re bigger, you re body will build muscle easily because it has so much extra energy to do it with. when you rer skinny, its hard to gain muscle because you re body doesnt have enough energy to build new mass. when you gain muscle first, it will then be easier to lose the fat when you decide to because the muscle you have gained will increase your metabolism and the fat will fall off a lot faster. just start eating smarter, not less, just smarter, and work out everyday. and lifting heavy weights does not stunt your growth
it would be easier to gain muscle but it would also be stupid. yes it heavy lifting does stunt your growth. but converting fat directly to muscle will only stay muscle as long as you work out. two weeks of not working out and all of it will convert right back to fat. you have to lose weight first and then start building muscle, if you even want to that is. there is no fast way to lose weight. the only way to do it is the old fashioned way. eat less exercise more. something that really helps on speeding up the process is not eating after 6pm. and power walking for 45 minutes everyday.
its always harder to gain muscle than it is to lose weight but from some people it cam be the opposite. You can do both by following a high protein diet and regular exercise.
Before listening to morons stating that weight lifting stuns your growth - do your own research. For example the first five or six articles from google pin this down as a myth.
