Weight-loss tips for 15 year old girl? -

I am about 130 pounds and would like to lose 10 pounds safely and look awesome in a bikini.. any ideas to do this easily?

About two months ago, I weighed in at 156 pounds at 6 foot.Now, I m 140 or less, since I had my coat and boots on at the time.Just with this info, do you think I could lose more?(I m 17 years old, just in case you think this is important to know. I think at six foot you are at a perfect weight! You don t need to lose anymore girl... Don t worry about it, just maintain the weight that you are at right now... Trust me, your tall the weight your at is fine. If you do insist on losing more; drink lots of water everyday and start exercising more instead of just modifying your eating habbits.

At your height I think you do not need to lose more weight. Of course pictures could tell a whole lot more but at your height you might be underweight.

No, that is a ridiculous weight at six foot. If you are flabby or unhappy with your body shape, bulk up, don t try and lose weight.

i dont seem to sound like u would want to loose much weight. how much do u want to loose... 10 pounds is usually what everyone says. i mean everyone who wants to loose weight says 10 pounds . so it sounds like u already have a high matabolism if u lost all that weight from changing ur eating habits. here r the tips1) exersise in the morning before anyting. morning workouts burn fat/calories, night workouts build muscle. so do some cardio one day, arms oneday, legs the next, so one and so for2) instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 6 small ones. they keep u filled up and boosts ur matabolism. 3) stay active, wether its making extra trips up the stairs, moving ur hands when u talk, just do it. use any opportunity to burn some cals. every move u make counts.

That weight is fine. You really shouldnt lose anymore weight or I would imagine it would be unhealthy. I m 5 10 and at 140 I look great. If you are two inches taller I am guessing you have very little or no fat on your body at all. Stay healthy

Weight loss tips for couples? -

I have a fiancee and we are both overweight. The problem is that we both want to lose weight but we feed off of the others bad habits. I love sweets, he loves snacks. It s just so hard to get motivated. Any tips?

The best advice for couples is do it together. Join a gym and workout together or just join a class together. Y all should join a nutrition class or support group and help each other out if one person is slipping toward that cake! Another way that is really beneficial is to make losing weight a competition between the two of you. It worked for me and my mom. We feed off each other if one person doesn t want to exercise we motivate the other and we try to out do each other on who can lose the most weight. Losing weight is hard and the workouts may seem boring and never ending but with a partner it becomes fun. I don t know how many times I laughed at my mom mess up on a billy blanks tae bo dvd. ^_^

Obviously you have a reason for wanting a quick diet solution because you mentioned a date-Jan 15. It s great that you re exercising, but you really shouldn t think diet. Those fad diets with quick weight lost are not healthy and when you go back to your normal eating habits your weight usually doubles. Try smaller portions at meal time and healthy snacks in between like: fruit, protein bars, nuts. That way you re not starving yourself and you feel satisfied. Cut down on the carbs and drinking lots of water. This should yield results that will not only help reach your goal for Jan 15, but even beyond that. Oh! and don t eat late at night. Try to have dinner before six o clock. I lost 15pds in two weeks and I wasn t exercising at all! I never feel hungry and I don t have the temptation to over indulge because I feel satisfied.Think life style change-not crash diet...All the best

I need an exercise plan to strengthen my abdominal muscles, one that I can do at home? -

I want to build my abs. What kind of exercise should I be doing to target my core body, and how many times a day? I am already thin enough so I don t need diet or weight loss tips.I want to achieve noticeable abdominal muscles by the beginning of July. Is there a way I can do this in 5-6 months?

If you do not already have one, purchase a stability ball and do weighted crunches on the ball, and also do corkscrews, planks and side planks. Stop at you local bookstore for books on abdominal training and functional strength training or do some internet research for further details. Yes, you can accomplish a lot in 5 or 6 months.
