I really want to lose weight fast, in like two weeks. I work as a lifeguard and need a good body. Help!? -

well, i can suggest what i suggest to everyone and it works for them so i think it will work for you too...ok.. before i tell u.. remember it will be super hard but depending on how bad you want to lose weight will determine ur level of discipline...first of all... no carbs... absolutely no carbs and if its too big of a struggle then do so only in the morning.... but have one... preferable a wheat bagel or toast... second.. eat ever 2-3 hours.. like one piece of fruit (grapefruit best , apples, bananas, oranges) or some nuts like almonds, cashews or peanuts.... and drink plenty of water.... also if u eat salads... use fatfree italian dressing... it has least amount of carbs in it... and last but not least... no eating within 3-4hours of sleep... and keep ur meals small and light, but frequent(2-3hrs) no carbs or junk food or sodas... if u find urself dying to cheat... u can have one cheat meal per week... try to have it for lunch or breakfast...cuz ur metabolism is highest that time of day... which is why i suggest having a carb in the morning only if u cant keep carbs out...however.. ur results will be excellent if u do... anyhow... try to eat clean.. and ull be fine... trust me it works... i workout and when i want to get super-ripped...i do this and lose 23-25lbs in 8weeks.. so good luck... remember.. its hard as heck but u can do it...

I suggest you start running. There is a lot of people doing it so you can find partners and its a very social workout. And you will LOSE weight FAST. And it s cheap, get some shoes - and go running. Nothing can be easier.

How can i lose weight fast? -

im not fat or anything i just gained a couple of pounds and now i want to lose them what should i do

ugh. losers. not u, the spammers. they get so annoying! anyway, to answer your question, just eat healthier, cut down on proportion sizes. i saw on an AOL homepage that what you should do is set you untensiles on your plate in the middle of the meal to see if you really full or not. also, eat with smaller plates, because it ll make you eat less, but it ll appear that your eating the same amt as a large plate. then, a good thing to do it always run! and always drink tons of water per day because it cleans out your system. your supposed to drink 8 glasses a day. it really really helps! plus it leaves you less hungry and more energized!

Drinking water does help you loose weight. Your body needs the water to work properly, and it actually helps your metabolism work better... then you loose the weight. But, eating little calories does the opposite effect. I need to lose weight fast, must be safe! Any Ideas? -

I have a night out coming up which is really important to me and need to lose weight asap!The problem is I have low willpower, if nothing is in the house thats fine but my partner buys biscuits, chocolate,crisps etc..I try and be really good and not eat it but sometimes I cant help it and i end up eating rubbish! Um im 16, and i started my diet on thursday... of lastweek (today is tuesday) and so far ive lost 4 kgs in 5 days. No i havnt been starving myself, ive been eating 3 meals per day. Cut wheat out of your diet. I had to do it as I discovered I am allergic and have anaphylactic shocks if I eat the wrong type of wheat etc..I cut all bread, pasta, bagels, cakes etc out and lost a stone in 2 weeks..no lie! I replaced cakes with Fruesli bars (apple and cranberry ones are yummy!) and you can eat ryvita and rice cakes etc.. you can even buy gluten free pasta and cakes etc from the coeliac aisles in all major supermarkets.
