I know a way and it really works, I swear on it. If you drink half of your body weight in ounces of water daily (ex: if you weigh 180 pounds drink 90 ounces of water a day). Eat eggs, meats high in protein and plenty of veggies not canned, they have too much sodium. Eat fruit but not after 2 pm. No bread or starches. Its hard but it works. Well, there are unhealthy ways to lose weight quickly, but trust me...don t do them. Its not healthy. If you really wanted to you could feasibly get down to 132-130 by beginning of April. If you are concerned about looking good in a bikini, then more importantly is not the number on the scales, but whether you are toned or not. Either way, I suggest looking at your diet, look at Weight Watchers, as losing weight is like 60-70% what you eat. I m going camping with my family in about 2 weeks I need to lose inches on my waist fast before we go and I would like to lose weight. There s many ways to reduce the calories you intake. Try not to eat frozen dinners, pizza, or from fast food joints. There s also certain drinks, such as Green Tea that are calorie reducers. Lettuce is another calorie reducer, but be careful because dressing tends to have the calories. Low fat/light vinnegette, balsomic vineger, red wine and vineger are pretty healthy dressings, but do not load it on.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I would suggest that you buy the workout video Hip-Hop ABS ive had it for about 2 months and ive had great results. In just a few days i had already lost 3 inches of my waist and 8 lbs. HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT FAST? -

I am a 12 year old kid and i am fat i need to know what to do i get up early and walk 2 miles and then at night i bike.I currently way 120 pounds i have not lost any weight.So i really need help.

Step 1:Cut out all sodas. The carbonation will make you bloated so switch to water or tea. Step 2:To lose one lb of fat you need to burn 3,500 calories. So start by cutting 350 calories off your daily diet.Step 3:Switch to lean proteins like chicken and fish because they will keep you fuller longer and are less in calorie.Step 4:Cut carbs out for the next 2 weeks, you ll definitely understand at the end of the 2 weeks how many extra calories they give you.Step 5:Eat lots and lots of vegetables.Step 6:Work out at least 1 hour a day. Go for a walk, ride a bike, lift some weights.

Google tummy watcher and go to the first website, it has a calorie calculator tool for various exercises. Also you can find out what your ideal body weight is, based on your height, age, and gender.The website also has five foods to fight hunger and other helpful tips.

Slowly increase the walking from 2 miles to 2.5, 3, and then 3.5...etc.Also, watching what you eat would be a good idea. Try to eat healthier foods and stay away from fast food. I count my calories and try to limit myself to 1400-1600 a day. (I actually need around 2000.)Hope this helps.

BTW, you are not fat. I20 lbs is thin and slim. If people are telling that you are fat, stop listening to them. You re probably not loosing weight cause you don t have much too loose.

At that age you should just eat well and stay active! You may seem heavy but if you are healthy it doesn t matter your weight.
