How do i lose weight fast? -

my name is josh im 14 going to be 15 in 4 months and i want to lose a lot of weight in that amount of time im looking at losing 100 pounds in that amount of time i weigh 230 and i weighed 250 i lost that weight in 3 weeks but i have also played football for those 3 weeks and im a starting nose guard but i need help none of it is muscle if you can pleas help

Well one, how tall are you? And two, losing 100 lbs is going to take a LONG time. 6 months to a year if you REALLY change your lifestyle. You are not being healthy at all if that is how much you weigh. You need to learn to eat 1500-2000 calories a day and no more and no less. You should see a dieticain and not be embarrassed because all that extra weight and only 15, well you aren t healthy and you could hurt yourself in the future. I mean, where were your parents when you were eating all this food. And exercise is what is REALLY going to do it, so stick with football, and get into some other sports so your not bored when it s out of season!

Completley cut out carbs! Carbs and Sugar are the enemy...i know its impossible to cut them out all together but avoid them at all cost and drink lots of water! Water is key! Well you certainly do not look like that on your picture. Well there is a lot of ways to lose weight it just depends on how desperate you want to get there. One example is sleeping in a trash bag and have sweat come out of your body while you sleep. But I don��t think that you are that desperate, then a good way to lose weight fast is to eat only fruits and vegetables, and run, walk, jog, sprint, stuff like that. And I am pretty shore that you not only want to look good once in your life time but forever.

When you go some where eat but try healthy if possible, but when you get home only eat lettuce and grapes or fruit. It worked for me.

Okay here is the best and most natural way, 1st get a good routine i mean make sure its always the same, for example if your going to bed at 10pm keep that very routine as possible i understand it can change the routine if you like to stay up later during the weekends. 1. If you drink soda cut down. if you drink 3 or 4 sodas cut down to 2. 4. If you eat fast food cut down. 5. Drink more water period 6. find out how many calories your body needs to maintain your weight.and how much to lose weight in a healthy weight. 7. Count your calories 8. Dont eat after 7pm if you do eat after 7pm eat light dont eat meals large meals. Get a piece of paper or index card and write down the amount of calories you consume each day. Dont forget you can find out fast food calories online, soda if your drinking alot can consume a quarter or more of your daily calories. You have to do some kind of aeorobic exercise and situps if you do like every other day will shrink your stomach. Try this for 2 weeks and you will notice a difference. Remember you dont have to completely give up fast food or soda just cut down on daily soda, and dont eat fast food everyday eat out 1 or 2 a week but pay attention to the cals you put in your body. You have to promise to be good and work for it and I will tell you a little secret....Hydroxycut works. You can find it most places, Walmart included. HOWEVER, you have to work and out and drink a ldecent amount of water when taking it. There is so much energy bottled up in those caplets you will go crazy if you dont work out and drink water. While I took it I worked out for atlease 20 minutes a day and it calmed me down but the days that I didnt work out, my mind and my fingers wouldn t coordinate long enough for me to write a sentence without getting out of sync.

How do i lose weight fast w/o dieting and going to the gym? -

Bottom line is you can t.If you re overweight, its time for a change - simple as that. What you re doing obviously isn t working, so you re just gonna have to take a different route. Thing is, if you re not willing to change, then neither is your body. You can lose weight without going to the gym, but without diet? Good luck. Not without some kind of surgery.Although it doesn t have to be all bad. Try substituting things instead of going on a rabbit-food diet. Instead of a burger or steak or whatever switch to Asian food...preferable something like Japanese food. Its damn good and also lower in fat and calories. It ll take some time for you to get used to it, somewhere about a week or 2. The body will go into a bit of shock from the sudden diet change. These are the hardest times because that s when the cravings hit hardest. But once you make it past this little turbulance zone, it ll be well worth it. As alien as the concept sounds, you ll actually start to like the stuff. Good luck to ya :D

Not gonna happen--stop thinking like a lazy person and get your butt to the gym and start lifting weights and exercising and while you are at it QUIT eating all that junk food.If you want changes you will have to make changes. One will last as long as the other.

there really isn t a way to lose weight with out dieting/exercise unless you looking into surgical options. but even if you choose to go that route...it take months before all the swelling goes away and your body has healed. plus if you are not careful the weight can come back.if you don t like going to the gym (i personally hate working out in public) buy a treadmill or an exercise tape that you can do at home. as annoying as dieting is, you won t have to do it forever, just until you reach your goal. and you can always cheat once. trying changing your diet...not dieting completely. instead of eating a bag of chips, only eat one or two...just to get the taste...i ve been dieting for about 2 months now and i ve lost 10 pounds...i ve sort of had a little setback the past few weeks b/c i was on vacation, but i m sure that i ll lose more once i start again. when i get cravings, i ll chew some gum or drink some milk. the gum is good b/c as you chew you are burning calories...and new studies have shown that milk increases your ability to lose weight, plus it coats your stomach so you don t feel as hungary.

there s no such thing as fast healthy weight loss. Losing more than 3 pounds a week is unhealthy because you re actually losing muscle mass. How come your so desperate all of a sudden did you just gain 20 pounds? No offense intended but a diet that works takes time.

You can try veganism. My mom did it as a diet and lost a tremendous amount of weight and remained very healthy. She also exercised, however, which you need to do for maximum weight loss.

i am 18 years old and a senior. I weigh 265lbs and im 5 4 i have been struggling with my weight my whole life. i have PCOS so that also makes it a lot harder to to lose weight. I would really like your help on how to lose weight fast and safe. I would like to lose weight in time for graduation

The best way is to reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories a day. That is, subtract 500 from the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight. Try using fitday.com/ that will help. I d also try walking about 2 miles a day. You will burn roughly another 200 calories doing this. You ll lose about 6lbs a month this way.
