I do not necessarily want to lose weight, but there are so many things going around about weight loss that I just wonder what is true and what isn t. So what are some weight loss tips that actually work?Thank You! :-]

Ohhh I love 10 points...here it is. Eat healthy eat less limit your snacks and be happy all the time (good for your heart and intestines). Smile and think positive all the time. Get yourself busy so you won t have time to think that you are so fat...believe me this works, this is how I got my husband to marry me. He dropped all his girlfriends (he has 3 girlfriends that earned huge amount of salary at that time) because he got fed up with their wining and always asking if they are so fat and attractive....when he talked to me, i just talk straight no complain no wining, always happy and smiling..boom i was asked if i have a boyfrind and there we go. He owns a big engineering company at the time before we sold it. He is very athletic and very attractive person but i think I present myself as I don t care who you guys are, I m happy about myself to him.But anyway, going back to weight loss, just don t force food in your tummy from a regualr serving. If you feel you are full already, stop eating. We will not get sick from eating small portion each meal, but we will get sick if we eat big meal everytime we eat. Try to accept that we have to throw food in order to live healthy. We cannot eat leftover food because leftover food develop a certain acid on it that could poison our system once we eat them. But we have to eat on time in order for our body not to create a certain chemical (acid) that will eventually poison our system. The same thing right? Our body has the capacity of creating it s own acid, calcium, protient, potassium, fat (good and bad - ldl and hdl), sugar, cholesterol, pH and others that I don t have to mention. So if we eat too much sugary food, some of us will become diabetic because our body is already creating sugar byitself. If we drink or eat too much acidic food, (all meat chicken, pork, beef for example, and all that comes from animals are acidic) soda, low ph water (6.0 ph and below), we or some of us develop acid reflux...these are all imbalance and become chronic if continuously done to the body.Exercise is really to just keep the body to move each cells to where it should so it could do what they should for us. Those people that are stagnant (always sitting for a long time everyday) they develop muscle pain and arthritis, those people that have the huge appetite to eat, they get obese and develop chronic illness because their cells and muscles are not moving, and end up also developing heart disease because their cardio can t take the weight everytime they have to. I guess you get the idea.

Trying to start a diet for the summer, any tips please? -

I m 18 years old and weigh 8 and a half stone, at the end of june im going on holidays and i would really like to look great on the beach.Ive never really gone on a diet before so i was looking for any and all weight loss tips....... Instead of eating chips eat fruit.Don t drink a lot of soda, drink something without all the sugar.When you feel like you should eat something that s not healthy, brush your teeth!Do you have a treadmill? If so, use it. If not, you can run around in your neighborhood if it s safe.

Well what i found what worked for me was exercising and eating a bit healthier. By exercising you should find a sport that your find fun. exercising shouldn t be a chore. and a good exercise is always refreshing. :)What I mean by eat healthier is to just make sure your having the proper nutrition daily. I switched from eating a lot of junk foods to eating more fruits and foods that were not only tasty but good for me too. and when you get those cravings have a little but don t go overboard XDAlso for me I had a large appetite but i ate small amounts of food 4-5 times a day. others are more comfortable eating the standard 3 times a day. I m not a doctor, nor a nutritionist...but i can tell you exactly what I ve been doing. This is coming from an average girl who s no Mishca Barton. I don t want to think of myself as on a diet, that has too many restrictions and its so freaking easy to give up.... instead think of all this as a way of living. You d be amazed at how much thinking this way helps....1-dont consider excerize as a chore. instead, just think of constantly moving around. whether it be racing to get laundry done or dancing while cooking lol.2-take your time to eat. slow down while chewing. that way your body has time to decide when its no longer hungry.3- (this is what I do) I eat bread every other day. You can t stop eating it completely, admit it, those diets are hard. Your body needs carbs, but not nearly what the average american consumes (seriously...look how skinny girls are in other countries...i doubt they re stuffing their faces...please see no. 4 lol)4-no fast food. if you choose to do so, make it once every few weeks. (after awhile my stomach can t take it anymore, its so much cheaper anyway)5-no soda. this is easier than it sounds. theres so many replacement drinks. not to mention, it clears up your skin like you wouldn t believe. 6- treat yourself. guess what? sweets maybe once a week isn t going to make you go up a jean size! just know your portions. i love wendys 99 cent frostys or a slice of cheesecake.7-green tea!! you ve heard about what it does...it seriously works! I have a glass like every other day.8-cook your own food. Not only can you learn alot, but this way you know EXACTLY what is going into your mouth.9- i started walking every morning with my ipod. it slowly turned to jogging, then running. Not everyone is into this... but for me it was like running away from some current issues i ve been dealing with. (heh. who knew depression can have a flipside.)10- ok this sounds stupid but it worked for me. I m a huge shakira fan. I found a poster and placed it above my bed as a motivational poster. I also started belly dancing. Not only does it give you great bod, but you feel powerful and sexy.I hope any of these personal tips helped... I wish you luck.

the biggest secret is burn more calories than you eat. This can be as simple as walking every day. Just be sure that you don t decrease your calories too much or your body will start eating away at your muscle. Try to stay around 1500 calories at a minimum and you should be ok.

i lost 5 KG this summer vacation , i did some gramnastics , and some walking , riding ,cleanning . just keep doing exercise .

I Need Some Help With Weight Loss? -

i m currently 15 years old, almost 16. 5 1 , and about 150 pounds. my bmi 28.3, meaning that i m overweight (obviously). i d like to get down to a healthy weight of around 115-120...and if at all possible, i d like to lose most, if not all, of this weight by Christmas when i m getting together with my entire family. but how should i go about losing this weight?i ve heard a lot about the south beach diet. a lot of people in my family tried it and had amazing results. the book says that you lose about 14 pounds in the first 2 weeks. if i stay on phase one a little longer, will i still lose a pound/day? people have told me to start with a cleansing diet before i go into an actual diet . what are some good cleansing diets out there? preferably one that only last a day or two. what should i do about exercise? i have access to a treadmill, elliptical, bike, stair climber-ish thing, bowflex and free weights. where do i start??any other weight loss tips are greatly appreciated!!also, if anyone has some good recipes for South Beach Phase 1, please send them to me. =]you are loved.

I don t think a specific Diet is a good idea. hungrygirl.com has really good low calorie recipes. Stick to diet soda, water, tea, and coffee. You don t want to drink your calories! As for excercising, just start running on the treadmile for an hour every day for like half an hour. You ll burn lots of calories and get more energized!

I am going to be 30 in four weeks so i said to myself; you are going to look hot on your 30th birthday! I have started with a detox diet. You need to get rid of some toxins to give you energy before you start a diet. This will of course allreaddy will make you lose some weight. I did The Master Cleanse and I have lost 8lb of fat. Basically 2tbsp of grade B maple syrup, 2tbsp of fresh lemon juice, 1/10th tsp of cayenne pepper and 8 oz of water. I am trying to lose weight now days and have lost 5 kg s in last 3 weeks without much exercise..i am doing many things differently and all things that work for one does not work for everyone the same way...1. eat fruits whenever you are hungry and do not eat food directly. However you may eat food 10 minutes after eating fruits..that way you will have less urge to eat food which contains fat...2. practice common yoga posed like Bridge pose...for atleast 15 minutes a day...3 eat your last meal atleast 3 hours before sleep and do not drink any water till half an hour after a meal..3. eat in moderation...do not eat for ya belly eat for your body and stop before your belly start stretching...4. do not sit after taking food..walk or stroll for half an hour or 20 minutes after taking food..5. eat foods high in protein and less cooked...give these things a try fr atleast 2 months and see the difference in ya body..cheers mate...have a nice one!!!
