How to lose weight in just 3months? -

i just want to know if a could possibly lose at least 40pounds from my total weight in just 3months by simply having a balanced diet and not doing some exercise (except if im commuting coz i sweat whenever i commute going to school and going home?) are there any possibilities? i hope there is?

Try this for a start, then go on to a healthy lifestyle, well balanced diet and regular exercise. This will work....BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP6 large green onions 2 green peppers 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes [crushed] 1/2 bunch of celery 1 large head of cabbage 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup4 cups of waterSeason with 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. curry, 1 Tbsp. parsley, if desired or bouillon or hot sauce. Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day. If eaten for indefinite periods you would suffer malnutrition.======================================DAY ONE: All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits. For drinks; unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, or water.DAY TWO: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw, or canned vegetables. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat along with the soup. At dinner time on this day, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruits.DAY THREE: Eat all the soup, fruits, and vegetables you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten for three days as above, and have not cheated, you will have lost 5 to 7 pounds.DAY FOUR: Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of waterthis day to wash away the acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once this day.DAY SIX: Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart s content of the beef and vegetables this day. You can even have two or three steaks if you like with the green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. be sure and eat the soup.DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again, stuff yourself. Be sure to have the soup at least once today. At the end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming again from day one. This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being as never before. After only seven days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds, having an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference. This diet is fast, fat-burning, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beveragesat any time because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.Because everyone s digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began, if you did not cheat. Afterbeing on this diet for several days, you will find your bowel movements have changed. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don t need the caffeine after the third day.DEFINITE NO-NO S: Fried foods, bread, alcohol, no carbonated drinks, including diet drinks. stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice, and skim milk. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish or baked chicken {skinless} for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high protein in the beef the other day. The Basic Fat Burning Soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you wish. Remember, the more you eat, the more you will lose. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference both physically and mentally. Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet.

I did the South Beach diet and lost 45 pounds in about 6 months. I only did the hardcore part of the diet for two weeks and then slowly allowed myself certain carbs again. With that diet, I also ran about 2 miles a night and then did 30 minutes of cardio with a punching bag. It worked! Report Abuse

There are 3500 calories in 1 pound, but 40 lbs without any exercising will make it harder. You need to work out to speed it up, and I am not just talking about burning fat, but also working out helps increase your metabolism too. Eating 5-6 times a day will help jump start your metabolism, but eating healthy is they key. Visit www.mypryamid.gov for help it is very interactive, but remember that not eating right or working out will, and still losing weight will cause damage to your body down the road.

There is no easy way to lose weight, and simply dieting isn t going to cut it. Even if you do lose weight, you won t be near as healthy as you would if you combined diet and exercise. Even 20 minutes of cardio is enough to help get into shape. A diet that has worked for me in the past is to limit your caloric intake to 1200 calories per day, not counting fruits and vegetables. Add 3-5 days of exercise per week, again at only 20-30 minutes a time, and you could lose that 40 pounds in 3 months and be healthy.

40 lbs in 3 months is about 0.5 lbs per day. That is 1800 less Calories consumed than the ones you burn.If you are large (very obese) and exercise a lot, you may be able to do it. If you re not too large (just overweight) and/or don t exercise, then I don t see it happening.Losing weight that fast must be done under doctor s supervision.

My boyfriend lost 50 # in 3 months on Lindora.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. It is not recommended to lose more than 1-3 lbs a week, and so your goal of 40 lbs would be possible within about 15-20 weeks, or 4-5 months. If you want to lose weight the correct and safe way that will stay off for the long-term, you need a good comprehensive exercise and nutrition plan.A good program looks like this:Always warm up and cool downMuscular Strength Endurance-you need a good resistance training program that includes exercises for all muscle groups (hips, chest, upper and mid back, legs (quads and hamstrings), shoulders, lower back, upper arms (biceps and triceps), calves, forearms, abdomen, and the gluteus maximus).Your intensity should be 70-80% 1-RM or 8-12-RM, 8-12 reps, 1 or more sets, 3 times a week for 6 weeks or more when you begin a resistance program. You should begin with 1 exercise for each major muscle group and make sure the days you do resistance training are not consecutive meaning you don t exercise the same muscle group two days in a row. As you continue your program you can add more exercises, add weight, and change up your program to include more days or just work specific muscle groups on specific days. As your muscles grow stronger you will be able to reduce the rest time between each set. You should rest for about 30 seconds between sets. Muscle is metabolically active and therefore when you gain muscle it burns more calories and helps to raise your metabolism. If you do not have money for a gym membership or do not have access to one, here is a great website to create a work out plan only using your body weight.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exerciseYou can also search for all kinds of exercises that use weight. Here is another great website for finding some good exercises for different parts of the body.http://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/StHere is a great link to a comprehensive musculoskeletal atlas of the body to help you understand what exactly you are workinghttp://www.preventdisease.com/home/musclAlso, if you are having trouble deciding what type of program you should be doing, here is a website that may help you to better understand the different forms of strength.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kelly2.hCardiovascular Endurance-This part is extremely important for fat burning and enhancing your overall cardiovascular performance. You need to include a warm-up and cool-down. In order to have an effective cardio plan you must first make sure you remain in your target heart rate zone for at least 30 minutes a day (you can start out doing this for 3 days a week and build up) and then you can build up to 45-60 minutes a day. This will seriously help to burn fat as well as raise your VO2Max which is basically a number that represents the capacity of your cardiorespiratory system. The higher the number the more efficient your cardio system is. You can learn more about VO2 at the following website.http://www.preventdisease.com/news/articIn order to determine your target heart rate, do the following:know these numbers:maximum heart rate= (220-age)resting heart rate=(get this by counting your pulse for a minute when you first wake up in the morning)heart rate reserve=(maximum heart rate-resting heart rate)then calculate training intensity:TI= Heart rate reserve x percentage(use 70%-85%) + resting heart rateNow your training intensity number is important because this is the number you want to reach for a particular training intensity. This is the number your heart rate has to get to in order to be in the optimum cardio training zone. You can perform the TI equation for 70% and then another for 85% to get a good range for your heart rate. This is your own personal target heart rate zone. You can either count your pulse yourself or use a heart rate monitor while you are exercising. You can buy one at most electronic stores. I recommend the heart rate monitor because you don t have to do anything and it lets you know where you are. Some even beep when you reach your zone or when you go above it. Mine has a strap you put on under your clothes and a watch that shows you your heart rate as well as other things. Now of course, any type of heart rate monitor will not be perfect because there are factors that are not taken into account, but it is one of the most accurate ways to keep track of your heart rate that is easily available to the public. Here is a website to help you calculate your target heart rate zonehttp://www.preventdisease.com/healthtoolHere is a good website for some information on how to measure your physical activity intensityhttp://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/physicalNow, I needed to tell you all of that so I can let you know what cardio activities will fit this type of requirement. The following are great activities for a good aerobic plan:cycling, jogging, running, walking, rowing, stair climbing, elliptical machine, aerobic dance, bench step aerobics, hiking, in-line skating, skiing, rope skipping, swimming, and water aerobics. Any of these activities are acceptable only if you make sure your heart rate stays within your target heart rate zone. This does not count your warm-up or cool-down either. You need at least 30 minutes within your zone for the best benefits because for most people your body does not begin to burn fat until you have been working aerobically in your heart rate zone for at least 30 minutes. Of course all exercise is good for you, so even if you do not make it to your heart rate zone, it still is good for you and there will be benefits from it. Just work your way up, start slow, and you will be gradually improving your body s cardiovascular performance and burning fat. Once your body gets used to performing aerobically it will begin to burn fat faster than someone who is not on a cardio program. You can find calculators at the following website to calculate about how many calories are burned by different activities.http://www.preventdisease.com/healthtoolHere are a few websites that will help you to begin a fitness walking programhttp://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/fihttp://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/waOr if you prefer, you can begin a jogging programhttp://preventdisease.com/fitness/fitnesBody Composition-this includes your body fat percentage, bone frame, as well as how much muscle you have. Most people focus on only weight, but you should not put as much focus on that as much as what your body fat percentage is (get it tested at an exercise facility with skinfold calipers). You should also get circumference measurements done. This includes your neck, shoulder, chest, waist, abdominal, hip (buttocks), thigh (proximal), thigh (mid), thigh (distal), knee, calf, ankle, arm (bicep), forearm, and wrist. You should be able to do this at a gym. You should get all of this information done before you start your program and then you can see how you improve. You can calculate an estimate of your body composition and target weight here:http://www.preventdisease.com/healthtoolThe following website will help you to understand a little more about body compositionhttp://preventdisease.com/news/articles/Flexibility- Most people do not even think about this, but it is very important because it helps to prevent injury and it helps you to perform every day activities. It also has an effect on all your other programs. You should perform 10-12 flexibility exercises every day. Slowly stretch the muscle to a point of mild discomfort but not necessarily pain. Hold stretch for 10-30 seconds, and do 3-5 reps for each stretch. This should take about 15-30 minutes per session. If you do not have time to do this every day, try to do it 2-3 times a week. Here is a website to learn more about flexibility and stretchinghttp://preventdisease.com/fitness/fundamDiet- You have to make sure that you eat right and that means following the food guide pyramid. All those low carb diets or fad diets out there will not help you lose weight safely. You can read more about the risks of low carb diets at the following websitehttp://www.preventdisease.com/news/articKnow that 1 lb. of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. So if you eat 500 calories less per day for a week than you normally would (by either cutting back or changing what you eat or even by burning 500 calories from exercise) that is 3,500 calories and you should lose 1 lb. that week. I know that does not sound like a lot, but it is a proven fact that you should not lose more than 1-3 lbs. per week because it is not safe nor does it stay off. If you work to lose 1-3 lbs a week then it is much more likely to be the safe way and will stay off for long-term if you continue to live a healthy lifestyle.I do not like the word diet because most people think of a diet as a short-term way of losing weight when the most effective way of losing weight is to completely change your lifestyle. Here are some ways to change the way you eat:Always follow the food guide pyramid with focus on fruits and vegetables and lean meat such as chicken or fish. Make sure you get enough fiber and water in your diet. You should get 20-30 grams of fiber every day along with plenty of water. You can go to http://preventdisease.com/home/tips65.sh to learn more about fiber and tips on how to get more in your diet. You should drink a total of 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day at least. This is different for everyone, but you should be able to figure out about how much water you need a day. You can go to http://preventdisease.com/news/articles/ to learn more about how much water you should drink. Get your carbs from complex carbohydrates (pasta, rice, grains, cereals, potatoes, dried beans and peas) that contain whole wheat. When you buy something such as bread make sure the first ingredient is whole wheat and does not contain the word enriched. You can learn more about carbohydrates at the following website.http://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/weYou can also learn how to choose healthy breakfast cereals at the following websitehttp://www.drmirkin.com/nutrition/N180.hLearn what serving sizes are and how to properly use them. This is very important because the average American consumes way too much and it is because serving sizes are out of control.Even when you go out to eat or to fast food places you can eat healthy. Choose low fat or low calorie food items such as a salad ( fat-free cheese and dressing), grilled chicken sandwich, etc. When you go out to eat you can also split an entree with someone or ask them to put half in a to-go box in the back before they even bring it to you.Always eat breakfast and never skip any meals. I have also done research on this and this helps to keep your metabolism up and makes sure you do not overeat, among many other things. Try for 3 meals a day with 2 snacks.Try as much as you can to stay away from saturated and trans fat because they are both bad for you and should be consumed as little as possible. Mono and polyunsaturated fats or good for you but fat should only make up 25-35% of total calories. If the food label ingredient list contains partially hydrogenated that means it contains trans fat and should be avoided when possible. The following website offers a plan to follow to help fight fathttp://msn.prevention.com/article/0,5778Watch out for your caffeine intake, you can find how much caffeine is in certain things at the following website.http://health.yahoo.com/topic/nutrition/A lot of people also focus on high protein but in reality you only need .8 grams of protein for every kilogram of your body weight. Can anybody give me tips on how to lose weight in my stomach and naturally cleanse my colon? -

I want my thighs and legs to stay the same size, and I want my stomach to go down. How can I do that? I know most people say that it is hard or impossible to target one area to lose weight in. And can I cleanse my colon with stuff that I just have at home?

I say to eat from all of the food groups. Oh also lots of fiber will cleanse the colon. Fiber can be found in fruit. Also no junk food. its okay for some once in a while. For example say you want some chips i say eat a little [ no more then five because they are full of calories and fat that make you gain weight. If you really crave junk food a lot then only have a little one a month. And if your not really a fruit person then you could get benefiber. It has no taste and you can buy it in powders to put in water that taste great!! Last thing switch from soda to diet soda and water. Remember to excerise every day for at least 30 minuets! hope this helped!

Well targeted weight loss can be difficult. You can try supplements if you want but I would ask a doctor first to be sure it s safe for you. If you do decide to try supplements be sure to go with one that s well known and has good reviews, read up on what you choose and take is as directed. I use a product called nature cleanse and it s worked well for me, I also try to eat right and work out when I can but that s all optional. It helped to make my stomach flatter I lost about 10 Lbs my first month so that can give you an idea as to what to expect. If you want to look more into what I use you can go to http://www.nature-cleanse.webs.com but I hope this helps you out and good luck.

I highly recommend Isabel De Los Rios. I have had many friends use her program and all have had great success. Its also great as she is a Certified Nutritionist, Certified Exercise Specialist and famous Author of The Diet Solution Programso you can be sure that you are getting professional advice. check out more at her website http://weight-loss-program.cjb.net

the whole colon cleansing fad is just some stupid mumbo jumbo. Just cause some celebrities do it doesnt mean its good, u gunna join the church of Scientology next? but u cant only lose fat in certain areas, it happens all over at once. its impossible to target fat loss.

Please give me advice on how to lose weight? -

I wanna lose it soo bad, But I just can t seem to stay positive or motivated to lose it everytime I go on a diet. I always diet for like a week and then I give up. I know I wont lose a lot of weight in a week but I realy wanna start loseing it and be happy again. Please help me How can I make myself feel better about this. Please give advice on how to lose a pound a day.

easy, diet and exercise.but what you don t need is bad emotions - you need to put yourself in an environment that only motivates you to be healthier. this could mean not watching the tv, internet and all forms of media, if they affect you. only see friends and family who are supportive. you need to change your environment, clean out your fridge o fatty junk food. make it harder for you to go to the grocery - set a budget or a schedule, and stick to it. reward yourself when a goal is achieved with a non-food reward - like a massage.

Eat balanced diet but NO FASTING.....Do regular brisk walking or skipping, i hav seen the results in my complex itself from the old age people or small children, just u hav to maintain the regularity. If u hav Gym nearby u can go gor it or u can practice yoga everyday as it will nt only reduce ur weight but will giv a good shape to ur body. Try to watch the programs of Baba Ramdevji on channel indiaTV on mornings at 7:30am and afternoons at 1:30pm, they also suggest the foods suitable for particular problems..ok, all d best go on

just eat more

same case as u !!!

watch what you eat and exercise regularly

Try Weight Watchers and or Jenny Craig...they have meetings for the moral support and confidence needed to go all the way to success.

I am in the same boat with ya, girl.I lost a few pounds by changing my eating habits. When shopping, chose fresh fruits and veg., and watch your calories with the canned food. Go outside and walk around, walk to the mailbox, clean vigorously, and park at the end of the aisle and walk farther to the store.Start with small steps. Try new things, and you may find a routine that you can stick with.Good Luck!!

Buy yourself a really hot outfit, that you are dying to wear, but 2 sizes smaller than you are. Make it your goal to fit into it within a certain time period.Remember that eating less, and the right food groups will cause you to lose weight properly. Fad diets, and diet pills do not work long term.

I am the same way as you. I have tried everything from eating less to diet pills to exercise. I think I finally found the answer. The answer is exercise. You / I have to exercise everyday and I don t mean walking. You / I have to RUN. I usually run after 10:00 at night when the streets are clear of cars people. I don t know how far I run but I work my body. You know the feeling when you work your body. That s it. That s the answer to losing weight. You have to work your body. Good luck.

A pound a day is not considered healthy. You should realistically be loosing 10 to 15 pounds a month.

more fruits and veggies, more walking and stretching. simple but works. my sister look like a million bucks losing 50 pounds this way. it took time and dedication.

Just for the reality check, diets will not work out well because we will eventually give up on it. However, there is one known as the Atkins diet designed not to bore the person with what they eat. This diet encourages its followers to increase intake of lean meat and reduce the intake of carbs by a whole lot. Its because carbs are known as the main sugar supplier in our diet which would eventually turn into excess glycogen that would make us fatter and not healthier. Vege intake is kept constant as the normal diet.Besides that, you can make things easier and faster by checking on the calorie intake. Get a calorific table from a doctor to check the calorific value of every meal you take. Also, check your calorie needs first. If you are in the 20 s, you would need somewhere around 9000 to 12000 kcal per day. Don t exceed these. Remember, moderation is the key to everything. Exercise would also help a lot. But, don t go straight for the hard ones. Start with light exercises like a simple 10 minutes walk or jog and do something like 10 push-ups and 10sit-ups a day. As you gradually improve, you will find it easier to complete this task and eventually start losing the extra pounds.Last but not least, a STRICT reminder not to turn to slimming products even when there is a temptation to do so!Hope these would do a great help. Good Luck!!!

How to lose weight quickly and not gain them back? -

i will do anything. should i get up early in the morning and run half a mile and eat below 1000 calories a day! i hate all the fats.

There is only ONE way to lose weight and keep it off, and that s to make permanent changes to your eating and exercise habits. You re overweight because you consume more than your body needs and you don t get enough exercise. Doesn t mean you re lazy or a glutton (or a bad person), but it does mean you ve learned some bad habits over time. The good news is YOU are in control. You CAN become slim and trim for life if you do it the right way. Here are a few tips:1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if its just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Dont say you dont have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but youre worth it, right?2. Walk as much as you want, but dont do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.3. If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. Thatll really help you tone up.4. Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time (most people do). Thats not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.5. Eat breakfast every day within an hour of getting up. It kick-starts your metabolism. Studies have shown that people who skip breakfast are 450% more likely to be overweight than those who eat breakfast every day.6. Eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of three squares per day or one big meal per day. If you eat too much at one sitting, your body stores the extra calories as fat. Go too long between meals and your metabolism slows down. Your body expends energy digesting your food, so eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running high because youre constantly digesting food.7. Avoid these as much as possible:-- Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)-- High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)-- Fast food-- Junk food-- White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes-- The deadly Cs (cookies, cakes, candy, chips, cola)8. Build your diet around these trim-body-friendly foods:-- Nuts, any kind (almonds are best)-- Beans/Legumes-- Fresh vegetables (green is GREAT!!!)-- Dairy products (as long as theyre low-fat or non-fat)-- Eggs-- Lean meats (fish and poultry top the list)-- Olive oil-- Whole grain breads/cereals/pasta-- Fresh fruits (anything that ends in berry is a winner)-- Tea (green tea or black pekoe tea)-- Cold water or ice water (your body has to expend extra calories to heat it up)9. Desserts and treats are the exception, not the rule. Having said that, however, (1) you can have a couple of pieces of chocolate every day C just dont overdo, and (2) Allow yourself one cheat meal every week where you eat and drink whatever you want as long as you dont gorge yourself. Thatll help keep you from feeling deprived and itll make it easier to stick with your new healthy eating plan.Good luck! The three great essentials to achieve anything worthwhile are first, hard work; second, stick-to-itiveness; third, common sense.-- Thomas Alva Edison, inventor extraordinaire

Believe it or not but the fine way to loose calorie is by eating more food but which is less in fats because if you eat less the calorie burn process gets slow and the calorie is stored in the stomach and the best best best way to get rid of it is eating more food but less in calorie and not sleeping after eating but going for a little walk also run in morning not too much but according to your physique.

I didn t consider myself severely overweight, but I am 5 4 tall and was 170 pounds. I lost 35 pounds by doing these simple things: 1. I drank half a gallon (sometimes a gallon) a day2. didn t eat any fried foods3. stopped eating pork4. ate red meat about once every two weeks (still do, only now the only red meat I eat is deer and lamb)5. pan seared, baked, or grilled meat, fish, and poultry6. walked or rode my bike atleast 30 min. a day 5 days a week 7. for snacks i ate fruit. I did indulge in chocolates atleast once a week8. I didn t eat dinner after 6:00When I started I was losing about 5-7 pounds a week for the first three weeks. After that I was losing between 2-3 pounds.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com

I wouldn t eat less than 1000 calories a day! My doctor told me to consume 1100 calories a day. If you exercise you can have more. The trick is to burn more calories than you take in but Remember...your body burns calories just to function. You must feed it.

Advice needed on how to lose weight after pregnancy? -

Any other mothers have any advice on how to lose that baby weight? My little girl takes so much energy that its hard to find time to exercise. How did you work getting your figure back into your busy new baby schedule?

half the battle you can do anytime when you are with your little one is eat healthy. Fruits, veggies and lean proteins will meet you at 50%. Then while baby is asleep take about 30 min and do some taebo fat burning. I did for a while in my living although I got bored after the same video. As get those finess magazines and get some yoga moves. They will be good for strengthening your muscles and meditation for your mind to relax after a hard days way of being a mother

try this program, it tells you the truth about burning fat and keeping the weight off permanently:http://worknearn.burnthefat.hop.clickban

i have done it successfully following weight watchers. it is great cos it can fit with any lifestyle, and as i am breastfeeding, they had a special program for that too. in terms of exercise, i have only really been able to walk, nothing too strenuous, just out and about with baby in the pram. that helps mentally as well, just getting out of the house!

The only advice i can give you is try to walk as much as you can( room to room as much as possible, or take your baby swimming) but the key advice is losing the baby fat is way easier to do while your baby is little because if u wait, u may never get it off!! hope this helps and good luck with the number 1 struggle in life!! :-)

If you nurse your baby, it will help shrink your stomach. I don t understand why, but when you nurse your uterus contracts and it helps it return to its natural size.I took a lot of walks in the morning. Usually the baby would sleep.
