I need to lose weight how can i lose weight fast? -

i need to lose as much as i can before school starts on aug.20 and i just want to know how can i lose at least 20 pounds?/im 14 5 3 and 116 pounds i need to lose 20 before school starts!!!!!!!!!!! can some one please help me??

I used to be 110. This is a pretty easy diet i tried. Oprah said one diet, dont eat after 8 o clock. But i changed it to 5. I tried this.For one week i just ate normal. But after 5 o clock , the kitchen is closed for me, i brush my teeth, don t eat anything just drink water. Maybe 2-3 cups everyday. Lost 5 pounds in one week. Your weight depends on ur height/genes u can t be 5 8 and be 100 pounds. I also tried running for 20 minutes and ablounge for 20 minutes. 3 days a week. Try to cut out the junk food. not completely. I m also trying to give up chocolate, i know it sounds crazy, just like to give myself a challenge. I mean think about it, when we eat junk food, think of all the trans fat, and the junk that we re putting in our bodies we don t need. I am in the same boat. I think exercising as much as you can and pushing yourself...and eating fruits and veggies...and small meals. starving doesnt work in the long run and yeah thats about it. No easy way. It sucks. I know.

116 is a very healthy weight for a girl of fourteen. Losing 20 lbs would put you at about 16% body fat which is low, especially for someone of your age. I can understand the pressure of wanting to look pretty for when school starts [high school I assume], but part of being beautiful is being comfortable with yourself and your body. Instead of concentrating on losing pounds, if you are unhappy with a few extra inches here or there, just try to eat a healthy diet of fruits, veggie s and protiens, and begin a light excercise program to tone up a little bit. You re a girl I m assuming? LolOkay well, you can have up to like 15 lbs of water weight on. I did because I lost it in like 2 weeks once I quit an anti depressant I was on. I don t know if periods cause this much but they do cause your weight to go up and to make you feel bloated/look bigger. Some people go up a jean size on their period.Your bmi is 20.5, meaning if you got down to 96 lbs your bmi would be 17. Mine was 17.5 and I was on deaths door.You seem to be the perfect size. I d KILL to be your height and weight. Take into consideration water weight, and your eating/exercise habbits -- not saying they re bad but not alot of people realize that some of the things they do that seem harmless actually do quite a bit of damage.Maybe you re not like pick thin, maybe you have some meat on your bones (I don t think it matters, your size is sooo gorgeous anyways!), so do some toning! It can make you look alot thinner.

I know this isnt healthy but i am in a huge rush to lose this weight due to personal reasons so i just want honest opinions from anyone who has lost weight fast. I planb to be doign 4 hours on the eliptical and half an hour of weights a day and eatign a diet of approximately 800 calories. I nkow this is not healthy but its something i have to do. i was just wondering how many pounds you think i would be able to lose doing this for two weeks. How to lose weight off my thighs? -

I m 21, female, 10 stone 8, 5 ft 6.5. I go to the gym regularly and have been losing weight gradually over the past few months which i m delighted with as I can now put on all my jeans without opening them so shopping spree ahead. My body is completely out of proportion. When I do get jeans to fit my legs they are always too big in the waist. I ve always been the same. As far as i know it s not possible to target a specific area. You gradually lose weight evenly throughout your body. Also i wouldn t trust any pills, and if you insist at least do a lot of research before taking any.

Try experimenting with different styles of jeans. Maybe try a pair which sits closer to your hips than your waist, with a wider or bootleg cut in a dark color. And tops which are fitted (but not clinging) on your top half, in a brighter colour with a v-neck/scoop neck helps focus the attention to that area - which helps balance out your lower curves.Happy shopping

Be there for ur friend,The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
