Master cleanse diet? need answers to lose weight, FAST? -

if i did the master cleasne (lemonade diet) how much weight could i lose in 15 days? if i did it all correctly while exercising a bit too, and also is it possible to lose 50 pounds in about 2 months on it?i dont care how unhealthy it isso if your going to answer with those kinds of responsesjust, dont.. please just answer the question for mei weigh 260 and i wanna get down to the lowest possible in about 3 months, will this work???????

I want to lose weight, I am 14 and 56...? -

I weigh 151lbs and I want to know how to lose weight. I need to know how much to eat (calories). I play sports so I have an athletic build, my weight isn t just all fat I have muscle. I want to loose 25-30lbs before school starts in August. What should I eat, how much should I exersice, what work outs? All the info. you can give me.

You don t need to loose over 21 pounds. Any more than that and you will be underweight.Cut out all potatoes and breads...... Stick to proteins, veggies, and fruits. NO FRIED FOODS!Trying running or bicycling for exercise. Or strength training routins... Or Pilates

when you lose weight, you lose it. What people mean when they say that, is that if you go on a crash diet, like only drinking water for 10 days, then you start eating twinkies again, youll gain all the weight back, of course.now, if you made a life style change, and started eating healthier (which, yes, perhaps would mean slower weight loss) you wouldnt gain any of that weight back, because youve learned how to eat healthy.

HELP ME!!! Can somebody give me advice on how to lose weight? -

Well, lately, I have been noticing odd things about the way people behave around me, like I get pokes in my belly and people squish my arms and stuff like that. Now, this morning, I decided to wear my favorite jeans that I have finally found in my closet after 4 MONTHS!!! I have always loved them because they are my tightest pair of jeans (all the rest are super baggy, especially around the waist) and this pair fit almost perfectly, even though they were a little loose at the waist and butt.Anyway, this morning, I simply could not get them further up than my butt. I thought they had shrunk a little in the wash, because all of my other jeans still fit the same (or so I thought). I finally got them on my lying down and sucking in as hard as I can, but when I sat down for breakfast and ate a few chocolate chip pancakes, the button popped off! I sewed it back on and looked in the mirror to see....AAH!!! My gut was hanging about an inch and a half over my pants!!! HUGE muffin top! I also had two fat rolls on each side and two on the front when standing up. I put on my next tightest pair of jeans that had been really loose before and they were snug, I still had a one inch muffin top. HELP!!! I used to be fit and athletic from swimming. I quit a bit ago, and now I am fat!!!I am a 14 year old girl; 5 5 and 178 pounds. According to my BMI I am borderline obese and my body fat percentage is over 40%!!! I am almost half blubber. Please help me!!!

practicing good eating habits at a younger age is very important..I m not that much older than youI m 17 and i know that exercising sucks but it doesn t hurt to take some time off each day and you don t have to run or anything. you can try something you like such as a sport or dancing to your favorite songs..also eating healthier foods is nice. you don t have to cut off every comfort food, just limit it to smaller portions. Hey there. Ok , Safe way is to lose no more than 2 pounds per week. Your main gal here will be losing fat. Start by doing at least cardio 3 days a week(treadmill,bike,jump rope etc...). You need to eat at least 4-5 SMALL meals a day, doing this will raise your metabolic rate and allow you to burn fat throughout the day and not during your workouts. Now if you want toned sexy figure you have to incorporate some weight training. Either do weight training before you do cardio or do it on non cardio days. Weight lift at least 3 days a week. Since you are so young I would not suggest going on a diet in a conventional way because your body is still growing. If you lose a lot of weight too fast at your age you won t be as tall as you would have been and your breasts won t develop as much as they would have. first off you re 14 yrs old so i can understand why you re taking those things said to heart :( it just really depends on how tall you are and how old you are too. Diet and exercise does make A LOT of difference. Everybody is different but i recommend an hour of cardio 5 times a week for about a month and after that go to cardio 3x s a week with light weight lifting twice a week. (your body doesn t start burning anything really until after 15 minutes into your workout) You burn more calories if you lift weights.. since you re a girl i should start out with 3lb dumbbells. Once you start getting used to your regular workout.. start challenging yourself. Once you plateau you don t burn as many calories as you used to. Diet is key.. remember this needs to be a lifestyle change in order for the results to be permanent. I m not saying don t eat what you enjoy.. just don t binge. Don t Stop Eating. if you starve yourself and the next time you eat your body will store it as fat. you re better off eating breakfast, a nice lunch, a snack and a light dinner. Not only will you look better you will feel better too and your sleep cycle will be more regular.. there s no excuse Not to do it!Bottom line: you re still young. your metabolism is still up there and it s only going to get better if you exercise and eat right. And if you do that you ll look so much better than those skinny girls who have to starve themselves to look the way they do

Help I need to lose weight fast? -
