What are some things i can do to help me lose weight faster? -

also how long should i run and eat a day to aid in weight loss im 15 5 7 and 128.5 pounds i want to lose 14-20 pounds any help would be awsome!!!!

My wife lost over 60 pounds last year through eating the right things. She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone.I had her feed me according to the same diet and I lost 30 pounds in about 16 weeks, but I also exercised.Her diet consisted of low carbohydrates, low sugar, reasonable portions I ate half a bowl of wheat flake cereal and low fat milk for breakfast. You have issues. I think losing weight is your smallest problem. Being bulimic is never ok. You are probably very skinny as it is. Go to your ******* doctor or you will die. Then again skeletons are very skinny. You probably would like that.

i suggest that you exercise at least 3 times a week ..when you exercise do some aerobic exercise that makes you sweat alot..eat alot fruit and veggies.. and drink lots of water..And on the days you dont exercise try to be more active, that all will help you lose weight in a few weeks.

I want to lose weight fast ! i have been gaining weight for no reason !!? -

i dont know why although i dont eat alot. i weight i weight 145.50 pounds about 66 kilosi am 5.3 feet tall i used to be 125 pounds. i want to lose 20 pounds plzzzzzzz tell me what to do. i dont like using pills and working out in the gym. i can walk and workout at home so any effective dite ?

You need to increase your activity. I know you don t like to work out but you obviously need muscle to burn fat and it looks like you are gaining fat. its not if you eat a lot or not. Its what you re eating. If you re young, you re probably just growing. And you should get over it. If not, then its probably the way you re going about your dieting and habits. If you eat once a day at mcdonalds, you re not gonna go anywhere. Not eating? Does a body worse. Anorexics are skinny because they don t eat anything at all, and therefore their bodies need to burn off all the fat they have stored over the years. Its all about balance. Count your calories. I d say stick to a 1200-1400 calorie diet a day. Don t eat junk. Be healthy. Drink lots and lots of water. When i feel hungry, when i shouldn t, I drink some water and its like i was just imagining being hungry. I eat 5-6 small meals a day, thats what they typically recommend for active people, especially women, who are losing weight. Do some sort of cardio exercise (running, fast-paced walking, at-home cardio videos) i d say.. 3 times a week. 6 max. Then do strength training, to TONE, not to bulk up muscle. Female fitness magazines give tons of weight exercises you can do.Don t use pills. No use. You can do it on your own.Oh yeah, its physically impossible to burn a 1,000 calories by walking for an hour, according to whoever posted above me. I m sorry. The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. I do know of one way but it takes 30-45 days. But last time I posted it as an answer on a yahoo question it go reported as a solicitation violation... which it wasn t... but anyway if you re interested to know, email me. I did it for, I think 32 or 33 days, and lost 25 lbs. Put 5 back on, and maintained a loss of 20 for nearly a year. I m pregnant now so I m starting to slowly see it creep back on though! Eek! Will flush you through, as most hunger pangs are from dehydration , not hunger. Eat many green products. Vegetables and salad based. Porridge for breakfast or a green vegetable juice/smoothie (juicer/blender). Water soaked almonds to snack on when snacky. Freshly squeezed lemons/limes on everything plus sea salt.
