Eating Protein helps your muscles burn the fat. So eat lots of anything with it! and do 50 push-ups a day.

No dairy products, reduce your carbs, increase protein and eat 5 SMALL meals (snack size) a day. Power walk at least 45 mins a day, and within 2 weeks you ll be 10 lbs lighter. If you need to lose 5-7 pounds super fast, then just buy meal replacement bars and only eat those for a week. Nothing else. (No more than 2.5 a day). Not the best thing to do, but short term it works.
