How to lose weight on the face? -

How many or about how many pounds do you have to lose to notice it on the face and to lose weight from the face??

Chewing gum or rubber will help strengthen your jaws and may make you loose some weight. Loosing weight in general will help too. If you re already thin and your face is still fat, usually there isn t much you can do.

Go on a sugar and yeast free diet. No sugar, fruit, bread, alcohol, pizza, vinegar, mayo, pickles, fermented food.Do that for a week. continue if you wish. That will curb cravings.Then adopt a mostly vegetarian diet.

You can t select a body part to lose weight from. The good news for you is that the face is usually the first place to show the loss of weight!

I ve always been insecure about my face because it seems like it s the only place that gains weight besides my stomach. Even when I tried dieting and exercise and lost my belly, my face still has fat. No it s not in my genes because years ago before I started gaining weight, my face was skinny. When I gained weight my face got fat and now that I lost the some weight, my face remains chubby. So how do I get my face to be skinny again?

I am in college and I barely ever have time to go work out, but i still want to lose weight. I have been eating very healthy mostly vegetables, skim milk, wheat bread, water, occasionally coffee. I know it can get hard, but don t give up! Breakfast is of course the most important meal of the day so DO NOT skip it. Actually, studies show that eating breakfast can help you lose weight in the process of weight loss. If you must skip a meal make it dinner. Also don t eat after 8 or 8:30 pm. Honestly exercise is really the only option, you eating healthy is great but without the physical exercise, you will really not lose weight, sorry about that!

You need rigorous exercise! I know it sounds scarry but if you truly are not cheating on your healthy foods consumption, than exercise hard. I don t mean going to the local gym for a few hours a day. You need to swim a lot or go hiking or pick up a sport. It might suck at first but in time you will love the active lifestyle and you ll love yourself.

How to lose weight but maintain muscle? -

Well, basically, I want to lose some weight but maintain my muscles at the same time. I m probably heavier than what I look like because I have a lot of muscles from karate, but there is a bit of flabby skin around my body that I want to tone up. Is there a way to get rid of this extra fat without losing any of my muscle mass? Also, will I lose that much of my hips/boobs? Thanks. :)

well u have to do more cardio to burn the fatalso u need to take alot of whey protein so it stores in your musclesand also some glutamine powder.. that way the muscles do not break down
