Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce. Cutting calories is usually a lot easier than you might think. For example, that daily tall latte in the morning may pack 500 calories. Since a pound of flab (lost or gained) is roughly equivalent to 3,500 calories, replacing that rich beverage with black coffee can help you lose a pound a week. Other easy cuts include salad dressing (salad dressing is the number one source of fat in the average American woman s diet) soda pop, candy, and butter. Look at the nutritional information for the foods you eat, pay special attention to your intake of saturated fats and empty calories (high-sugar foods). You don t need to cut these things out entirely, but if you reduce your intake of high-fat, high-calorie foods you ll lose weight faster.
that s easy. Don t eat white carbs past lunch, but try to stick with only whole grains. Eat lots of green veggies and salads and fill up on that with also some good protein like tuna. Don t snack on anything but fruit and veggies or nuts. Drink TONS of water and keep moving!
Lots of green tea and YOGA! Worked for me...I lost weight super fast...
Well one, how tall are you? And two, losing 100 lbs is going to take a LONG time. 6 months to a year if you REALLY change your lifestyle. You are not being healthy at all if that is how much you weigh. You need to learn to eat 1500-2000 calories a day and no more and no less. You should see a dieticain and not be embarrassed because all that extra weight and only 15, well you aren t healthy and you could hurt yourself in the future. I mean, where were your parents when you were eating all this food. And exercise is what is REALLY going to do it, so stick with football, and get into some other sports so your not bored when it s out of season!
weight trainingphysical activity every dayeat at least 2000 calories.
Completley cut out carbs! Carbs and Sugar are the enemy...i know its impossible to cut them out all together but avoid them at all cost and drink lots of water! Water is key! Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight! Diet pills can help speed this process! I recommend Xenadrine...it really kick started my weightloss! It really works!

If you lose it fast you wont keep it off. Usually you will end up weighing more than you did in the beginning. Just take it slow, its getting nicer outside, so start walking, and if you feel like you can, start jogging. Eat right! Usually they say 5 smaller meals, but if you dont think you can do that (it takes a lot of will power) i would say eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch, and regular sized dinner. Cut out pop and sweets. Good luck!
Congrats but that doesnt sound like you need to lose it that fast, you have over a year. Healthy weight loss is about 1-2 lbs. a week. Here are some things you can do :1. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.2. If you drink soda gradually cut back so you dont drink it all on a regular basis. Diet soda can make you crave sweets so dont even bother unless you really have to.3. Up your fiber intake by choosing whole wheat or multigrain pastas and bread. There is virtually no nutritional value in regular white bread.4. Up your veggie intake and try to gradually cut back on cheese and butter. Try cooking veggies in low sodium chicken or vegetable broth.5. Try just eating fruit for breakfast, and never go more than 2-3 hours without having a little something 6 small meals better than 3 big ones.
Eat nutritious meals in small quantities, try not to snack and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Regular exercises are good too.

Well you certainly do not look like that on your picture. Well there is a lot of ways to lose weight it just depends on how desperate you want to get there. One example is sleeping in a trash bag and have sweat come out of your body while you sleep. But I dont think that you are that desperate, then a good way to lose weight fast is to eat only fruits and vegetables, and run, walk, jog, sprint, stuff like that. And I am pretty shore that you not only want to look good once in your life time but forever.
Exercise every free minute that you have. It will work - IF you do it - guaranteed.
be optimistic.
Well, it depends on your metabolism and your diet. You want to find a way that works for you.It normally involves, obviously, a healthy diet and exercise. But there s different kinds of diets and exercise that suit different people.Try starting off by walking short distances, about 3 miles, and building up to a 7 mile walk, and then transfer to jogging? You ve got to be committed to lose weight, too.No point in starting and then not completing.
Congratulations on your wedding. Diet and exercise needs to be adjusted to lose weight (and to gain lean muscle mass). I would suggest you cut down on processed foods (especially french fries, potato chips, etc.). Eat more lean protein (meat, fish, etc.). This will make you full and contented. As far as exercise, I would incorporate free weights and sprints into your routine. Sprinting for 20 seconds and resting for 10 (done 8-10 times) will elevate your metabolism and continue burning calories well after the activity. Free weight exercises such as dumbbell squats, front squats, crunches on a medicine ball, etc. are excellent exercises. Walking is good but it does not make you lose weight and gain lean muscle mass as fast as free weights and sprints.Good luck.
Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe
thats still a while away. exercise... eat right
When you go some where eat but try healthy if possible, but when you get home only eat lettuce and grapes or fruit. It worked for me.
Okay here is the best and most natural way, 1st get a good routine i mean make sure its always the same, for example if your going to bed at 10pm keep that very routine as possible i understand it can change the routine if you like to stay up later during the weekends. 1. Exercise early in the morning when you first wake, 2. Eat smaller meals like 3 to 4 meals a day. dont eat big meals like 4 or 5 pieces of pizza maybe 2. 3. If you drink soda cut down. if you drink 3 or 4 sodas cut down to 2. 4. If you eat fast food cut down. 5. Drink more water period 6. find out how many calories your body needs to maintain your weight.and how much to lose weight in a healthy weight. 7. Count your calories 8. Dont eat after 7pm if you do eat after 7pm eat light dont eat meals large meals. Get a piece of paper or index card and write down the amount of calories you consume each day. Dont forget you can find out fast food calories online, soda if your drinking alot can consume a quarter or more of your daily calories. You have to do some kind of aeorobic exercise and situps if you do like every other day will shrink your stomach. Try this for 2 weeks and you will notice a difference. Remember you dont have to completely give up fast food or soda just cut down on daily soda, and dont eat fast food everyday eat out 1 or 2 a week but pay attention to the cals you put in your body. I hope this helps Good luck.
i just eat in the morning and not luch then a bit of dinner . take a hot shower and then sleep and i wake up w/ no belly . i run at least a mile a day then go to the gym
Exercise....I suggest doing a sport....such as soccer!
diet pills and exercise.being completely honest.
that s a while away~The best thing to do is don t overeat, and do not eat anything after 7 or 8 and drink natural ginger tea twice a day. Ginger is great to lose weight. worked for me. It s spicy but you ll get used to it. Also for breakfast eat walnuts and raisins every morning.
exercise everyday 30min to an hour is best. (more if you want)but even 15mins a day is better then nothing.watch what you eat.eat smaller portions.you can still have small snacks and treats, but instead of a piece of chocolate cake eat one cookie or a chocolate covered strawberry.good luck!
eat healthy and exercise with exercises that will work out the part of your body that you want to lose weight in. Running is a good way to lose weight in many ways and to make you more fit. if you lose about 1 pound each week, you could end up losing around 50 lbs in one year. That would be way more than you wanted! Good Luck and congratulations!!
You have to promise to be good and work for it and I will tell you a little secret....Hydroxycut works. You can find it most places, Walmart included. HOWEVER, you have to work and out and drink a ldecent amount of water when taking it. There is so much energy bottled up in those caplets you will go crazy if you dont work out and drink water. While I took it I worked out for atlease 20 minutes a day and it calmed me down but the days that I didnt work out, my mind and my fingers wouldn t coordinate long enough for me to write a sentence without getting out of sync.
Ask a skinny friend.
Calculate how many calories you need to maintain your current body weight, take in less everyday then you output and you will lose weight.
selective amputation
you dont.not without lipo.god damn lazy americans.. exercise!!and try to eat healthy.dieting dosnt mean NOT eating, it means eating right.and its not just for weight loss, its for health in general.
You absolutely have to watch what you eat, and try to drink more water and less soda. That s what I ve done with very little working out, and I ve lost 35 lbs in the last seven months.
You can get liposuction, lazy girl.
Sit in front of the TV and think thin thoughts (YOU IDIOT!).
Eat everything with only one Chop Stick ! It works !You can eat all you want to and you will loose weight !
cut off a limb
Not gonna happen--stop thinking like a lazy person and get your butt to the gym and start lifting weights and exercising and while you are at it QUIT eating all that junk food.If you want changes you will have to make changes. One will last as long as the other.
there really isn t a way to lose weight with out dieting/exercise unless you looking into surgical options. but even if you choose to go that route...it take months before all the swelling goes away and your body has healed. plus if you are not careful the weight can come back.if you don t like going to the gym (i personally hate working out in public) buy a treadmill or an exercise tape that you can do at home. as annoying as dieting is, you won t have to do it forever, just until you reach your goal. and you can always cheat once. trying changing your diet...not dieting completely. instead of eating a bag of chips, only eat one or two...just to get the taste...i ve been dieting for about 2 months now and i ve lost 10 pounds...i ve sort of had a little setback the past few weeks b/c i was on vacation, but i m sure that i ll lose more once i start again. when i get cravings, i ll chew some gum or drink some milk. the gum is good b/c as you chew you are burning calories...and new studies have shown that milk increases your ability to lose weight, plus it coats your stomach so you don t feel as hungary.
1)Enter the alternative universe where that is a reality.2)Cut your leg off.3)Liposuction.Take your pick
Simply put, you can t. Diet and exercise are key. If you can afford liposuction, then that s the only viable alternative.
and I m sure you don t want it to cost much either, right?
look up bodyflex on the Internet. it is breathing exercisesfor weight lose. good luck
crunches calisthetics
Drink lots and lots and lots of water. You can also cut down on the portions that you are eating, at first you ll still feel hungry, but after a few days your stomach will start to shrink and you ll notice you get full sooner than you were.
pray a lot :)
Sit in the couch all day watching T.V. with fatning foods such as pie, cake, (any kind of flour sugars and butters)and anymore you can think of. And if you need anything yell MOM YOU LAZY SON OF A ***** GET ME A SODA!! IM ON A DIET!! But whatever you do dont move a musle, It worked for me.
there s no such thing as fast healthy weight loss. Losing more than 3 pounds a week is unhealthy because you re actually losing muscle mass. How come your so desperate all of a sudden did you just gain 20 pounds? No offense intended but a diet that works takes time.
You can try veganism. My mom did it as a diet and lost a tremendous amount of weight and remained very healthy. She also exercised, however, which you need to do for maximum weight loss.
the south beach diet, get the book or go on the web site, I went on the diet it was easy and fast after 3 month I have loss 30 lbsjust follow the direction and the weight will come off.
1) Eat Less processed food2) Start Walking3) Get on a program, Jenny craig .com or fatloss for idiots http://tinyurl.com/392j2x

Make adjustments. A successful weight loss strategy based on reducing calorie intake and increasing activity can be adjusted to maintain your desired weight once you reach it. Unlike typical diets, this method is sustainable -- it is a lifestyle change, not a binge-and-purge exercise. Slowly adjust your diet and exercise to include more weight training and calories, as much as is comfortable for you. If you do gain any weight back, you want that weight to be lean, toned muscle, not fat. In addition, weight training, no matter what your age, prevents muscle atrophy and can help stave off osteoporosis. Instead of thinking of it as losing a certain amount of pounds, think of it as being a certain weight. So if you are 145 pounds, and you would like to lose 10 pounds, think of it as being 135 pounds. This helps you think about it as a long-term goal and not just losing the weight to gain it back again.
Be realistic. Don t expect a miracle. Healthy weight loss can be achieved fairly quickly, but you ll need to be patient. In addition, be sure to set realistic goals. Make sure that the weight you re trying to reach is a healthy weight for you, and keeping in mind that gaining pounds of muscle will help you lose fat, be trimmer, and look better even though you don t actually lose any weight. Your goal should be a healthy body, not a number of pounds! Everyone looks good at a different weight. A short person may look really good at about 112 pounds, but a person of a taller height would just look unhealthy. Keep yourself at a weight that makes you look good, not at a number that sounds good.
Obesity has become a major health problem around the world. Many companies have brought diet pills, medicines, powders and weight-loss belts in the market. Though these products claim to aid weight-loss, the weight reduction is temporary. Besides, the pills and powders can adversely affect your health. Here we offer you some tips to reduce weight successfully, without any negative health effects.1 Reduce fat intake: 2 Reduce intake of sugar:3 Decrease alcohol consumption: 4 Stay away from processed, fast and junk foods since they are laden with fat and sugar. 5 Reduce quantity of food without going hungry:6 Adopt regular eating habits:7 Raise the amount of physical activity:8 Learn a new hobby or interest: 9 Improve your metabolism by eating natural foods: 10 Control your appetite:
Weight loss and weight trainingWe chose to list this separately from the exercise category because of the significant weight loss benefits attached to weight training in and of itself. The basic equation is this: the more muscle tissue you have, the more calories you will burn. This is why world class weight lifters must eat thousands of calories a day to maintain their weight. Muscle is active tissue, fat is not. Thus, muscle burns a significant number of calories each day for its own maintenance. In her book Strong Women Stay Slim, Miriam Nelson, a Tufts University researcher, showed that a group of women who followed a weight loss diet and did weight training exercises lost 44% more fat than those who only followed the diet. While aerobic activity can help burn calories, muscle s where it s at when it comes to giving your metabolism a significant daily boost even at rest.
you ought to think about trying what s called supersetting or Interval Training...which is periods of high intensity work followed by periods of rest or low intensity work. combines both a strength component(for lean tissue building) and a cardiovascular component(for fat burning). this type of training causes an effect known as EPOC...Excess Post(exercise) Oxygen Consumption. the EPOC phenomenon causes an increased rate of oxygen intake, an elevated consumption of fat for fuel and increases your metabolism up to 48 hours AFTER you exercise! burning fat while you rest! Not only does this type of training torch bodyfat, it also saves you time. no more splitting up your days...1 day cardio, 1 day weights...more time for family, friends, work, sports. you also don t need an fancy or expensive equipment to complete these workouts. most of them you can do at home. example:squatspush-upspull-upsplanksdo each exercise for a set # of reps or time back to back without rest in-between. that equals 1 set. rest 30-60 sec then repeat whole sequence. do 3-5 complete sets. you can plug in more exercises(I do one where I pick 10 exercises and do 1 min of each) or mix in different exercises. train this way 3x/week and you will definitely see some results.what you put in your body is important as well. Your body needs all 3 macro-nutrients to survive -- carbohydrates, protein and fat. If you cut out one of those macro-nutrients your body will not function properly and eventually break down. Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything with added sugar, salt, artificial sweetners or preservatives. Live by this quote: If you can t hunt it, fish it, pick it from a tree, bush or the ground, DON T eat it.
if you have PCOS you should be on birth control pills to regulate your horomones and that will help you lose weight. somethng about PCOS makes your body THINK it s supposed to be 250-260lbsother than that, veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean protein, low suger, low fat, and exercise
Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)
hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... But i came across this diet program http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my girlfriends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.Right now I m only 180 lbs.. I m still overweight but I ve already lost 40 pounds and I m well on my way to my goal of 160 lbs.. I hope i was of some help.. I wish you all the best of luck!
You can lose weight if you did correct method. I tried many method, but could not lose weight. I found the best method that works just amazing for anyone. You can find more info from link below.
The best way is to reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories a day. That is, subtract 500 from the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight. Try using fitday.com/ that will help. I d also try walking about 2 miles a day. You will burn roughly another 200 calories doing this. You ll lose about 6lbs a month this way. And probably more in the beginning with water weight etc. Thats about 30lbs by graduation! This is really the best/safest way to do it. Goodluck!
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.
When you go with out food your stomach shrinks, and you feel hungry.Sometimes willpower is the greatest gift of all. Try going on a soup diet, try a different one every day so that you will get proper nutrition. Drink V-8, eat lots of fruit to make up for the sugary junk food. Also have fresh veggie snacks.
