If you want to lose weight fast, and keep it off while doing it the right way, you should really reconsider your diet plan. These kinds of diets can lower your metabolism, which is extremely hard to restore. I would recommend eating small meals consisting of raw fruits and vegetables throughout the day and some lean proteins for energy and muscle building. Working out is the only way to burn fat too and the best thing is, if you keep it up, you keep the fat off... forever! And to answer your question about the diet carbonated drinks: It s ok to have these things once in a while but it s definitely not a good idea to make a habit of it. They make you retain water because of the sodium and the carbonation robs your body of important nutrients.Best of luck on your weight loss. Hope this helps.
Your basicly skipping meals , by skipping meals you will gain weight because you are slowing down your metabolism , and your body starts to eat your organs to survive which creates extra fat for more organ munching time . Have - a piece of whole grain toast with sugar free raspberry jam with green tea ( 2 cups ) breakfast ( the whole grains keep you fuller longer and digest soluble fats through the intestines ) Lunch - 50 baby carrots ( only around 90 calories ) + 1 fresh diced apple with a dollop of low fat yogourt ( 150 cals ) Raw veggies slim your waistline , apples keep the doctors away , keep you slim , and have antioxidants to break down fat such as pectin Dinner - 2boiled eggs , 1/2 grapefruit , and a bag 100 cal popcorn . ( 400 cals ) Eggs have protein which promotes weightloss , grapefruit has been reccomended for weightloss due to antioxidants and fat burning vitamins , and 100 cal popcorn is light yet filling , and fun . 700 cal day . Maintain this and you ll lose weight . I recommend 3 bottles of water in between . Your going below the 1200 calorie rate for weightloss which is shakey , but if you only do this for a week . You ll lose weight , and if you keep your meals life-balanced , it will be alright
limit the juice it has too many sugars! and cuppa soup is too high in sodium. try veggie broth (low sodium) and look into the hollywood diet. you can buy it at longs, walmart etc.... it is a liquid diet for 48 hours. I did it and lost 10 pounds in 2 days. You can probably do something like it for 24-48 hours once a week

A good body is one that works. Crash dieting weakens your immune system as well as your bones and muscles. For a couple of weeks, it probably won t hurt to focus on proteins and lots of green leafy veg, and cut down on carbs. Get plenty of fluids and make sure you eat enough high-quality, additive-free food to stay healthy. Go to the gym or exercise regularly, and you won t get into a situation where you have to hurt your body to try and make it look good .
Well, you should have started this 2 months ago, but the cabbage soup iet works wonders. but it is NOT to be used for more than a week. What I would suggest for you is go on the cabbage soup diet for a week, then start counting calories, or join weight watchers or jenny craig. On the CS diet, I lost 10 pounds in a week. It is actually very healthy becaquse it cleanses your body of any toxins that have built up. It s good to do it every 6 months, if you can stand the soup! but after that week, make sure you watch calories, then weight will come off 1-2 pounds a week, HEALTHY!EDIT: IF YOU LEAVE ALL CARBS OUT, YOU WILL ONLY BE DEPRIVING YOURSELF, AND WILL GAIN IT ALL BACK! YES, YOU WILL LOSE ALOT, BUT I PROMISE, YOU LL GAIN IT ALL BACK!

High protein, low carbs. But drink lots of water. Get your carbs from veggies. Eat lean protein and go for runs every day. Start with walking if you re not fit and work up to running at least 3 miles a day.
Loosing weight fast is not healthy as you most likely already know. But, the best way is to eat protein and leave off all carbs.
exercise. Based on your question, I would say you want to convert fat to muscle. Thus, exercise.

Ok if you are really serious about losing weight this is the best way to lose those weight. You have to understand how the body work. Before working out you should first get a colon cleanse. People have approx 5-20lbs of sludge on our colon walls that are never flush out. These are very toxin to our body and they rob us from our energy and they contaminate our metabolism slowing it down. Once you get most of these toxin flush out your metabolism will help you burn fat when you workout. I strongly recommend going with the low glycemic Usana 5 Days Reset program. It s a high fiber meal replacement shakes that will feed you for 5 Days, 3 meal replacement shakes and 2 snacks and some high potency multivitamins each day for 5 days, it will keep you full, energized, shrink your stomach to normal size, curve your cravings and flush out 4-15lbs of toxins. If you are serious about it you can order it here: www.kvang.usana.comAfter the 5 Days Reset I urge you to continue into one of the two phase Transform or Maintain so that you can keep the weight off and take the multivitamins. Keep in mind that this is not a diet but a way to help you change your lifestyle into a better and healthy living. This will give you the energy you need to exercise and maintain your weight and lose more until you get down to a healthy weight for your size and age. You can get more info here:http://products.usana.com/en/products/us/macros/reset/index.shtml
well, i can suggest what i suggest to everyone and it works for them so i think it will work for you too...ok.. before i tell u.. remember it will be super hard but depending on how bad you want to lose weight will determine ur level of discipline...first of all... no carbs... absolutely no carbs and if its too big of a struggle then do so only in the morning.... but have one... preferable a wheat bagel or toast... second.. eat ever 2-3 hours.. like one piece of fruit (grapefruit best , apples, bananas, oranges) or some nuts like almonds, cashews or peanuts.... and drink plenty of water.... also if u eat salads... use fatfree italian dressing... it has least amount of carbs in it... and last but not least... no eating within 3-4hours of sleep... and keep ur meals small and light, but frequent(2-3hrs) no carbs or junk food or sodas... if u find urself dying to cheat... u can have one cheat meal per week... try to have it for lunch or breakfast...cuz ur metabolism is highest that time of day... which is why i suggest having a carb in the morning only if u cant keep carbs out...however.. ur results will be excellent if u do... anyhow... try to eat clean.. and ull be fine... trust me it works... i workout and when i want to get super-ripped...i do this and lose 23-25lbs in 8weeks.. so good luck... remember.. its hard as heck but u can do it...
I suggest you start running. There is a lot of people doing it so you can find partners and its a very social workout. And you will LOSE weight FAST. And it s cheap, get some shoes - and go running. Nothing can be easier.
Here i s an excellent site with some wonderful options for you. It will definitely help you. Have a look. http://online-medical-information.notlong.com/?q=acomplia qid=20090609132918AA4yBXJ
ugh. losers. not u, the spammers. they get so annoying! anyway, to answer your question, just eat healthier, cut down on proportion sizes. i saw on an AOL homepage that what you should do is set you untensiles on your plate in the middle of the meal to see if you really full or not. also, eat with smaller plates, because it ll make you eat less, but it ll appear that your eating the same amt as a large plate. then, a good thing to do it always run! and always drink tons of water per day because it cleans out your system. your supposed to drink 8 glasses a day. it really really helps! plus it leaves you less hungry and more energized!
yes because drinking a lot of water helps control your hunger but you still have to excersise
Drinking water does help you loose weight. Your body needs the water to work properly, and it actually helps your metabolism work better... then you loose the weight. But, eating little calories does the opposite effect. If you don t eat enough calories, you will really mess up your metabolism (something that you need to loose weight and do it the quickest way possible). Working out, eating right (meaning eating enough to allow your body to function properly), drinking enough water (not over drinking though since that will cause you to bloat), will get you there quicker than you can imagine. Doing it right will not only make you look and feel good, but it will last!
Initially it will cause you to lose weight, however, in the end it will slow your metabolism down and cause you to put all the weight back on and then some. Exercise is the best way to lose weight. Its safer and much healthier! Be blessed!
Exercise will help you loose weight fast.
what makes it go fast is exercise along with it. the deit thing only helps and if only done by itself makes it go slow.
Water makes it easier because it fills you up and helps with flushing out toxins in your body.
That is a good way to start, however, drinking alot of water and eating little calories, alone, will not suffice for loosing weight quickly. Loosing weight is a matter of expending more calories, through exercise and daily activities, than you take in. Exercises alone won t help you loose weight if you re still taking in more calories than you burn. A healthy diet is important for overall health. There are several things you could do as well. Replacing side dishes like mashed potatoes, french fries, and macaroni and cheese with vegetables and salads. Choose lean meats like fish and chicken rather than red meat. It is higher in protein and lower in fat. Tuna and salmon are excellent sources of antioxidants. If you re looking to loose weight quickly; cutting out all carbs, drinking plenty of water, and watching your calorie intake...while staying active, should definitely do the trick!
Yes, absolutely. The key is lower calories.
yeah, but not that much fast, but you can lose ur weight gradually by doing this.
it could but very slowly...you need cardio exercises
No, but it ll probably make you piss a lot and having extremely low energy.
Yes, it might help the process. But you have to have a regular workout regimen too. Btw, what really helps is drinking Hot/Warm water after every meal and during the day as much as you can. It helps digest and process the food.
By drinking 4-8oz glasses of water within 30 minutes in the morning, 4-8oz glasses of water within 30 minutes in the afternoon and the same amount between 5 and 6 in the evening leads to a flushed system and rapid weight loss. Of course followed by a health diet and exercise....its important to exercise to lose weight but not 2 much exercise.........You would just be losing water weight...that is all. HOWEVER, drinking lots of water throughout the whole day will keep you from mistaking thirst for hunger. Many people eat becuase they think they are hungry, but they are just thirsty......If you drink ice water(with a temp of 0 degrees C) you will burn calories as you bring the water s temp up to your body s temp. So make sure it s cold water that you drink!!!!!!!!!!!
try the lil jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr it really works
Plan your meals. Look for healthy, delicious meals online or in your cookbooks, and create a menu for the week. Make sure that your meal plan reduces your total calorie intake: you re not going to lose weight if you consume the same amount of calories by eating different foods. Make a list of what you ll need for these meals, and -- except for a few snacks, of course -- don t stray from your list when you get to the market. Planning your meals helps ensure you get a balanced diet and reduces the temptation to stop off for fast food or order a pizza. Remember, it s easier to stick to your shopping list if you shop when you aren t hungry.
Your body makes fat when it is starving for some nutrition, then it can burn the fat and take away from the muscle when it needs nutrition. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, gain weight or build muscle you need a balanced healthy food intake. Learn the facts about diets before going on one. Fad diets for losing, gaining weight or muscle can leave you with long term health issues.
Eating the right food is crucial for your health. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it s not only a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss produce, it s a superfood too. There is a risk free trial on offer at http://savoly.foodplanonline.info I have been taking it for two weeks now and it s definately having an effect!!
Set realistic goalsWhen making changes to your diet and exercise habits start small and set a few realistic goals. If they are realistic, you are more likely to achieve and stick with them and feel successful, which in turn boosts your self-esteem and self-confidence for ongoing success.
Work out how to achieve your goalsSetting a goal ideally includes a plan for how to achieve it, and how to overcome things that might get in the way such as trigger eating (see below), poor food choices at work, eating the kids leftovers or too many takeaways. Writing your goals and action plans helps enormously.
If you are serious about losing weight you need to have this program. It worked for me and it is the only diet program that lost me 11 pounds in 3 weeks. It works amazing and using right info will lose your weight easy . You can find more info here link below.
Porridge for breakfast is good. If you have it with honey or fruit it you don t like it plain. It s better than sugary cereals and it fills you up for longer. Also lots of fish, lean meat and vegetables. Also make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
* Take one pound at a time* Set Reachable Goals* Stay off the scales* Stay focused on being healthy, not thin* Fat Free?* Drink plenty of water* Reward yourself* Seek help if you need it* Watch your portions* Eat your food slowly- Healthy life every day!
I congratulate you on wanting to eat healthier. However, why don t you want to exercise. It is as if someone wanted to be an NFL player but shied away from the practice field.
