Do you think that i am fat? -

i am 15 years old and like 111 pounds. I am 5 2 . am i fat cause my friends say i am not but i look in the mirror and think i am fat. If you do think i am fat please write some good weight loss tips done.

girl i think you need to get some help you are to young to be worrying about you weight. and 111 pounds for a 15 year old is just fine.your womanly figure still hasn t developed yet and trust me men like a little meat on there bones. you are as beautiful as god made you

You are not fat, but you might want to think about losing a few pounds. You may be a little chubby, but there is nothing wrong with that. My advice would be to watch what you eat a bit more. I m not saying don t eat as much, just eat healthier. Instead of having regular potato chips, have the baked kind, or use a vinaigrette instead of ranch on your salad or sandwiches. It is also important to exercise a few times a week just to tone up. Try using this diet tracker to help you see what food you need more of and what you need less of. It also takes account of your exercise and adjusts your food intake along with it.http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/

Well i dont think you are fat, but maybe it could be good just to tone up. It could help with self confidence, Try doing simple workouts everyday (or every other day if you are just starting to work out)Suggestions-Running is a great way to lose weight and feel great, go for 20 mintue runs, make sure to strech!-crunches, push ups are simple but effective!-If by any chance you are subscibed to a magazine like Seventeen, they put work out rutiens in their magazines and they are great, if not here a link to videoshttp://www.seventeen.com/fun-stuff/video Other helpful siteshttp://www.fullfitness.net/workout_progrhttp://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abex

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the difficulties surface when we really attempt to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations in the big wide world don t you think?! The sole diet which definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off twenty five pounds, it definitely does produce results!

Does anyone have any weight loss tips? -

I have been told I must lose a stone to maximise my chances of falling pregnant through IVF treatment but I am having real trouble shifting it. I know all about healthy eating and am trying to exercise more but I seem to have less motivation (and more chocolate cravings) every day. Does anyone know of any tried and tested ways to help build motivation and willpower and get this weight shifted for good. Thanks.

Forget about losing weight. Just adopt a healthy lifestyle.Eat a good healthy diet and excercise a lot!!! The more excercise you do the better! For a healthy diet, you need to be eating small to medium meals regularly. 4 or even 5 times a day. Each meal (apart from breakfast which should preferably be fibre rich), should contain a balanced ammount of carbohydrates for energy, (from potatoes, rice and pasta, etc) protien (from fish, chicken, occassional red meat is fine, soya is good too) and plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (simple fresh fruit and veg). Eat like this and make sure you are well hydrated (fruit juice is as good as water, any fluid counts, but some fluids have negative effects too, such as alcohol or caffiene rich drinks.)Now for the science bit: Protien is essential for repairing muscle and keeping the muscle you do have healthy (this includes your heart, lungs, brain etc). You naturally lose the ammount of protien you have throughout the day (through urine etc) so this needs to be replenished regularly on a daily basis.Carbohydrates are essential for energy. You won t be able to function without it. It also regulates body fat and glucose etc.Vitamins and minerals are obviously essential for a variety of reasons. For normal growth and development, for the healthy maintenance of the cells, tissues, and organs that make up our bodies, and also to let us efficiently use chemical energy provided by food. You can have a wide range of healthy meals with this, from Thai, Chinese, Italian, British, Indian, etc. Just make sure each meal contains balanced ammounts of these three. On the bright side too, fresh veg and rice and pasta is a lot cheaper than crappy junk food! This doesn t mean you cant have chocolate or pizza/takeaway/etc, just save them as very occassional treats. The big secret to keeping a healthy weight and staying healthy is EXCERCISE, particularly cardio excercise. Cardio exercise includes any form of excercise such as running/jogging/swimming/cycling etc that gets your heart rate pumping and you sweating and out of breath. It will not only burn calories and reduce your body fat levels, therefore making you slimmer by having less fat on you, but will also improve your resting heart rate and lung function, making you healthier. I cannot understate the importance of cardio excercise. It is this which will basically burn the body fat off you. But you have to remember that once you have shed a bit of fat you have to have a nice toned body underneath the fat to show off. Strength training will help you strengthen and tone your muscles. This is done with the use of weights or by free training. There are essentially (without getting overly complicated) two types of strength excercises based on different types of muscle fibres depending on wether you want to build size, bulk and power, or just tone up the lean muscles an get more muscle endurance.Heavy weights with short reps/sets will build your fast twitch muscle fibres and build size, power and strength. Imagine big guys at the gym lifting heavy weights. But if you use light to medium weights with lots of reps/sets you will excercise your slow twitch muscle fibres, you wont build size, but you will tone up your body and train muscle endurance. This will obviously make you look healthier and more toned, but will also increase your metabolism (as your muscles demand more energy) so you will burn calories faster. These muscles are also excercised a lot with cardio workouts (i.e your leg muscles when running).Your arms for example, will need bicep curls and tricep dips using weights and reps of your choice (heavy - low reps, light - lots of reps) and also shoulder excercises such as holding the weights at your waist and lifting them perpendicular to your side or in front of you, etc etc.Your stomach will need excercises that cover the entire torso. Leg raises for your lower ab wall, crunches, sit ups and planks for your upper and all over ab wall, oblique twists for your sides and superman stretches for your lower back for example. These are just basic examples, there are literally hundreds of excercises, but it is impossible to show you on a site like this, get a trainer at your gym to show you some but remember the basic rules of muscles and weights. As far as excercise goes, you should aim to strike a balance between cardio training and strength training, this way you will build good strong and toned muscle, but also keep your body fat levels down and increase your heart and lung performance, making you much fitter and healthier.

I have tried to lose weight for a long time and unfortunately, I decreased my metabolism with dieting and fasting. I realised now that the only way to lose weight permanently is regular exercise with a combination of endurance sport like walking, swimming or cycling and muscle building (toning), which is very important. This increases your metabolism, i.e. you lose more weight even if you are sleeping, it makes you fitter and makes you lose weight in an astonishingly short time. I joined the Curves gym (women-only) 7 weeks ago and lost 2 dress sizes (don t know how many pounds), but I m very happy with it, and every lady can do it, because you can adjust the exercise to your fitness level. You really dont need to torture your body with dieting, exercise is quite enough. Just eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and proteins too, but you dont need to cut out anything. Good luck!ps: I disagree with the people suggesting counting calories. You are only eating too much if you eat without being hungry. If you re hungry, your body needs food. I don t see where calorie counting comes in there. Just listen to your body and only eat when you are truly hungry.

You need to join a weight watchers, where others that are in the same position and you can help each other, you do need a lot of will power, I get up in the morning and do an exercise programe on the wii sports, it is great, and if you get a little fed up there are fun exercises that you can do, You must try to change your life style and eat healthy foods. I recommend a good calorie controlled diet. and a lot if will power.

One good tip is calorie count.Get a little notebook and record everything you eat no matter how small and the number of calories it is. Add up as you go alongIt helps will power.Keep the book in a pocket or close by you and don t cheat.Doing something will also keep your mind off snackingIf you are active your calorie count will be about 1500 calories to lose weight if not it will only be about 1300Good luck!!

It is all a matter of calories in calories out. If your body doesn t use the calories you put into your body your body will store them as fat. So you will gain weight if you are not active but still eat too much. I lost 5 pounds in one week just cutting back on my excessive calories. Make healthy choices such as fruit for snack and cut your portions down. You can still have that whole burger but try to cut it in half and have the other half as a snack later. It really works. Once you put your mind to it you don t even realize you are counting your calories, in time it becomes a habit. Good Luck!

I was told to lose weight before IVF, I personally did Weight Watchers, points system. It allowed me to all types of food but I just had to track everything. I also starting walking more.I just kept in mind I was doing this to have a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby it really helped to keep my motivated.Best of Luck.

every time you feel low or don t want to exercise or eat healthy or if you re reaching for that 5th piece of chocolate try thinking of the baby you would have if you finally loose that weight think of how he/she would look like and the smile on the face... that should get you 30 more min on that treadmillgood luck!

anorexia

Well, that s a hard order..just lookingup IVF treatment amd stone s. so a stone is 14 pounds, and IVF treatment is invitro treatment to produce more eggs, usualy when the dad has lower spurm count..okay let s go!I have spent a life time overcoming this extra weight, and have now succeded. after having All my teeth extracted, i could ony have fluids, then pureed diet.So i incorporated all the things i know, including that fast weight loss just comes right back on.The trick is having protein(low fat at every meal), so i start break fast with protein powder(ISO/Whey is an excelent brand..comes in fruit, choclate or vanilla)...to it i add sweetner, 1/2 cup low fat yogurt(put in the freezer half an hour), and 1/2 cup of milk.I put all the ingredients in my Magic Bullet(or any blender..the ice can be more difficult to break down, so if necessary put it in a plastic and smash away at all your problems, and you end up with smashed ice.i top with a tablesoon of roasted green pepitas(sunflower seeds), or 7 almonds ground up.i do this when i wake up, it tastes like the best ice0cream or milk-shake ever! Seriously! so that s my favourite. it holds my appetite and blood sugar 5-6 hours(meaning i am not hungry at all!)Next 2 meals, 1/2 cup organic brown rice, 1 cup fat-free protein(like 4 chicken legs, or any other choice you have, just make it low fat...and finaolly a cup of pre-made mixed vegetables done in advance..take say carrots, 1/2 yam, collard greens, etc. and i pureed it..(this purreeing helped me a lot, as if stopped my IBs(IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME)..ALLTHIS because i had all my teeth removed, Dec. 9th.i was 157(5 8 ), and am now 140 pounds..probably a stone in english)puree everything, and it tastes deliscious, sometimes add garlic soy marinade, and again some nuts and seeds.I have only been really hungry once, and i think the best thing you can do here, is have 1/2 cup of AllBram cereal, like old people do..combined with 1/2 cup milk, it fills the stomach and bulks up, putting off your appetite for a few hours. Some call it the zone diet half plate veggies, 1/3 proteini/1/3 carbs and small amount fat..I am taking the time to share with you, but cause it s perfect for me, and i have tried everything always gaining the weight back. so this took 21/2 months. i went from 156 pounds to 140 lbs.(my ideal weight), but i want to loose 7-8 more,so i can fit into all my clothes, as this was my weight all my life.Being disabled, i can t do much excercise, but if you can walk for 3o minutes a day, it will make the whole process faster, and be calming to you and your new baby.**Key thing i did:i eliminated all bread and sugar dec. 8th(i was so addicted to tim horton s multi-grain bagels for lunch with grilled cheese, butter and nuts! i don t have a single craving, after about a month...now i don t even think about it. you can live withithout choclate, or the protein part of the shakes comes in choclate.hope this helps..i have become a little guru , after tring everything..i now know to go slow, so i don t gain alll the weight back and more(rebound starvation!). i don t count calories as a rule, and weigh once a month(if i didn t throw my scale away, i would be obscessed with it! Make sure you have variety in your veggies/protein,etc.Treatment: What to expectNear the beginning of your menstrual cycle, you ll take a fertility drug that stimulates your ovaries to develop several mature eggs for fertilization. (You normally release only one egg a month.) You may also need to take a synthetic hormone called Lupron to keep your body from releasing your eggs too early. You ll visit your doctor s office or clinic often so she can monitor your blood hormone levels and take ultrasound measurements of your ovaries to detect when your eggs are mature. Once your eggs are mature, your doctor will give you an anesthetic and remove your eggs from your ovaries by inserting a needle through your vaginal wall, using ultrasound for guidance. Your doctor will then combine your eggs with your partner s sperm in a dish in a laboratory. Two to five days later, each of your fertilized eggs will be a ball of cells called an embryo. Your doctor will place two to four of the embryos in your uterus by inserting a thin catheter through your cervix. Extra embryos, if there are any, may be frozen in case this cycle doesn t succeed. If the treatment works, an embryo will implant in your uterine wall and continue to grow into a baby. In just over 30 percent of IVF pregnancies, more than one embryo implants and women give birth to multiples.) You ll be able to take a pregnancy test about two weeks after your embryos are placed in your uterus.Length of treatmentIt takes about four to six weeks to complete one cycle of IVF. You ll have to wait a few weeks for your eggs to mature. Then you and your partner will spend about half a day at your doctor s office or clinic having your eggs retrieved and fertil

Whats your best weight loss tip? -

Eat 6 small healthy (whole wheat, fruit, veggies, and lean meat) meals a day, get 30 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week, 30 minutes of weight training 2-3 days a week, drink plenty of water, take vitamins, get plenty of rest at night, no carbs past 4:00 pm, and try not to eat after 7:00 pm. It is that simple. Its not a diet, it is having a healthy lifestyle.

All of these tips are great. I know it is hard to lose. Another tip is having support from your friends and family really helps.Put pictures and notes on your fridge to remind you to stay on track. Green tea is also good to help curb your appetite and it is so healthy for you. There are so many ideas you just have to find the right one for you and stick with it. Good Luck.

i was at 150 lbs, and now im at 135 lbs! all i did was cut out soda, fast food, junk foods, and snacking! i thought i was gonna die :) but it was SO worth it in the end. I substituted soda and juices with water and tea w/ sweet n low or splenda. Doing a little exercise in the evening or am helped a lot too.

Eat healthy. If you like sports, try soccer. it will get your heart beating!

I have always been told that it doesn t matter how much you eat/don t eat or even what you eat, though you can t really eat fatty foods and expect to lose weight, but its the amount of exercise you do that matters. So even if you just take an extra 20 minutes a day to walk around the block or take the long way into work from the parking lot, every little bit helps to burn extra calories.

Walking really works,I weigh 230 pds. i joined the YMCA and have been walking on tread mill and lift weights I lost 13pds.in a week and a half. exercise makes you not hungry helps lift your spirit s depression DRINK LOTS of WATER, it washes fat out of your body and controls hunger I weighed 255pds. several years back and lost down to 125pds. taking diet pills, kept it off 4yrs. gained it back after being off pills!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pills are not the answer!!! WATER WALK EVERY DAY WILL WORK

Eat less..Exercise more....Fads,pills and starvation diets do not work. Its called self control.Conquer the urge to eat and lay around on the couch....Get active...

Easy calories in vs calories out.

try to decrease eating thing in it sugar. run and play sport everyday, also try to eat a proper healthy meals and keep away from fast food.

The best diet is a low carb diet. You eat no more than 65 carbs a day. Watch your fat intake as well. I lost 17 lbs in a short amount of time the first time I went on a low carb diet. It works! You can go to Barnes and Nobel and get a carb book that shows what foods have what carbs and how many they have. You can also buy low carb or no carb candy now for in between meals!

Go vegetarian. My husband dropped 50 lbs really fast, I dropped 15. It s amazing. All you have to do is avoid beef, pork, chicken and fish and eat lots of veggies. Even if you don t believe in the philosophy, you can loose the weight and go back to meat later with a new array of recipes and things to eat.

If you drink alcohol, quit drinking. The weight falls off so much faster.

when you think you want to eat drink a glass, then eat !!!!!

eat the same food u allways eat, just eat less ;)

Eat as much salad as you want with lowfat dressing, a multi vit and lots of water.

Ketosis. Our body puts on weight to store excess energy for later. Ketosis is the other side of the coin (ie the body s switch to draw on fat reserves.) see www.tonyferguson.com

I joined weight watchers a year ago March an lost 69lbs.they will help you and its not a diet...Good luck hun!

go backpacking round europe for 3 months

when u see something like chocolate or potato chips, grab a apple or something instead, get atleast 30 minutes of excercise each day, drink lots of fluids, more like water, keeps away from pop, or very thick juices, and eat healthy food, i luv chicken do u?

I know you asked for a tip, singular, meaning one. I am sharing with you my experiences so far with weight loss. My best tips...limit alcohol and sugar intake. I lost 8 lbs in one week by just doing that! Always, drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses (I drink 10 throughout the day), eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (5 servings), and read the nutritional information on foods. A lot of foods have a lot of fat and sodium, which makes you retain a lot of water and weight. I ve been sticking to the old standbys like yogurt, raisins, fruit to snack on, and eating normal stuff but smaller portions. So far, I ve lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks, because some days are better than others...it really works for me. Right now, I am devoting at least 1 hour of exercise 3 days a week. I ll just ride a stationary bike for a half-hour and then get on the cross-trainer. Lately, I ve been doing 2 hours in the gym just to test myself and find my personal endurance. You don t want to overdo a workout, but you don t want one that is too simple either. Good luck with everything!

When I lost weight for my wedding I kept a huge pot of vegetable soup in the refrigerator. I would eat that before meals and when I got hungry between meals, because it is nutritious but low in calories and fat. I used the weight watchers recipe for the soup.

SlimUp is the answer. Its a weight maintenance pill

be a lot patien !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is from experience, because last year I was a bit...big and I wanted to slim down so all it took was making healthy choices (not starving yourself) an occasional burger is ok ; ). But it also takes exercise dicipline goals and time. It won t happen instantly. Just pick up a fun sport do it regularly, stay with it and make healthy choices. And try to squeeze in mini exercises like parker further from the destination and what not trust me it works and it took me about half a year.

Eat less and work out. There are no short cuts. Prepare, prepare, prepare. Plan your menus, schedule when you work outs. Do not get discouraged.

Reduce eating and exercise.

Keep away from carbonated drinks as soda. Drink more water, and go out for a little walk at least everyday, to get your blood flowing.

Just to be different than your standard answers here, I d say do not focus on the scale. We all know you have to diet, exercise, and commit to what you are doing in order to gain lasting results for weight loss.My tip is to do the things you need to do and don t let the scale rule your behavior. It will only frustrate you, give you false hope, and keep you stressed and focused on that number of pounds.Commit to what you re doing and do the things you know you have to. Your body WILL respond and you WILL lose weight. Make the scale a secondary concern and something you use infrequently to monitor your progress.

I am doing it right now. I am a diabetic and I am only eating 2 carbohydrate servings per meal. You divide your plate into quarters, one quarter has the 2 servings of carbohydrate, another quarter has a lean protein and the other 2 quarters are vegetables(not potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potato, corn as they are all carbohydrates). This gives the body enough glucose to function, protein to prevent hunger and vegetables as fibre to assist the body in digestion, I have lost a lot of weight. Good luck.

Eat healthy and excersise. The best way. Have a dog? Walk it everyday after dinner and in the morning.

to get a pair of jeans/dress that you really love but are small for you by a size or two and hang it in your room to where you can see it and when you feel like stuffing yourself just rember how it would feel to fit in the jeans/dress and it gives you something to look forward to

How can i lose weight? -

i want to lose 14.3 pounds fast how can i go about this? please give me your weight loss tips. my stats are female 5 8 and about 130 pounds weith clothes and shoes on. this is a serious question please help

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 10 pounds for the last month when I had a wedding to attend, and I did it by following the tips given on the website in the box below.

ride a bike, push ups, crunches, swim, and if possible get involved in an active sport!

DRINKWATER

Can somebody please help me on some weight loss tips? -

I m sick and tired of feeling pudgy and crappy...I m currently 5 6 175lbs..i d like to lose 30-40 pounds...actually, i kindve have a good idea what to do, but i just dont want to screw it up... for instance, a month ago i tried the atkins diet ..while i loved the idea of eating meat, cheese and eggs... after about the first week i felt so carbohydrate deprived and drained, i didnt even make it half way through the first phase! the bottom line is, i dont like low carb diets, low sugar diets or low fat diets...i like a little bit of variety in my diet, something from everything... so heres my main question...if i use a diet consisting of turkey, chicken, fish, egg whites, fat free cheese, oatmeal, fruits, veggies, nuts, whole wheat bread, whole grain rice and keep it in a calorie deficit and exercise 5-6 days a week will i lose weight? the real thing im worried about is the whole wheat bread and rice..i wouldnt eat much at all...just 2 slices of bread on a sandwich for lunch and a half a cup of brown rice during dinner...thats all

well maybe diets just aren t for you...i would try just eating small meals throughout the day and making sure that they re proportioned to that of the food pyramid (so your getting what you re supposed to be getting). the timing is also important, like dont eat at least two hours before you sleep since you wont be awake to burn off those caloriesfinally, go on walks or just do things that you like which requires you to move a little, doesn t have to be anything too strenuous. just as long as you enjoy the activity

Good weight loss tips 4 wedding in 5 months!? -

I m getting married August 11th and am trying to lose as much weight as possible before then. I also just quit smoking last week so I m scared I m going to gain more. I ve been walking everyday and I feel like nothing is happening. Just wondered if anyone had any helpful tips.

im getting married in july and im trying to lose weight as well. i just bought a little device from ***** that i clip onto my belt and it counts my calories that im burning all day long. So if i drink a breakfast skake and its 190 calories, i will try to walk off more than that shake in calories.. it only cost about 30 dollars and it was totally worth it. i wear it all day long and it pushes me to move more during the day, i get up to get more things and i take the longer way when walking places at work. also dont eat after about 7pm cause its hard to burn those calories. also eat foods that have slow burning carbs in them like oatmeal. oatmeal makes you feel full for a longer time so your not as hungry all day long. also eat small meals but more meals each day. so instead of 3 big meals eat about 5 small meals all day. lots of protein, no fried foods, and very very good luck!!!

lots of water!! good for you trying to do it the right way! also try tons of fruit and veg, and soup before larger meals. Best of Luck!

the first thing in the morning have a drinkable hot glass of water to which the juice of a whole lemon is added. break u r meals into 6 meals ,have bare minimum of anytjing sweet no colas or processed drinks, have whole fruits instead of juices do not drink water during meals have it half an hour later and honey EXERCISE join a gym or something

cut out all soda, drink lots of water.... stop eating 2 hours b4 bedtime... do the elliptical like 4 days a week. eats lots of chicken and veggies, and high protein breakfast.

How much weight are you trying to lose? The general rule is eat less, exercise more. Drink plenty of water, concentrate on fruits and vegetables and lean protein. High fiber foods help. Stay away from fatty foods, and processed foods, cakes, cookies, candy, chips, etc.

atkins. i lost 20 lbs countless inches in just over one month. it works amazing...and lots and lots of water. good luck! you can do it!

Honestly, walk longer and faster on your walks. Then start jogging for as long as you can, with intervals of walking until your heart rate returns to normal. You ll be able to jog longer each day. Eventually, try to jog for a few miles daily without stopping. It is the best way to do it; you can drop 20 lbs in a couple of months pretty easily (without a lot of change in eating habits).

Exercises, Exercises(cardio, swimming, jogging, spinni arm exercises, crunches, back exercises, some yoga or belly dancing) drink plenty of water, get a seaweed wrap, drink plenty of milk and eat healthy and proper portions of food. Congrates! on the engagement and pending wedding. Go on and wow them.

walking doesn t always help you loose WEIGHT to begin with. Yes you will start loosing weight with walking. You need to measure yourself when it comes to walking. You will loose lots of inches. Walking builds muscle which weighs more but it is smaller. My friend lost around 80 lbs with a diebetic diet. Mostly she had fruits like grapes and banana s for breakfast, she did not eat more than 45 carbs for each of her meals, not more than 15 carbs for each of her snacks. She would eat more often during the day which kept her full but with the small snacks she burned them off just by doing normal things. Eating 3 regular meals and 3 snacks is a good start. You can buy those 100 cal snacks which are really good and if you eat often you will be full. Do lots of fruit just stay away from the melons and stuff like that because they have lots of carbs. You can get a smaller plate for your 3 main meals.Your body stores anything over 45 carbs. So you would gain weight by eating anymore than your body needs to function. Don t starve yourself your body stores more food that way because it thinks it may not get any more nutrition for a long time. Want to thin down your legs, thighs and hinney area? Do squats. Start with small squats as far as you can go and still be straight. Do lots of them throughout the day. You will see you can start doing more and more. You will be able to squat further down over time. This will help you get into smaller pants. Happy loosing..

I started a Cardio kickboxing class. It s a 10 week bootcamp course. Highly recommend it!

Congratulations, first off!!! Not to scare you, but when you quit smoking, if does cause you to gain weight. I gained close to 20 lbs. SUCKS! But, it s awesome you quit smoking. You re doing the right thing though. Run or walk, exercise and don t eat a whole lot and drink lots of water. Good Luck!

luv that elliptical. got one stationed in the living room. so when i start to pass thru to the kitchen i hop on. wedding also is in 5 months working on those 20lbs good luck
