I need to lose weight fast!!!!!? -

I ve got my sisters wedding in about a month (june 6) and i ve put on weight since i gave her my measurements for my bridesmaids dress, i m two whole dress sizes bigger! i need to lose about 10 kilograms in a month. Please help! I don t want to harm myself in any way, if anyone knows a healthy enough way to lose this weight in this amount of time PLEASE tell me ! I m pannicking!!!

I know, crash dieting and losing weight fast is very unhealthy and it doesn t keep the weight off, but i want to know what you personally think works the fastest.
