I need to lose weight fast? -

i need to lose weight in about a month. any tips? suggestions?

It didn t appear overnight, it s not leaving you overnight. Relastic weight loss should be no more than 3 lbs/wk (and that takes work!)Eat right and exercise...it s posted here ad nauseum every day and yet people keep asking the question as if some miracle weight loss method will come along just for them. sorry this answer is so long, i just felt it was more complicated than a drink water, or eat less kind of answer.first start by drinking a glass/bottle of water before large meals. (you can add crystal lite or lemons to improve the taste if you are not use to water. if you are a big soda drinker, try switching to diet. i know the taste is nasty but you gotta get used to it, 0 calories per can! you can t beat that.. next look for high fiber foods; the more fiber you have in your diet the fuller you feel, thus the less you eat. it s not so much of losing weight fast, or dieting and excersing as it is more of a mind change. the size of your stomach is about the size of your fist. always have that fact in the back of your mind when you are getting a portion of food. if you start to think of food in terms of actually going into your body and into the size of your fist. then that will help you with protion size control... food is a volume. sure it tastes good but it is so much more than taste... don t forget it goes somewhere when you eat it!!!... ok, with that part said.... lets say you don t eat large portions, instead you munch and snack through out the day... well, than that is harder because that means that you are going to have to have self control. instead of grabbing an apple or opening up a bag of chips every time you feel hungry. maybe instead drink some water/diet soda. BTW I had lost 30 pounds in about 12 weeks on a side note, I went off my diet (cound t afford the name brand foods anymore, I gained back 5 pounds of the 30 i had lost, but that was itbut my friend lost 100 pounds in like 4-5 months with rigorious and constant exercisiing, and also the special K diet. but she never found out about her body, and how to control her hunger...she started eating and slacked on exercisiing... and she gained half the weight back in 2-3 months!!!!! so once more, losing weight is a LIFE CHANGE it is not simple and it is not easy. and as for exercisiing: sit ups, crunches, push ups, jumping jacks, walking in place... if you want to spend a little money by resistance bands, or dumbells... figure out a routine that is about 20-30 mins long and while you are working up a sweat (you have to work up a sweat for it to count!) think about the cool pair of jeans you want to fit into, or the cute boy you have a crush on... another thing that might help, get someone to take a photo of you, while posing look straight ahead, stand like you normally do, (if you slouch, than slo

I started out, 5 4 18 years old, at 196 lbs so we are pretty similar...I have lost my first 10 lbs relatively quickly..what I am doing is doing forty five minutes to one hour of cardio six times a week. Don t do any strength training until your fat percentage had made significant reductions. There is no point in building muscle if there are layers of fat, it will make you gain wait and look bulky. Walk in a neighborhood at a brisk pace( where talking /holding a conversation would be a challenge) or buy a cheap hour long cardio dvd..I hope this helps and good luck! As for eating, with each meal incorporate a vegetable, a protein and a fiber. Try counting your daily calorie intake. That should give a better idea of why you are so overweight. Then cut down your calories to 1500 throughout the day and try to include a little exercise that gets your heart going. Dance to five of your favorites songs a day. Good luck, you can do it.

trust me on this: Dance Dance Revolution and Wii Fit. OR sleep a lot more. More sleep means you weight less. try exercising for 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. It could just be walking. Drink a lot of water as well. You ll eventually pee out body fat. or drink tea with no calorie sweetener. It really helps. Some breads up too because the absorb liquid fats.

Get thee to Weight Watchers. There is probably a meeting close to you. They are a international unit. They will teach you how to lose weight safely and exercise safely and in the process you will pick up a good knowledge of nutrition.

What can i do to lose weight fast? -

I am 15 5,5 and weight 135, I have been wanting to lose my body fat, especially my stomach fat

I know this isnt what you want to hear but if you loose weight to fast you will gain it back and mabe more. The best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise.

I was 135 kilo and now weigh 99 kilo about 14 months later. Still have belly but it has shrunk alot!!I am terribly impulsive and have very little will power.I simply started calorie counting each day.A guy needs about 2500 to maintain current weight so I aimed for about1900.I cut out Take Aways, Cheesecake, 5 bars of chocolate a day/ buisuits, and all the other creamy deserts.Actually you soon start calorie couting automatically.Diet coke etc soon feels nicer than the real thing.You can still have lean meat options at night and basically all the fruit and veg you like.BUT THE ONLY WAY I MANAGED THIS WAS TOO SEE SOME LIGHT AT THE END OF THE DAY; ON ONE DAY A WEEK I ALLOW MYSELF TO EAT WHAT THE HELL I LIKE...It worked for me!!

You can t lose 10 lbs in 20 days. That s just not really possible.I mean, to lose a single pound, you need to burn 3500 calories more than you eat. This can be in a day, or over an entire week, etc.So, to lose 10lbs, you d need to burn over 35,000 calories more than you eat in these 20 days. If you re eating normally (let s say anything over 1000 calories a day - since less than that gradually results in death - and settle on 1200 calories a day for this example)With that 1200 in mind, doing the math tells you you d need to burn 1700 calories MORE than you eat every day... Could someone share a fast amp; simple way to lose weight?? -

Well im a teen, but i aint that thin. So is there a way to lose weight fast??I do alot of active things ... (meaning i aint like way fat, just not as thin as i want to be)Well i do things in my life such as , soccer, basketball, martial arts/kickboxing and you know like walking with myy sister and that.Any thoughts will be helpful :) thanks

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

No I don t think you re fat. Size 3 is small. Cut your calories if you want to lose weight.
