There are many forms of metabolism going on in your body right now, but the one everyone is talking about it the metabolism of fat. This is actually something that the liver does when it converts stored fat to energy. The liver has other functions, but this is one of its main jobs. Unfortunately, another of the liver s duties is to pick up the slack for the kidneys, which need plenty of water to work properly. If the kidneys are water-deprived, the liver has to do their work along with its own, lowering its total productivity. It then can t metabolize fat as quickly or efficiently as it could when the kidneys were pulling their own weight. If you allow this to happen, not only are you being unfair to your liver, but you re also setting yourself up to store fat. so, drink 6-8 8oz.glasses of water a day,The most recent scientific study, published in the journal Obesity Research, found that drinking at least 3 eight-ounce glasses of fat free milk in a day helped people lose more weight than those dieters who drank little or no milk. Most importantly, milk drinkers fat loss, especially around their tummies, was significantly greater. They also maintained more muscle. so, drink your milk and water and eat a lot of fruit and veggies and baked meats and boiled meats like chicken and turkey ,i like to make extra so i can snack on cold chicken later don t use bbq sauce it has sugar ,use garlic powder or lemon pepper season .eat tuna in water not oil,no mayo, mix it in green beans, all beans are high in protine low in fat, like pinto beans mix them with crushed tomatoes,do not eat fried foods,do not drink soda, do not eat junk food or chips,do not eat before bed, just eat well and do not eat small amounts or your body will go into starvation mode, just choose good foods, i hope i helped,

Eat sensibly. No junk food, absolutely no soda, and try to balance your diet. Eat enuf fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Walk 5 times a week for at least 1/2 hour. Good Luck!

well just do aerobic exorcise sprint for 1 min rest for 30 seconds and repeat 10 times this will make your body run out of oxygen which means you will burn 600 calories more just by siting on your couch once your done

How to lose weight?? -

i would like to lose 50 pounds in 2 months or less, but i wanna know if eatin small portions 5 times a day really works; if it does what should i eat and should i exercise more? i would like to know a better efficient way to lose weight quick

Here is an answer I put up a little while ago, but first let me say that losing 50 lbs in 2 days is very dangerous and not really realistic...Well, there really aren t any easy ways to lose weight, and that is why all the fad diets fail in keeping weight off.Two of the easiest ways of losing weight are surgery (not talking about liposuction, which is technically removal of fat rather than distributed weight loss) and medications. They are for extreme cases.Medications can be perscribed by your doctor and are usually given to people with BMIs (Body Mass Index) starting at about 28. Those people are in danger of becoming obese (BMI greater than 30).Surgery, is usually only used in people that are morbidly obese (BMIs greater than 40, but sometimes between 35 and 40). There are two major classes of surgery. First, lap bands are used to decrease the size of the stomach so that people don t eat as much. Second, gastric bypass surgery connects your stomach to a lower part of your intestine, thus bypassing most of your intestine and limiting absorption. Needless to say, both surgeries come with their side effects--gastric bypass having the most.Having said that, the best way to lose weight is through moderation and exercise. Weight gain (and loss) is about energy balance. If you are gaining weight, you are eating more energy than you are expanding. Moderate exercise of 60 minutes for 3 or 4 times a week should be fine. It s alright to start slower and then increase the number and length. The key is to be comfortable and pick something that you enjoy doing. Also, for weight loss, you want the activity to be low intensity. The body burns the most fat when there is not such a significant increase in heart rate. This form of exercise is also shown to redistribute weight, so you may start losing that fat from your belly. So the key is to start at a comfortable level and work up to 4 sessions of 60 minutes of mederate exercise.Your diet should be balanced and including all 5 food groups. Read the lables of the foods you are eating to really pay attention what is in each of your meals. Depending on your body size (height and frame), you want to eat about 2000 calories a day, which is about average. It seems counter intuitive, but you don t want to eat too little. If you don t eat enough, the body goes into starvation mode and starts to conserve fat. Your metabolism goes down and suddenly it s harder for you to lose weight (another way to increase your metabolism is to spread your meals/eating out... instead of eating two large meals, eat 4 smaller ones throughout the day). Aim for no more than 30% of caloric intake to come from fats. Fats pack a ton of energy. When you do have fats, you should look for polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats. Definitely stay away from trans fats and saturated fats. Finally, watch your portions sizes. the easiest way to reduce how much you eat is to slowly reduce your portion sizes. This isn t an easy task, but it will pay off in the end. Set goals and reward yourself when you reach them.

yea it works

I have had great results with an all natural product called Isagenix. This product is only available by distributor. If you would like to know more please email me at bignlild@msn.com

That s nearly impossible even with the help of drugs. 5 small portions will help though. And Running or jogging whenever possible. I lost about 30 pounds in 2 month, but I was eating almost nothing and running about an hour a day in 100 degree weather and walking everywhere I went (Including the store). It sucks and you ll always be tired, but if you want to lose weight bad enough...And also drink a lot of water. It will help flush fat out. If you want to lose inches though, try getting an American body wrap. That helps a lot.

Ah...the quest for the magic bullet. It took 6 months to put that 50lbs on, yet we want to take it off in 2 months. ok.. here s how:High protein, low carbohydrate diet. Get a book on this that lists carb values of different foods. Stay under 30 grams of carbs a day. Drink a minimum of 80 oz of water (not just fluids...WATER) a day. This will flush out the wastes generated by dissolving fat (the most important waste to get rid of are known as Keytones). Cut portion size. 6 meals a day (meal being defined as a few bites..not plateful) or whenever hungry...not just when feeling empty. Walk for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes a day, brisk pace.If you do all this..you will lose the weight in a hurry. It is not a healthy way to do it.. but it is a fast way.

Diet And ExciseTrimspa (It is not Regulated by the FDA, but really does make you lose weight.)Hollywood 48-Hour Miracle Diet (lose weight REALLY fast but it comes right back. Once again, It is not Regulated by the FDA)http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitn

jsuteat breakfast lunch and dinner in protion control. thast all u need to do and excersie for 30 mins.

it s dangerous to even try to lose 50 pounds in 2 months. The norm is about 2 pounds per week, and the way you lose the 2 pounds per week safely is to cut your calorie intake under 1300 calories, and exercise more than usual.

Try LA Weight Loss, it works really well!

Eating smaller portions does necessarily by itself. However, if you are serious about losing weight and want to lose as much as you can in 2 months then do what I have done. First, exercise. I don t care what anyone says, you must exercise. I power -walk no less than 4 to 5 miles per day. In other words, I walk no less than 50 minutes to an hour or more every day. Afterwards, I do floor exercises which are good for my book and tone my muscles. I do situps, pushups, leg exercises, and bending exercises. I drink no less than 5 to 7 glasses of water a day which helps curb my appetite and when I eat I watch what I eat. Eat vegetables, fruits, and some protein such as chicken, fish, and or turkey and occasionally beef. Watch your portions. Don t eat a lot of any meat at any time. Stay away from sugar drinks such as soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc. Don t eat sweets, cakes, pies, etc, but you can drink milk and eat ice cream but like I say not a lot of anything. I weighed 225lbs when I started and after a couple of months I weighted 169lbs. I have been as low as 160 and I am 5ft 8in tall. I have never felt better in my life and I look great or at least that is what my friends say, especially the ladies. I am toned and fit and I love it. Try it. It will be difficult at first but use your will-power and you wili make it. You must be determined.

exercise more, eat healthy food, eat one fat food a day, and get a good night sleep.

It seems that everybody wants to lose weight. But when most people say they want to lose weight, what they really mean is they want to lose weight without altering their current lifestyle. They want to lose weight without changing the foods that they eat, or without getting up off the couch, turning off the television, and engaging in regular physical exercise. Not surprisingly, there is a huge market that offers shortcuts to weight loss through cosmetic surgery, diet pills, nutritional supplements, and various diets -- such as the Atkins Diet. There s a growing group of people who leap from one weight loss fad to another, in search of the one thing that s going to finally help them lose weight without having to alter the foods they eat. People don t want to give up their soft drinks; they don t want to give up pizza, and ice cream, and fast food. And they sure don t have time to go out and exercise on a regular basis. So the shortcuts market is absolutely astounding -- $9.4 billion was spent last year on cosmetic surgery alone, and hundreds of millions more were spent on weight loss pills, fat burning nutritional supplements, and low-carb foods. It s a tremendous market, and the public seems to be more than willing to keep spending money on these items, even though the real answers are to be found in something entirely different. The reality of weight loss is that there are no shortcuts! You can have cosmetic surgery to remove fat from your thighs, or the back of your arms, but if you continue eating the way you ve been eating, your body will just deposit the fat somewhere else on your body -- usually in a place that looks even stranger than when it was on your hips. Even if the cosmetic surgery works out for you, it doesn t alter your blood chemistry, your cardiovascular health, or your level of physical fitness. Meaning that you are just as unhealthy after the surgery as you were before, even though you may physically show less body fat. Something similar is true with foods as well. Many people continue to eat a diet high in refined carbohydrates, added sugars, and obesity-promoting ingredients, such as high-fructose corn syrup. Then in an attempt to lose weight, they will take a couple of weight loss pills each day, and hope that those pills will some how counteract the entire day of eating unhealthy, obesity-promoting foods. It just doesn t work this way.If you really want to lose weight, you ve got to do two things. First you have to avoid foods that promote obesity and weight-gain. These are the foods that are consumed by the vast majority of Americans, and are the ones that are the most popular in grocery stores and restaurants. Any food that s processed or manufactured is very likely to promote obesity, or some other chronic disease. Foods made with refined white flour or refined sugar, for example, will undoubtedly alter your blood sugar levels and tell your body to start storing fat. Foods high in saturated animal fats, such as red meat, or foods that are high in hydrogenated oils, like margarine or shortening, will also pack on the body fat, and harm your cardio-vascular health at the same time. Achieving a healthy body weight absolutely requires taking these foods out of your diet for the rest of your life. You can have either soft drinks and processed foods, or a healthy body weight -- but not both. In fact, much of the foods available today in the national food supply are simply incompatible with a healthy body weight, no matter how much surgery you undergo, and no matter how many weight loss supplements you attempt to take. The other part of the equation here is physical exercise. The human body simply won t shed excess body fat without engaging in regular physical exercise. Physical exercise gives you a much higher metabolism; it helps you burn calories, even while you re sitting or sleeping. It also increases your lean body mass -- especially when you engage in strength training -- and that results in even more calories being burned when you are at rest. Physical exercise, in fact, modifies your body chemistry in a way that helps your body better use refined foods such as breads or pasta. When you eat those foods without engaging in physical exercise, you re automatically going to add weight. But when you have an extremely fit body that engages in regular exercise, such as jogging, swimming, walking, or biking, you can get away with eating a few processed foods. But still you have to limit your intake of processed foods if you want to maintain a healthy body weight. In my own case, I engage in rather vigorous physical exercise several times per week, typically putting in 10 hours of exercise each week. And even then, I don t allow myself to eat any breads or pasta or refined carbohydrates of any kind. I don t consume breakfast cereals; I don t drink fruit-drinks or consume soft drinks. And what I ve found is that if I eat a piece of bread or have a sandwich, then those refined carbohydrates alter my blood sugar in a way that makes me extremely hungry three or four hours later. If I had eaten a high protein meal, or a meal high in healthy fats and fibers, I wouldn t be hungry so quickly. So it is these processed foods that are in fact causing the obesity in the first place. And consuming diet pills or weight loss supplements simply isn t the answer to long-term weight loss. The answer is to look at your lifestyle, examine what you re doing wrong that needs to be corrected, and then have the courage to make the changes that will bring you into a healthy body weight and keep you there for life

The most important thing if you want to lose weight is not making a diet change rather a LIFESTYLE change. You gotta change your whole state of mind...not just for a temporary time-otherwise anything lost will be gained again. You have to make a daily habit out of a healthy eating routine. Eat when you re hungry...but stick to proper portion sizes and try eating things that are filling as well as nutritional...such as grilled chicken and the largest food group- GRAINS. Add some spice for flavor...my favorite is Frank s Red Hot sauce on chicken or veggies...which the pepper is great for stimulating your metabolism and its delicious!! The other MAIN thing about what you eat is keeping your meals balanced according to the food pyramid and your stats. NEVER skip out on the veggies and fruits...and don t eat meat portions larger than your palm and of course go sparingly on the sweets..but don t totally deny yourself from something if you totally have to have it because that will make you end up breaking in the long run and going crazy over what you didn t let yourself have. And of course...talk to your doctor before you do anything...he/she can give you a lot of info as well and give you some more tips. GOOD LUCK!

well eat not as much as you do eat now you eat very very littlePortions like about 7 times a day and go for a run for 20min and after that walk a round for 5min. and eat no junk food at all!!!!!!

You didn t put in on overnight, you can t healthily get it off overnight (and keep it off). Max recommended weight loss per week, to be able to keep it off, is 3 - 4 lbs...that would put you at a max of about 32 lbs in 2 mos. Many experts recommend up to 6 small meals per day, instead of the typical 3 large ones...eating every 2 hrs keeps your metabolism up, which in turn burns more calories...just keep your calorie intake lower than usual to lose pounds (say 1200 to 1500 a day), and exercise regularly...try for an hour (or more) a day, 5 days a week...doesn t have to be all at once either, you can workout some in the morning and some in the evening, or break it up however it works best for you.Eat right...drink lots of water, cut out junk foods and such, and exercise and you ll be on your way to seeing those pounds disappear...just remember once you reach your goal you ve got to continue monitoring what you eat, and stay active so you don t regain the weight.Good luck!

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don t need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last fat loss tip , first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.http://www.phifoundation.org

The small portions 5 times a day thing *does* work. It speeds up your metabolism and lets you burn fat faster. As for how much, don t go for low-fat foods and what not. Just eat normal things like meat and fruits, maybe a salad too. And don t eat until you re full, just eat until you re not hungry anymore and save the rest for later.

eat nothing that has table sugar or white flour and drink lots of water :o)

First of all quit goin back for 5ths at the HomeTown Buffet! 8 ) Exercise for about a half hour a day. Like weights, walking or dancing. Watch out for those fatty foods that have all that yellow or orange grease. If you take out all that grease with a paper towel would help. ; ) They say you are what you eat. Chow down! = )

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.com

How to lose weight fast?before summer? -

how do u lost weight fast but fun and kinda easy besides running like what are some tips im 12 and weigh 150 im fat! 43inches around my belly! please i really need help

I hate to say it, but nothing works besides old fashioned exercise and eating right.Eat 5 small meals a day, be conscious of food labels. Don t eat a lot of processed foods. Replace chips or pretzels or any other snacky foods with fruit and vegetables and yogurt. SKIP the soda. Eat breakfast. Fill your plate with foods that contain fiber. It makes you feel full longer and cleans out your system.Exercise everyday, even if it s just for a little. Do cardio workouts like running, jogging, or biking. Supplement that with toning exercises like crunches, push-ups, and weight training.Whatever you do, be safe. Good luck.

It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly. The one diet that really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Reader s Digest and CNN. I worked off thrity pounds, it really does produce success!

Jump roping is really really good, it works every part of your body, and it burns a lot of fat. Did you know, that 10 minutes of jump roping=30 minutes of jogging? Also, hoola hooping will help tone the waist area. Take as much part as you can in your gym class at school, it will help in the weight loss process. Also, eat healthier. Hope I Helped!

Don t lose heart. You can lose weight. Here is a web site that I think will be helpful, http://alturl.com/493 . I hope this helps you out!

How to lose weight ? (20 characters)? -

Ok, I have fat on my theighs and Im curvy and I need to lose weight.I wait to become more curvyer

High Fiber multigrain breads are better than white breads. Remember how I told you to increase the fiber content in your food; well this is the answer to that. It is not only better in terms of the fiber content but also in terms of the protein content as well.

Don t eat anything like candy, rice, stuff like that after 6:00. I hope it helps.

Hi,After reading your question I saw you were interested in optimizing your nutrition [(-:] so I thought I would give you some pointers I have learned the hard way from my own bad uninformed choices so you could learn about good advice and bad advice. A reference diet plan is given below in PS1 that I had found to be the best possible nutrition for me to cure my heart disease problem from too many carbs for too long, but that diet was before my present health issues - that I know are cholesterol and calcium related because these foods are triggers for me now.I used to be an old advocate of Atkins diet before I knew what I now know, so nowadays I do not recommend Atkins high protein and fat diet for long term but would always recommend a high- nutrition VEGAN diet replacing the meat with lentils - but many people will not do this. Sooo even though I give a meat diet plan in PS1 below, let me share a little more to help you understand not only how to lose weight - but how to be stronger and healthier for the long term. You may already know this but if not let me first explain that keeping to a plan that fights against bad habits that might be on the verge of seriously tearing down your body is sometimes pretty tough - but being fit and strong versus being overweight and/or sickly is all about (1) how many calories you eat versus how many you burn and (2) IF your calories are primarily the BEST QUALITY PROTEINS or primarily junk sugar-carbs.Please consider that it is not just how few cabs and fats and how much lean protein you eat in order to become stronger, but how many absorbable non-toxic vitamin and minerals are obtained from the protein or fats you would eat.For instance, egg whites have 89% protein, but egg whites are similar in its nutrition per calorie as to eating sweet corn that usually has only about 15% protein. So even though the higher protein egg whites look good IF ALL you look at is the protein content, it is really not much better for you than sweet corn. Not good if you understand that they identified the pellagra problem in the 1930s south was from a diet of primarily sweet corn. [See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellagra ]The same is true of tenderloin versus spinach. Boiled spinach has about 56% protein to beef tenderloins 61% protein, but spinach has almost 700%, or seven times, the vitamin and minerals of tenderloin calorie per calorie. The problem with spinach is that the spinach calories would cost about ten times the cost of beef calories. Spending $50 per day to eat several pounds of spinach may make any animal as strong as a triple crown race horse, but few people can afford to spend that much for their food - so meat protein is what people typically purchase. Even so many longevity experts are encouraging that people would start to eat 200 calories of leafy greens a day.Take a few minutes to understand good nutritional advice versus poor advice and I hope you will have learned something from my mistakes that will soon help you along your way. My best to you and for your good health,A1[(-:]PS1 C This was my diet plan before I became a 99.9% VEGAN:Your body s fat with no water in it has 9 calories per gram which is about 4091 calories per pound of fat. The number usually used is 3500 calories which assumes 14.4% water in an average persons fat, but this would depend upon if you ate salty or spicy foods a-lot before you would start a new regimen. If it were me I would choose 2 pounds a week for two months rather than a pound a week for four months and start at reducing 500 calories a day and adding 30 minutes of exercise five times a week. - but that is me. You will lose a lot of water weight at first when you eliminate salt and spicy foods, probably about four to five to ten pounds a week for one to two weeks.IF I were you and I had to have meat I would eat home boiled skinless chicken or crock potted beef heart or round steak and also lentils and also spinach together as a meal to improve nutrition, absorption, and the foods passage through your gut to the stool. About 1200 calories a day total which consist of 100 to 200 calories of squeeze drained spinach with a light sugar_vinaigrette, 600 calories from 15 ounces of lentils, and less than 100 calories of tomato marinara sauce, and no_more_than 400 calories of meat which is about 8 ounces, especially when chicken has only ~68% the nutrition per calorie of properly grown lentils. Spinach has ~500%, five times, the nutrition per calorie of lentils and both together are also necessary for me to buffer my digestion/elimination. I never eat meat alone since it used to cause reddish stools for me.

A lot of the answers you will see here will tell you to take some sort of supplement. Don t take diet pills. They are unnatural and dangerous. It is not the lack of pills that got you heavy; that is not the fix you need. It was (most likely) improper diet and lifestyle that got you the extra weight. That is the fix you need. The best way to lose weight is through the principles of balance and moderation. You need to eat good food and eat enough of it.Shoot to lose 1-3 pounds per week. No more. Don t go hungry, just keep yourself filled with good, natural foods.Don t worry about calories. Caloric science is flawed for several reasons. 1) it assumes 100% absorption, but we all absorb and excrete different amounts; 2) It assumes all calories are processed the same, but calories from natural sources are burned more slowly and evenly than from refined sources; 3) It assumes that the amount of energy released by combustion (burning) in a lab is the same amount of energy released when the food is broken down enzymatically in the gut; 4) It assumes that the same exercise done by different people will burn the same amount of exercise, but different exercises will be harder or easier for different people; 5) Correlation does not prove causation. People who are heavier eat more calories: did the calories make them heavy, or did being heavy make them need more calories? Maybe they are both symptoms of a deeper problem. 6) people in China consume 25-40% more calories; even the sedentary office workers have more calories and less obesity than we.Asian cultures have long ago figured out how we should be eating, Ever since we have looked to science to tell us how to eat we have seen more obesity and diet-related disease. If we eat like the Asians, we will look like the Asians. This doesn t mean you have to eat Asian food, just adhere to the principles that are common to the different cultures and cuisines. You should eat mostly vegetables, mostly cooked (cold and raw foods slow your metabolism because they need to be cooked in your stomach) and a wide variety, mostly fresh and in-season and local, simple grains (more rice, less bread), some fruit, a little meat, no dairy (it s for infants and grows tissue), and no artificial foods.Avoid artificial foods, including sugar substitutes. Don t worry about calories, fat, protein, carbs, nor any one component of food. There are several books that explain this strategy of eating. The Asian Diet: simple secrets for eating right, losing weight, and being well by Bussell explains the diet and its rationale. The Asian Diet: get slim and stay slim the Asian way by Tran has recipes that adhere to the principles. The China Study by Campbell has the science behind the recommendation.Get some exercise every day, but not too much and not always the same exercise. Start slow and work your way up. Calisthenics are great, as is Tai Chi. Walking and swimming are also great. All other exercises should be in a wide rotation.Follow the principles of balance and moderation and you ll be fine. Most diets in America are not balanced nor moderate.Source(s):http://www.theasiandiet.comhttp://www.thechinastudy.com

Exercise more often and drink a lot of water. Don t forget to cut back on the junk food.

50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you should try and avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet. Rather the other way round I should say. Carbohydrates are a ready source of energy and so 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates.

Reduce your intake of pork. Pork is not something that can help you to lose weight. So the lesser pork you eat the better chances you have of losing weight. And remember that pork includes the pork products as well, things like bacon, ham and sausages.

How to lose weight fast? -

i wanna know of a good diet to lose weight fast?? i don t want tablets, just a easy to stick by diet.

I know it sounds cliche and annoying, but:Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, lots of water, making sure you have some lean low-fat protein (fish, chicken without skin, nuts) and a lot of exercise. The best possible exercises are running/jogging, brisk walking, getting stretches in, and pilates. Green tea and spices are great for boosting the metabolism - the rate at which the body burns calories. Speaking of which, calorie counting is not going to help. All it does is actually slow the metabolism. Not good, when you want a fast one. Also, great for not wanting the pills - the sad truth is that they do not work. Lastly, if you re under 16 years old it is a very bad thing to diet, because you could still be growing a bit and dieting stunts the growth.

First if you already haven t, switch to diet soda. That made me lose at least 10 pounds in the first month because i drank so many! Diet Dr. Pepper is my favorite, that s the only one i found that doesn t taste diety. But water would be a better choose. Then i eat lean cuisine meals. Around 3 a day and i give myself set times to eat. Just because i found that i eat out of boredom, not hunger. So you don t really have to that. They aren t that expensive, at my walmart they are 2 for 4$. For snacks i eat those 100 calorie packs, pickles, almonds, dried fruit, cereal bars...i mean the list goes on. There is tons of food/snack food that are low fat/calories you just have to look a little bit harder. Ive just now started walking on the treadmill too, usually about 1 or 2 miles a day. That s all for work outs, haha. I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. So far i tend to lose round 5 LBs a week.

Do you eat junk food? Soft drinks (soda pop)? Or eat out at restaurants? If so, you can start by cutting these things out entirely. Cook for yourself at home using fresh ingredients like fruit and vege, meats, whole grains and dairy. And stay active. Even a 30 minute walk around the block is ok.
