Does anyone want to know how to lose weight FAST? -

I just had two babies in 07. One of them recently on Dec 26th 07, and the other Feb 5th 07. I have been taking Tonalin CLA, Orovo extreme, Relora, and Cambogia Garcinia. These are all natural ingrediants, and I have been feeling great. I also drink one gallon of water a day, and eat 1500 calories. I only intake up to 10 grams of fat a day as well. I weighed 218 right before delivery, and then 190 at my check up. I now weigh 178 since I have been taking these pills. I don t exercise for **** because I have my hands tied with a one year old, and a 2 month old. So I ve lost 12 pounds in 10 days. Since I am not exercising I make sure not to eat more than 1500 cal. I d rather be lazy and eat less for now than exersise and eat good. I used to only eat 1000 calories after I had my 1st child and drink a gallon of water a day. Will this help me lose weight faster? -

ok well i exercise everyday . i either run, swim or play badminton. ok ummmmm im trying to eat less calories and already eat about 300-500 calories per day. i know this is not healthy i dnt care im over concious about my body to care. yea ummmmm im 5ft 10 14yr female and i weight 67kg!!! FATanyway umm please dont tell me im too young!!!thnx alot

if you really wanna lose weight which i think i my opinion you are too young you need to be eating at least 12 to 1500 calories a day you need to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and you need to eat small meals at least 5 times a day you need to watch your sugar intake drink more water and you need to stop obsessing i am not saying you are but a lot of girls your age do obsess about their weight you have your whole life ahead of you and right now what you need to be worried about more than losing weight is eating right and staying healthy

Your calorie intake is already so low that your basal metabolism is probably dropping and trying to prevent weight loss because it thinks there s a famine. This is really dangerous. You are not actually fat (I checked on a teen BMI calculator) even if you feel that way, and you sound like you are developing an eating disorder. You need to actually increase your calorie intake and eat more fruit and vegetables, cut back on greasy, fatty, or salty food, and drink water and milk instead of sugary drinks. It sounds weird, but your body can t lose weight normally unless you are taking in enough calories for it to function well, especially since you are so active. Please don t reduce calories--it s really dangerous and you can die of heart damage or other problems from malnutrition. This can happen even if you don t look anorexic. I don t know how to get it across how seriously you can damage yourself. I m sorry, I know you want to be thinner, but please don t do it that way.

One of the most successful diets I ve witnessed is a girl I know that stopped eating after 2:00pm daily. She would eat a healthy breakfast and a moderate lunch, then would not eat anything after two. The weight literally fell off of her. Just have to know when to stop, because it will keep falling off as long as you stay on this diet. Good Luck !!!

See when you starve your self your body stops burning fat, even if you excerise. Your body is trying to conserve what little bit of fat it does have to keep surviving. How about flipping it. I can relate to the weight gain, but have no easy answer. Depo made me put on 12 lbs in 2 months AFTER having a baby! Talk abou yukkk! I feel so disgusting right now. I m just trying to do it the good ole fashioned way ...diet and exercise. I m easing into it. Eat a lot of salmon or grilled chicken and broccoli! Walking/jogging are good as well as using hand weights to build muscle to raise metabolism. Cut out all processed carbs and get plenty of good protein. First off I would go off the Depo and let your body get back to it s normal routine. Im 55 and 135 pounds. i want to lose weight fast and exercising and eating heathy isnt working what do i do? -

TOTALLY not healthy. You need to do some exercising, even if it only involves walking. You sound like a kid/teenager, so if you are, unless you have a BMI of 30 or over, you shouldn t be losing weight at all.

ohkay,exercising is an important routine in your life.so you have no choicem,,your not really gonna lose weight just sittin gon the couch,popping alli.you have to make an effort.eat healthier,it really works,my friend is just eating healthy,for about,a mounth or so,and she lost 20 lbs.and she look great.just watch what you eat,you can have a weakness sometimes,but dont get attached to it.so good luck,and make an effort=)

you can lose wait in alot of other ways besides excersing,but a healthier way is to just simply EAT healthier.Cut your meals in half,drink lots and lots of water.Whenever you get cravings,try those yogurts =) theyre great,and extremely good for you.I m 16,and since i have a really busy schedule with work and school i just started eating healthier and i lost 3 pounds these past 2 weeks.Its defiantly a slower process then if you were excercising,but its easier!good luck!

If you decide not to exercising, you should pay attention to your diet [[what you eat, how much you eat per day, etc]]. Just focus on your diet because it helps alot to lost weight even though you wouldnt need to exercise. :33Btw, if your the type to like reading, it ll help you burn 100 calories per hour. :]

Eat light. Try looking into some japanese/ japanese targeted diets. Well, it s not really a diet, it s just how they eat daily. Really! I picked up this book from the library called Japanese Women Don t Get Old or Fat by Naomi Moriyama, and it showed how they stay thin with little exercise. (Although, Japanese people are indeed very active) So, to make it short, eat light, and walk around the block once a day. If you live on a big block, walk half way. lol. For Breakfast, eat things like a light soup, Such as Miso, with rice and green tea.For Lunch, a small amount of meat, such as fish or chicken. No beef. With rice, and green tea if you want. Soup can be added in there. For Dinner, a small amount of meat, a bowl of rice, soup, salad {FRESH!!!}, and green tea. Dessert : A small plate of an assortment of fruit.The key here is to keep portions SMALL and LIGHT. Portions in Japan are 1/3 smaller than what they are in the US. And if you get hungry in between meals, half a big gulp of water, brush your teeth, or have a little bit of fruit. And walks are usually taken in the morning when you first wake up, or in the afternoon after work. Except, in Japan its taken more to the extreme. They walk everywhere they can. Out of the reach of walking, they ride bikes. ***If you can t take the big change to Japanese food, then try to replace each choice with a different choice from that food group. But going by this would be the best results. And there s different ways to prepare it. If you make the rice, instead of the quick 5minute rice, it takes about an hour. And the food ALWAYS has to be fresh. The majority of Japanese women wont settle for anything less to be put into their kitchens. And none of these things are really hard to make.
